“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

We used Just Answer when my dog was sick and we needed to speak to a vet immediately. We were unaware of the sneaky practice to charge my cc every month for a membership we did not want or know we had agreed to. Then they make it nearly impossible to cancel their insane monthly membership!

Very bad service. I asked help for scheduling resources by production rates [not via costs as MS Project is laid out for]. [Seems Primavera remains the tool for this.]
My question/problem was passed on through 4 different specialists, none could help. [One had the brilliant idea to simply copy the help page of MS Porject concerning resources!].
In the end I ended up with the first "specialist" who transferred the problem to number 2!
When asking for an update on who will try to solve the problem, no reply came at all
When I contacted the help line I was assured that I would be called by a specialist. Nobody called.

In short, a waste of money and time. No service, not even the courtesy to email back/call back and say sorry we cant solve it

Tip for consumers:
I would not use the site. They pretend to know, take your money and if they cant solve it they don't help, dont say and still keep your money. Normal software company help desks really help and the license fee you pay covers a good support [i.e. Golden Software / Primavera etc]

I'm an avid worrier. It's been worse lately as I've faced some health problems that I am seeing my primary doctor for and any needed specialists however this website gives me peace of mind in between those visits. I cannot tell you how nice it is to have 24/7 doctor at your finger tips. It's saved me a lot of ER visits I can tell you for sure and also quieted my mind when I couldn't stop worrying enough to sleep over having a strange or recurring symptom. I personally think it's worth every penny. I promise you won't be disappointed especially if your a worrier like me. Free your mind and ask the professionals here and leave Dr. Google alone. And finally get the sleep you've been missing!

I stumbled across this sight looking for answers about an issue my Pug is having. At first, I assumed the worse and was going to call my vet the next day. When I came across JustAnswer, a Veterinary Assist\ant prompts you to state your issue. (It's automated). Dr. Scott responded back within 5-10 minutes. He had the basic information from what I had initially typed in for why I was concerned. He gathered some extra information and then gave me his conclusion. Thank goodness! I would do whatever I needed to for my Pug but I just needed to do something minor for him temporarily. My Pug is pretty rambunctious and accident prone. He'll eat anything so this service makes perfect sense for us. More than likely, I'll need another bit of advice! Thanks!

I decided to try this service to get a second medical opinion about a wrist injury. The "expert" M. D. hand specialist identified himself only as "Doctor", which is about as anonymous as it gets. He wouldn't share any info on his identity or his credentials. He just suggested I cancel the membership if I didn't like working with an anonymous "expert". Why anyone would pay for generic info from medical "experts" who hide behind a curtain, I cannot grasp. I am no longer a member. They should save people time, by stating up front that all info provided from non-verified sources should be taken with a large grain of salt. If you believe everything you read on the Internet, this is your site.

I have 4 early American (1835-1845) chairs to sell and I couldn't find anything online that looked remotely like them. I needed to know exactly what I have and how much they might be worth. I stumbled onto JustAnswer, paid my money, and got 'Robert S., antiques expert.' Well, he asked follow up questions quickly, responded quickly, and within a few hours, gave me a DETAILED description of what I have including a book citation (page and paragraph) of where I could find something very similar. He gave me retail and auction house approximate values and gave me the names of two possible venues for selling my chairs. I ended up giving him an $11 tip because his work was so thorough and prompt! Thrilled with his service!

Young pups, especially lab mix, chew on everything, and my TV remote was game. Getting them into their crates was no problm at all, since they knew that was the safest place to be. I have had no problem with them being frightened of me. If I could attach a picture you would see them in action.

I was having an issue getting an updated version of Office installed on my laptop. I contacted Just Answer and they not only helped me with advice but actually connected to my laptop and found the problem and fixed it. The representative was patient and very amiable throughout my contact with him. Job done no hassles!

Although I have raised rescued St. Bernards for 40 years, I have never had one eat a mechanical pencil and swallow the pieces. The assistance proved from Dr Kara helped me quiet my fears until she could pass (the dog Moo, not Dr Kara) the pieces. It has been over 9 days and i still have not seen any red plastic pieces but I did have dinner with 2 vets and asked them. They said Dr Kara's advice was good so could sleep. Your services provide help in an emergency and assurance to those who need some help. Thank you Dr Kara.

I was trying to restart my disney plus. I couldn't get logged in. Just answer popped up saying they could give me an answer for just 1$.

I accepted and paid

I got charged 47$ just minutes later

They took my diaper money for my twin boys.

Life isn't fair. People steal.

I'll make it work I'm a strong mom.

God will take care of us. But he will throw you away.

My elderly mother asked a simple question on JustAnswer about her cooker. She knew it would cost £5. What she didn't know and it was not clearly set out was that she was signing up for a subscription. JustAnswer then took £30 per month for nearly two years. Never an email or text or any other communication about what she was paying and what she was supposedly buying. Do not get fooled. This is a bad company who have no compassion for people and just take your cash. They will not pay anything back so far. It is disgraceful and they have taken advantage of my mother and plenty of others. Read the reviews … there aren't many they'd be proud of….

So very impressed with Dr. Stan's candor and his being able to provide specific information- relative to my personal situation- rather than the' "party line" that I might expect to receive from other physicians.

Would not hesitate in recommending JustAnswer to others or in using the service again myself.

Being self employed, family guy, juggling home care of family member. Daily routine keeps me so caught up and overwhelmed. I do not have time to go track down people whom have the answer to Question's I ask. I'll bet most people like I my self have reached out with laptop, pc, or "I" device of phone kind. Spend hours searching for answers to what ever question. Loosing lots of time. "RIGHT"! Not anymore. At 2:30 AM on deadline ETC. I had to admit I was stuck. Dreading the seconds it takes get on pc to search web everything. I stumble on JustAnswer. To the point, From legal, mech, health, ETC. There is a pro. For once I new I could sence real help was clicks away. IT is easy, Just a quick question. You get a person not a robot like at P. G.& E or gov. Office. Plus they have second opinion or back up people. JustAnswer is the place you get answers.

I tried JustAnswer for the first time. One week trial was only $5. I received a response to my question that was direct and thorough in less than 30 minutes. Just remember to cancel your subscription if you don't want a montly charge.

Asked the "experts", they asked some more details. Responded quickly, no response back. Asked again - turns out they somehow missed my response. Totally useless, will dispute the $36 fee with credit card / PayPal. They prey on people who are in trouble and set them in an even worse situation by scamming $36. If you are dissatisfied: FILE A DISPUTE. That site is a 100% scam, don't waste your time wit it.

Our 8-month old pup was vomiting repeatedly. The vet responded promptly and suggested 1/4 of a 10 mg Pepcid. That did the trick! She slept through the night and is back to her puppy self today. Thanks!

Thx for stealing my last bit of food $ justAnswer. Come to u guys for help and they robbed me! Said 5 $. All I saw. I would never have agreed to pay u 46 to ask a question. I'll be not eating this week as I'm disabled and completely broke. They will not return your money for no reason which is pretty shady $#*!. Such bs. SHAME ON U

Trust me, save yourself the trouble of going here. They will ask for your bank details under the pretence of taking $2 for your question, then they will charge you $79. According to them when you agree to pay the $2 you are also agreeing to pay the $79 membership fee. This absolutely disgusting and such a scam, this website should be shut down.

I fix a lot of different things especially cars, boats and home projects. Previously I was a ASE certified mechanic and had diagnostic software at my disposal and had daily experiences to remember. Now, I ask a question and get really good answers that save me time and money. I just pay the monthly fee which I have saved several times over and I have no issue to ask any question that I want anytime. The answers typically are very prompt and accurate. If you need a lot of answers do the monthly and it will pay off.

Paid $5 for a legal question to be answered. Yeah, should have known for that price it wasn't gonna be a home run. Not only did I NOT hear back from them, but found out I was enrolled in a monthly $46 membership. Pretty sure I'll never see my money again. Calling the bank to make sure they no longer are able to charge my account. DO NOT use this site.

We went to a Vet ER on a wknd who suggested to put our cat down. Other option, see another vet next day, we did and they set up treatment plan to be done at home but didn't have diagnosis either and suggested putting her down if not better. Dr Z was only one to offer likely Diagnosis with symptoms that match our cat exactly. She recovered with time frame told and is doing well today! Thank You Dr Z for what the others could not do and who were quick to write her off. So worth it to seek another opinion.

GE sent me over to this service saying it's $2 to sign up but it's refundable. Through text messages, Shawn gave me so.e very generic advise with no specific advice with respect to the model of dryer. Once we realized he couldn't help he just abandoned me. Worse, I got charged $42. Don't waste your money.

I have a 2013 Ford Edge. I had no power to the instrument panel or ignition after I was poking around trying to run a wire through the firewall. Panic! I looked at obvious fuses, but none were popped. I got online with JustAnswer and was hooked up with David Craig. We spent quite awhile going through some likely fuses that might have blown. No luck at first, until he steered me toward the master fuses on top of the battery (didn't know there were such things!). Lo and behold a 120 amp fuse on the battery had popped! Next morning I went to the Ford dealer, and for $34 I replaced the little battery fuse block. Thanks to David, I saved several days of frustration with the Ford service dept, and probably a couple hundred bucks too!
