“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I had been working on this particular return for over one full day and was stuck on the beginning entries for the new S Corp schedule L. Stephen was very patient and answered my question fully, even walking me through part of my problem.
I felt much more confident finishing the return after talking to him.

Be Careful! It is a bit of a scam... I was happy with the service I received from my one-time conversation with a mechanic, however, unbeknownst to me, by paying $34 for the interaction, I apparently agreed to a "Membership" with a MONTHLY charge of $34. I of course, had no intention of signing up for a monthly membership. It is very deceptive how they trick you into signing up for a monthly membership! Be careful.
Thankfully, I was able to call their customer service number which I found on Google. They did refund my second $34 charge.
I think this is a very deceptive business practice. Shame on them.

Tip for consumers:
Be very careful! Their "one time" charge actually has you signing up for a "Membership" with a monthly billing of $34!! Very unethical and slimy.

In the past I've been accused of being hyper sensitive of my health. I undoubtedly have many more medical ailments than most and, because of that, I'm always concerned that any one thing could be a symptom of something serious. I'll admit that, thankfully, more often than not my worry is for not, but I can't help feeling anxious. It's just who I am.
JustAnswer and the medical experts on the site have been a complete godsend for me. I can ask a question, and even attach a picture, any time of the day, any day of the week. Not only has JustAnswer provided quality medical advice, it's provided peace of mind as well.

I am thankful that there was someone to reach out to as my Vet was not available.
Willow had been panting at night, sometimes for hours and I was beside myself not knowing what to do to ease her stress. I reached out to answer.con "Vet" and the help that I received awesome!

Half hour before we were going to have our dog put down we got a second opinion from an online vet doctor he convinced us to stop the euthanasia and get an ultrasoundbecause there could have been many things wrong with our dog that would be fixable. We took his advice got the ultrasound the story doesn't end well because our baby had a large mass that was spreading but we walk away with a spot of joy in our heart knowing we did everything we could to understand her situation and to make a loving smart decision

Was asking if I possibly had a viable claim of action. I was seeking legal advice that I PAID for and I got cut and paste rhetoric totally middle of the road approach and to add insult to injury was simply told you should contact an attorney. Paid for one time service and was being billed monthly.

Ive called a couple of times for help and assistance and was handled very professionally by the staff. The computer technician was an expert and the attorney I spoke with was able to talk me down from my frenzied state and supplied me with links from 3 different sources reporting that what was happening to me was in fact a scam. I had been worried sick for the last 10 days and needed some relief. Thank goodness the attorney I was speaking with was able to reassure me. I am very, very grateful for all their help and assistance. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I posed a question to a pediatrician about trying to get my 5-month-old son to start sleeping in his crib. She wrote back an extremely detailed reply and followed up a week later to hear how the transition was going! Then I had an really complicated tax question so I decided to see if an accountant could help me out. I got step-by-step instructions that will save me hundreds if not a few thousand dollars in accounting fees. I'm officially a fan!

Last year my washer died. JustAnswer tech diagnosed the circuit board needed to be replaced and sent me sheets from the tech manual and comments to do the job. Bought board online and Success. This week I needed help with thermostatic shower valve and there was nothing online anywhere. Eddie identified the valve from pics and sent 2 tech how to manuals and suggestions. Both times they were simple fixes if only you know the fix. Both times I fixed the problem with simple tools and saved a boatload of money. I'm guessing those two sessions saved me around $500 in service calls and parts markups. I always check youtube for repair tutorials first but there are a LOT of holes in that knowledge base. I highly recommend justanswer.com. Both techs were very very quick to respond and highly knowledgeable.

Our 1 year old Golden, Gracie chewed up a bottle of Systane eye drops. We called after hours emergency and they told us to call the pet poison control and it would cost $60.00 just to tell us we might need to go to the emergency room. We Googled and got the answer, but used this service to make sure. The answer was not immediate, but within 30 min. They confirmed what we learned. Gracie had no issues over night. We were pleased. I went right in and cancel the membership, so that I would not forget.

I don't care what the Better Business Bureau says. I signed up for a one time legal question, got my answer, was happy with it. I never noticed that I was signing up for a full-time membership just got my bill for $46 and it cannot be refunded.

They do not care about their customer, they only care about making money. DO NOT recommend. I paid a $40 fee for them to answer one question and they pulled more money out the following month. I tried to get it refunded since I didn't know I subscribed and I haven't used their service and instead of finding a common ground they just ended the chat. I talked to an online agent named Maria, she did not listen to my needs just proceeded with her script. Unprofessional and worst customer service. You're better off doing the research yourself.

I've started a little side business reselling auction items on line. I am still earning the value of all things old, and this site has been a my life preservior. I have also used the MD with medical symptoms I was experiencing and he was able to tell me about OTC meds that would help. And finally, I drive an unusual car and the mechanic has been pretty spot on when I send in questions about the car. It is really nice to have all these experts in one space, I can access in my living room.

I have searched for days for a head gasket for my Ford 1500 tractor website after website that said they carried parts for old tractors came up empty! Including the website that he recommended I buy it from it seems to order parts from these sites you need the part number not just the name! Within a couple of hours Curtis B. Sent me the part number and link to the site that had it in stock! Without the number I would never have found my part! Many thanks to just answers mechanic Curtis B.

First I was lost. You should ask why? Since my knowledge and the technician knowledge is a big difference. Solution = it is not easy but he should find where is his/hers customer. I was lucky having as much of technology knowledge. He said "I already solved the problem. Except I did not know (he left a result file) on my DeskTop. He did not tell me but later I have found it on my desktop. Please next time please specify where are the result or results?!?!

This is a scam service set up to entice you in with a 'Free seven day trial offer.' Then they don't make clear to you that you have to definitely opt out before the trial period is up or they'll take your money (£38 a month!)
For ever after - despite you never using the service again. We rang to complain we had been repeatedly charged for a service we hadn't used apart from that initial phone call, and we were answered by staff in the Philippines who promised a Supervisor would ring back within the hour. Did they heck!

I described my r v symptoms to the pro on phone. He asked me some questions on topic to guide him to the possible solution. My converter is in question I agreed, made sense. I paid the five bucks, said thanks & goodbye! Will definitely use again as a back up to my logic & inexperience in a particular field!

Our 16 year-old Pomeranian accidentally injested 3 human meds after hours. She is already being treated for a congestive heart condition. Needless to say I panicked.
I started a search on the web for potential issues to be concerned about before rushing off to a vet emergency center. I was quickly presented with this service to which a vet tech responded and, for a small fee, connected me to a vet in the UK (I'm in Virginia). I gave him the details and current meds and in within 10 min he had the answers. In this case all I needed to do is be observant of my dog for a few hours. End result - no issues and a significant relief to us. I was then forwarded a summary email of the conversation (all text) and resultant findings. This is a very valuable service at low cost with quick results. Thank You JustAnswer.

I signed up for a trial period, and before it was over, I requested to cancel the membership. (My request for cancellation was on April 19,2020)

I still have the email I received from them in which they acknowledge both my refund request and my cancellation request.

And, the email contains a "ticket number" which they provided.

They did NOT cancel my membership, as requested, and instead, charged me $60 a month over the next four months.

I contacted them, and they would do nothing - they said "We don't have a ticket with that ticket number".

In other words, THEY screwed up and deleted my request. (I still have the entire conversation with the Customer Support person saved in a file).

So - you can try this service, then request to cancel it, and they'll SAY they're going to cancel it -- but then, conveniently lose the request ticket.

I've called my bank, filed disputes, and depending on how that goes, I'll be calling my lawyer. I have this stuff documented.

Hey guys,
I live in a very rural area outside of the city. We have several different farm animals including some "barn kittens". Overnight in a weekend of course they became sickly and the vets weren't available. So I found the ability to ask a Vet online what medicines to give th we kittens. He was able to help me for about the same as gas would have cost to get to the city. I would highly recommend but just know it can't be too much of an issue. They can only do so much online but in my case it was enough!

Dr. Roy C was very helpful and informative. It was after business hours and I could not reach any of my veterinarians for advise on my ailing pup. Dr. Roy C took the time to not only listen to my concerns, but he had first hand experience with my pup's issue. The information he was able to provide was more than I had received from any other Vet, the internet or research I had done. He gave me the advise and peace of mind that I needed.

Dr. Abby, for example says only that she is a medical professional with an MD who has practiced for over 10 years. (Incidentally, her page features a highly suspect photo of a very attractive young woman who would appear to be in her early 20s, which means she got her MD as a child). Other complaint is that when I typed my question from a page that featured old questions and answers (with quality answers, which is why I gave 2 stars, not 1), there was no mention of payment being required. A person or not asked some follow-up questions, taking up more time, and only then was I redirected to a page that said I had to pay a $5 deposit that would be followed by a $17 fee. If the site had been clear about payment, name of physician (only way to prove its an actual doctor), and not featured a photo of a model (apologies and compliments to Dr. Abby if that is really you), I would have trusted and purchased the service. Just a hair too sketchy as is though.

If you follow their advertisement it says $5 or sometimes its $1 for the service, but they don't tell you they automatically charge you for a full month of services at $69.00 which was not stated at purchase or on the front page. They say to cancel at any time but that still means you are fully charged. They would not give me a refund for the portion of the charge I did not agree to. I agreed to pay $5 for a 2-minute phone call, not $69. Shady if you ask me. They also write their own reviews on a lot of websites as they are the exact same review over and over. Not worth it if you are looking for real answers with out shady marketing.
