“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Having re-installed my MacBook pro's system and data using time machine, I was unable to connect to the internet.
Ben, the pro, went through a number of steps and very patiently helped me to fix the problem even though it took more than an hour to do so.

Do not trust them! They have taken £30 out of my account without my authorisation. I paid the £1 and did not subscribe. They do not have any other details except my card. I have notified my bank and will make sure as many people I can advise know that this 'trusted' site runs a scam.

I would highly recommend this site to anyone. Dr. Bruce calmed me down and explained there was nothing to worry about. I had hit a tennis ball and my lab took it to her eye. It was really red and she was closing it slightly. By the next morning it was completely better. I wish he was my regular vet. Thanks! Robin

I asked a legal question concerning sales and use tax permits. It's my first time starting a small business, so I found JustAnswer while I was attempting to educate myself on how I should be starting. The $5 per question was well advertised, and that is the price I believed I was agreeing to. I do believe the $60 monthly membership was surreptitiously added, and I would not have agreed to it had I known I would be charged that as well.

I managed to cancel my membership to avoid future charges, and I attempted to contact customer service to help remediate my issue. That didn't help though. Even though it's clear I've only used their service for a one-time question, they see no issue with charging me for a whole month. I would not recommend JustAnswer.

Dr. Altman was very knowledgeable and was spot on with her diagnosis of my puppy. She responded to my request within minutes and gave me great advise and a link to read up on what she though was wrong with him. I followed what she told me to do and after 2 days he was back to his mischievous self. I was hesitant about using an on line vet service and thought I am just going to waste my money. But it was Sunday and an emergency vet would have cost a fortune so I let it roll. I am so happy I did. I will definitely use this service again in the future and I 100% recommend it. I have a happy boy again.

They will say they can help for only $2 but it also requires an $86 membership that they DO NOT tell you about. Once connected with an "expect", he was unable to provide me with the advise that I was promised during sign up.

Please do not use this company…. They asked for my cc # and said they would ONLY charge me $1.00…. $46.00 later I called my cc company…the rep told me that she gets MANY complaints about this company.(maybe 5-already this week). She conferenced me in to them, and said she was surprised they did NOT recognize her voice by now! Don

I wanted to know how much a 3 drawer small box I had found was & although it took nearly 24 hours, the response I got I felt was trustworthy & the person who responded was very helpful. Overall I am very satisfied. $5 for that was well worth it & now I can ask as many questions as I'd like :)

I'm surprised to see all these really negative reviews. I contacted JustAnswer after trying to make an appointment with a local dermatologist and not finding anyone to get in with for two weeks. My question was pretty simple, and a good photo showed most of what needed to be relayed. My question to the JustAnswer dermatologist was answered professionally and thoroughly, about 1 hour after I asked it. I had a continuing conversation with this dermatologist that lasted over the course of a week, with lots of great advice. I am a nurse practitioner and know that the advice given was sound. Admittedly, they do seem to charge you before your question is answered, so I am not sure about the claim that you only pay once you are satisfied. But I was satisfied, so I am happy to have paid what I did pay. I recommend the service with caution though, because clearly others didn't have the positive experience that I had!

So, my local vet clinics tend to be over-booked. I've tried to get my cats in for sicknesses and they'll have me wait 3 weeks to a month for more, so I thought I'd give this a try. Called in (admittedly around 8:40 at night because that's when my cat got his toenail torn out, but we don't have emergency services around here), waited until 1:30 in the morning before finally giving up on them actually ANSWERING my call. The assistant was very nice, but that doesn't make up for the fact that they charged me for a service they can't actually give.

Then, once I went to cancel, they said they'd try and get me in with a caller right away, then just canceled and sent me on my way. Like... what actually goes on there? THREE hours? Almost four? I mean, what is this even for?

My dog ate some adults medication and my vets office was closed.my dog also has several medical problems one of which requires insulin shots so I was very concerned. Just answer quickly provided me with the information I need to make sure my dog would be ok. My dog is fine and it is really a blessing to know that if my vets office is closed and I need help just ask is available.

The battery in my 2014 Ford Escape needs replacing and the usual auto parts stores that install for free wouldn't install it. They said it was too complicated, so I asked a mechanic on JustAnswer. He told me how to do it, but I am not mechanically inclined. But he said that it should take no more than 1/2 hour. The one auto parts place allows 45 minutes. I think they just didn't want to do it. Called the 3 biggest known auto parts stores and none of them would change it. Glad I talked to him and got a better understanding about the situation.

2 lawyers responded and gave me great information and much food for thought. Though their opinions were vastly different they definitely both gave valid points and concerns. Especially useful were some links to cases that were relevant.

My dog, Jake, 11 1/2 yrs Newfoundland, was not tolerating the medicine from the vet, didn't know what to do, the Just Answer vet told me to stop all pills and and made me feel better about it. After two-three days of barfing, he is now starting to eat again and no more barfing up. Still a little lethargic but I think being so ill took a lot out of him.

So glad I used Just Answer, a lot cheaper than another trip to the vet also.

As many others have stated, this site advertised a $5 fully refundable fee to join. Then when you enter your card info, it is charged $46. The page where you enter the info sneakily includes the $46 in small print, yet the chat bot only mentions $5. My customer service rep was dismissive and ended the chat before I could finish speaking. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

This has been an awful experience. Do not use JustAnswer. End unethical business practices.

I tried many times to cancel my subscription- 55$ a month- and was met with polite but extremely unhelpful people each time. I was promised that the subscription was cancelled and I would be refunded, but they continued charging me in the following months. I did not find the service very helpful in the first place, but I am now out hundreds of dollars because they could not be honest with me or cancel my subscription as promised. Please be careful using this service. I was desperate for help, and I very much regret it.

Site indicated $1 fee and a box to submit question. A chat box opens and an "assistant" says I will send a form for you to complete and then your question will be answered. A $1 charge and then $55. My bank texts me immediately and I cancelled within minutes. They are refusing to refund any money.

The large print says you will get a support/tech answer for $1. DON'T BELIEVE IT! You cannot submit a question without buying a $55/month subscription. Run away! This is bait and switch in the worst way.

The site makes it look like if you only do a chat it is a dollar, but guess what it is 60 dollars even if they immediately tell you it is not a valid case. Called support and they told me I agreed to it, maybe I did but the site makes it look like the 60 dollar charge is only for a phone consult. If this is how you guys get your money, hope it is worth it, cause it is based on tricking people who are already dealing with issues that need resolved and cost money they don't have, much like the 60 bucks you just took from me for virtually no service offered. This company sucks.

Don't ever go for this guys, they charged me twice for one single answer, 93 dollars on total ( 1 dollars, 46, and 46 again) I try to get the money back but they don't care, the person on the other side of the conversation just end the text and live alone for 4 times, they are the worst and will take your money without your permission

Found their ad on line because I was looking for some legal advise, the ad said answer any legal question for $5, well yes they charged me $5 and then another $46 charge for a member ship I didn't ask for or want, and then I cancelled the membership right away they told me no refunds, this place must make millions by stealing from people like this every single day. Don't ever use this place they are a bunch of thiefs

I needed to know how to proceed with an upcoming court appearance where I have summoned a "neighbor". The advice was solid and I will heed it-get a lawyer. Further advice was given if all other efforts fail, something I had not thought of, a different way to proceed but hoping I don't have to take it that far. Thank you - I appreciate it.

Thank god it was only 1 pound for the trial. I asked my question and it took about 1 hour to get a response. Every message thereafter took at least 30 minutes. The first suggestion from the technician was wrong - even I knew that from a bit of Googling I had done myself. He agreed I was correct and the final message was "I think you should get a local professional to look at it" and then "I hope I have helped you today". They were no help whatsoever! THEN a few days later I received an email asking for feedback, which I obviously clicked 1 out of 10 for, so I was offered to ask my question again for free...but then the link only led me to pay again! No free answer at all - that was when I decided I would write this review. I feel this site may only be useful for easy questions that one could Google eventually themselves, or creative questions that aren't a clear wrong or right.
