“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I agree with all the negative comments I've just read... wish I'd read them before using the site.
This is the second time I've been duped... the first 2 years ago that I had forgotten about when I was inadvertantly subscribed to a monthly charge for nothing.
This time from reading all the info on the site I thought there would be no charge until I was satisfied... I didn't even get an answer to my question and the charge was taken from my bank account.
Just answer also told me my email address was being used by someone else? How does that work?
My advice... stay away... can't imagine where the couple of positive reviews have come from!

I thought $2 was the fee for answering a question. I don't recall them saying they were gonna charge my credit card 79.00 monthly. Be very careful when signing on with this company. Its a question and answer, not a monthly fee of 79.00 for 1 question. Plus the fact that there was NO EMAIL confirming my subscription.

1000% Efficient Scammers... They offer a one week free trial for a refundable $2 fee to get your credit card details then they start charging an Unauthorised monthly fee of $66 immediately without any prior mention at all... Then to get that unauthorised charge refunded is an absolute nightmare. They use every trick in the book to try to run circles around you... They refused to refund the unauthorised transaction to me until I threatened to expose them by reporting them to every legal authority available... They thought they were so clever until they came across me... I finally got my refund once they understood that I wasn't going to backdown... One day they will do it one too many times and end up in prison for a very long time or worse... Most people don't suffer fools like this mob gladly... Don't trust this bunch for one millisecond... Stand your ground and report them to crimestoppers.com.au for Internet fraud.

I received an estimate for my car that I felt was inaccurate after doing the online research. I spoke to the tech and he gave me incredibly accurate information about my car as I was being ripped off by the dealership with flat out lies. I felt really good about it. $5.00 was way too little so I will probably stay with the membership for a while.

The appraiser didn't even know how to receive e-mails either via text or actual e-mails kept saying can't see the pictures? Sent her 11 photos via e-mail and text how hard is that to get people? Bad choice don't use them.

Dont ever buy this service. These guys are fraudster. They said they will refund membership fee when I cancel they never returned my money.

They will say you will be charged a dollar upfront but they will charge you $60 citing terms and conditions.

Lawyers are impolite and give you advice which is available online without charge. BEWARE!

I had a fuse in my car that kept blowing and could not find the problem. I finally called the technician I was messaging and he stayed with me on the phone and walked me through the electric diagrams until I found the issue. Not sure I'd have ever found it without his help. Highly recommend your service.

We own some income property and are planning a move into one of the units. This triggers some tax events we weren't sure we fully understood and several sites warned us of possible tax disasters if care is not taken. The enrolled agent who answered our questions, back and forth a half-dozen times over two days, was clear and to the point. We now feel confident we can model this even to understand how it will work financially, before we implement. It would be hard to get this kind of help before the fact from many tax professionals.

I felt such comfort in being told what the "absolute" was and when we "absolutely" should go to the ER with my daughter. Appreciation is what I feel. For that information. I could sleep knowing which markers we needed to watch for that night after we had been with doctors who had not shared that info. Thank you.

Spoke with a Vet (Dr. Mike) and he recommended I bring my dog to be seen by a Vet. I went, immediately. The vet saved my dog's eyesight. Thank you Dr. Mike for your advise. My little Gus is going to be good as new in a week! :)

I have been receiving help from "just Answer" on many of the legal questions that have been ruminating in my head for years. When my husband died, he did not prepare. We were separated and he did not tell me the severity of his illness. I was left with a lot of responsibility and no resources. The lawyers at "just Answer" have helped me with options that make sense. I am glad I don't have to spend a great amount of money just to have questions answered. The lawyers I have worked with are actually caring and able to relate to my situation, but also professional as well.

Charged $20.00 for research on an antique and never did get a satisfied answer. I worked with at least 4 so called experts and it took days to hear back from them. I only received a response after I emailed. I never did get an answer but you better believe they took my money

Was having problems with Microsoft on a new computer in programing it to function as it should. Am 78 years old and not very computer literate and terminology is still being learned. These folks were able to get me up and running with minimum amount of my effort. Do recommend.

I log on and ask a question. Imagine my surprise to find out they have been charging my credit card for 4 months at 71.00 - for a question (I know I should have noticed before but I thought was that last month and then just didn't notice - this is how they make their money)! They didn't answer my question they just copied a tax page. Wow! I cannot believe they tricked me into some subscription. I have never logged on and never asked a question since. You guys must be so proud. Most often when you join something you get a welcome email or something. But not this company it is a secret! No emails nothing just sneeking charges on your visa.

My terrier has been having an issue with his privates the last two mornings. I googled it but was still not sure how normal it was or when I should be concerned. I reached out and received a response at 9:00pm fairly quickly and a follow up answer just as quick. I like having a professional near by for my own peace of mind.

I wouldn't even put one star to be honest. When we tried it once there was nothing said that its a subscription, we did one off payment on a credit card about 3 years ago ( well we thought that it is one off payment) and since then money was been regularly taken out every month and they were not shy to take out payment twice in one month! When we rung them to ask for refund they just politely told you where you can go! So much of their 30 day money back guarantee! Beware and avoid!

I use Outlook for gmail email control. Two days ago, Outlook began sending me requests to allow it to login to my gmail account. Every time I entered what I knew was the the correct password the login request failed. After researching the problem, I must have tried twenty different approaches to fix the problem but without success.

I came across JustAnswer as a possible solution provider. I researched them and found out they have an A+ rating via the BBB so I gave them a try. Rickie, the technical consultant, did a fantastic job fixing the problem in under 15 minutes. Moreover, they charged me exactly what they said they would charge me and nothing more. All companies should operate with this level honesty and technical competence.

I will use them in the future and I highly recommend them to others with similar technical problems

It was late at night after an overwhelming day and my little diabetic dog had high blood sugar. Taking her to the ER VET causes excitement and increases her blood glucose further. I was an RN but needed support to make a plan. The Vet gave concise info. That allowed me to remember an overall view of what was happening and stayed with me to evaluate all the precise events leading to this problem and all remedies I had used. She continued to problem solve and as we worked I took another BG level and it was beginning to lower. The assurance a Vet can be there in this situation will definitely be the reason I will use this service again.

I have been a member of Just Answer for at least 5 years or more and I cannot imagine being without it. There have been times where my FAVORITE VET (Dr. Peter) or "human" Dr have helped when actually getting to a medical facility was not possible. The attorneys have saved me countless sums on legal questions/issues. I have also asked questions regarding electricity, plumbing, even a car mechanic.
I cannot say enough positive things about Just Answer. Thank you for being there.

The chatbot promised to charge me a fully refundable $5 fee and did NOT specify otherwise anywhere. I only noticed as I had signed into PayPal that they were charging me $44 instead, so I stopped. It was not possible to answer the chatbot at that point so I closed the site.

It's interesting reading these how completely random both the initial and monthly fees are. That in itself is indicative of untrustworthiness.

In Jan. 2015 I asked a question concerning antique porcelain... they wanted a picture of the item plus a picture of the mark on the bottom. I explained I did not have the ability to do this... there was no further response from them except that my debit card was charged twice for a total of $38. I foolishly let this go.

In July 2015 I made another foolish mistake and asked, on-line, a questions about an antique. The same scenario happened concerning taking pictures. I got no response to my question but my card was charged $36. I called customer service and during this call they asked for my credit card number to use to look up the incident. They supposedly have no record of my question or of charging my card. My bank does have a record of the charge!

I would advise everyone, not to use this Just Answer site for any reason!

Within minutes I received a text back. When the first attempt didn't resolve the issue I thought I would be left to deal with my problem, but no. The tech kept at it until we found the answer and we were successful in resolving my issue!
