“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I recently aquired several pieces of China. While the internet has such a vast amount of resources, it is extremely time consuming and most patterns had no information available at all. If it was, it was only an amount that the seller determined via the price they were charging to purchase. Ended up spending endless hours and still no answers. With JustAnswer I received a history of the piece and/or the manufacturer and a value that had merit.

Included with all of this, the service exceeded my expectations. Not only were the responses quick, the Appraiser was extremely nice, very helpful, and eager to pursue my request! It is just a fabulous experience working with someone who really enjoys her job!

There was no answer given. Days after signing up for a few $, and then again $60with no advise this was going to happen. At the moment it is very very hard to cancel.
Another rip off company taking up room on the internet that gives nothing but takes your money

Advised that the full fee is being deducted. Make cancelling more transparent

The legal advice was amateur...and the guy sounded like I was bothering him. I've also been charged $60 a month after that call. They say I signed up for the membership so it must have been in very small print. No refunds are entertained. What a waste of money!
Oh...I combed through my emails and couldn't find a proof of purchase...just a lot of "how did we do" emails.

This business advertises they provide legal assistance, they do not. They only repeat what you've told them, ask to upload documents then never provide any assistance. I called customer service and they would prioritize my case yet the "lawyer" responding referred me BACK to customer service. Total scam & run around.

The appraiser they connected me with had zero knowledge of my particular rare limited edition concert grand piano and wasn't willing to research and only wanted to know what I paid for it so he could run a standard depreciation schedule. He balked when I said the piano had been appreciating in value since purchased in 2002 stating that it isn't possible.
Huge waste of time and not even worth the 5$

No one and Nothing is 100 % perfect but for many years now Just Answer has been more helpful than my words can say in many areas. JA has saved me tens of thousands of dollars ( yes - that is correct) from estate law, to immigrations law, to vets, to appraisals, all and more. These are sincere experts as far as I have been able to experience that have made our life much easier & better & more trouble - free. I recommend 100 % I have an annual membership and use it for many things to enlighten me, to avoid problems, to resolve situations, to know where to go for help if necessary. Amazing wealth of knowledge in Just Answer, worth every penny and more.

The expert advice from the vets on Just Answer saved the life of 2 of our dogs, and the medical advice and interpretation of an m r i also saved us thousands of medical dollars. This because my information forced Workman's comp to reverse the denied decision they originally gave. Workman's comp had to approve my husband but only because I had the correct reading of the m r i from the medical specialists on JA. That was the opposite of what the workman's comp m d had reported. We also received legal info and advice that got us on the right track to win our case. And we did. Just Answer has been the most important single resource for our family. I can not imagine being without the help that awaits at the touch of the keyboard. I recommend taking the monthly program so you can ask important questions at any time you need the help. Just Answer has saved us so much money and heartache that words can never say.

I've come here twice for mechanical and veterinary help. Both times I signed off happy and in possession of valuable information. On a fixed income the price is great too. I'm glad that there are proffessionals out there that are willing to offer their expertise without plucking you like a chicken. If you're stuck on something, this is the place to go.

I have been speaking to Dr. ALLEYNE And he responds so quickly with every answer to every question that I ask and I could not be happier with his help! It is very much appreciated more than you know.
What a great, great service and I am very impressed with how fast my doctor responds. I wish I could take my puppy to him because he is perfect for me and my puppy!

I had a bad experience with a hacker pretending to be microsoft support delete everything on my laptop so that I could not even get it to open. I went online seeking help and found just answer who connected me to Bryan I told him my problem and arranged to talk to him when I got home in front of the lap top. He took me through each step to restore it to factory conditions called me several times to make sure everything was going properly because it took some time for it to complete all of the downloads. It was a wonderful honest experience and I would use it again if I ever needed it and would highly recommend
Bryan for his work. And I felt like it was well worth the money that I spent to get it back to working order.

I used this site to get items appraised and was cancelled because I used it too often. I had no idea that there was a limit and when they canceled my account I was still paying for it! I am a collector so I purchased this service to help me with appraisals and was never told that there was some Fair Use Act that actually limits the number of inquiries you can make. The online support is not helpful and I will let everyone that I recommended purchase this to not trust this company.

Contacted this company about a car fault, totally wrong and misleading information that eventually said take the car to a dealer duh!
Then a month later £28.00 gone from my account!. Cancelled now, older and wiser, £40.00 for effectively nothing. Beware.

All ratings require you to give at least one star. Too bad as it distorts the true total. A 4-star could mean 3-star. And that illusion matters
Anyway, be very careful about using JustAnswer. It's a subscription website and it mask that. It's $5 just to sign on, as a question, $35. Yep, misdirection at its best. BUYER BEWARE! Then comes the monthly reoccuring charges...
I was able with my persistence able to get my $35 back. So with some work, Customer Service did work with me.

Our dog was just diagnosed with diabetes and we had spent a week of care and over $1,500.00 with our local vet but still had unanswered questions. Dr. Amy explained and guided me through appropriate and safe dosages much clearer than our vet and without the huge price tag. Thank you so much!

I was having blue tooth issues with my Kia Soul. Cameron told me what to do. I did and it worked! WoW! How wonderful to get help without driving my car 40 miles to a dealership and miss work to do that! He was very nice and knew his stuff! Thank you Cameron!

justanswer.com kept our credit card number and refused to delete it from their system even after we cancelled our subscription.

BTW, we never got our free "Money Back Guarantee" refund-- that's a scam. Don't even try to speak with someone else besides the Asian call center worker who is reading from a very long legalese script of why you will never see your money again, and how they plan to keep your credit card number as well.

Avoid them at all costs!
They do not send any email correspondence about your membership. It is unclear what you are even signing up for. I paid $5 to use their service then $70 to speak with an attorney. Never used the service again, never received any communication from them. Then they charged my account $46 3 weeks later and refused to refund it. Do not bother with this company that preys on the reoccurring membership unless you cancel.

My elderly dog was having spasms which appeared to be partial seizures after our vet had closed. I googled and came across the site and within minutes a veterinarian was responding to my inquiry. Although there could be many reasons this could happen, she was eager to answer my questions and put my mind at ease until I could visit my veterinarian the next morning. Use this service - it was great!

The computer technician who took my call was prompt, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. I had a serious issue and it took several hours over two days to get it resolved. This technician literally bent backwards to help me.

Horrible experience. These guys make you pay for someone to give advise that you could find yourself on Google. Then once you pay for worthless help, they subscribe you and now took another fee from my account and refuse a refund.

This is a 24/7 advertised service. I tried it and it took 11 hours to get back to me. Based on the lack of response it's false advertising. The tech reach you start with is clearly a BOT based on my responses and the answer/questions I got back, too.
