“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I was cheated, the first contact you get are robots whatever you type in they bring the ask the next question anyway and put you in a que which was too long for me. I asked them to cancel my order which they emailed to say they had done but went ahead all the same and deducted money from my account.

Be careful you might just be about to lose your hard earned cash

They were so helpful and thoughtful. I felt like the vet I spoke with really cared about my pet. I was able to get help late in the evening on a holiday. They were able to give me information to make an informed decision to seek emergency help or wait for the next business day for my regular vet. Great experience.

Good answer! Very helpful. Bird doing better. (There is no bird vet in this county) the only glitch I had was with my credit card. The first two charges went through ok but when I tried to leave a tip the credit card company fraud dept blocked the transaction. I guess the three charges in a short time triggered a red flag. So it might be a good idea to alert your card company prior to the transaction.

If you have a simple question about your dog's health and want to spend an extra 30$ to have someone else tell you to visit a vet, then sign up for this service. Yes, the "professional" will get to you soon, even at night or on the weekend, but the answer will always be the same: see another professional. This service is a tax for anyone who is debating whether to go to a professional or not. Just go to a professional, because ultimately that will be the advice you get.

My 9-month old puppy at a bunch of Tootsie Rolls (Midgees). I Googled my situation and found JustAnswer. Typed in my question, paid a small fee, got an answer very quickly from a veterinarian with 20 years of experience... and that was it. I followed her instructions and everything is fine now. I love this site!

“JustAnswer” is not bad at all… when you’re angry already you really need to speak with a live voice, but I calmed down and was professionally served

Asked a question on if a land lord could change the locks on the doors and keep you from getting your property out without a legal notice. They lawyer came back to me less than 30 min's with a answer and with other options that i could go and find a lawyer close by.

BE CAREFUL! Do not trust their $1 consultation with doctor. It's in fact $1+$46(membership fees). They enrolled me to the membership automatically and refuse to give me a refund after I realized I was charged an extra $46. This company is just SCAM!

They did not answer my problem at all. You gave me the same information I already had from Google. Then they charged me $46 for a service I did not want and claimed they sent me an email giving me seven days to opt out. I checked, there was no email. Then they said you would refund my money in three days, but they did not. If this is not a scam, I don't understand the definition of scam. I suspect their good reviews are written by them and their staff.

I am not overly confident that the mechanic was truly qualified to answer my question.He needed to know the problem and what I had already tried to resolve the issue.In this case there were only 3 things to do, of which I had already tried 2 of them.So by process of elimination he came up with the only answer left. I feel that I am entitled to a refund of some sort. Await your earliest reply. This rating is of the mechanic not the website.

I had a vet question. The link the CS agent gave me said "Join for $!.00 the $28.00/mo. Cancel anytime." The vet never called and I was charged the full $28.99 immediately. I chatted with CS and told them I wanted a refund. "Robert", the CS rep, skirted the issue and closed the chat. I contacted him AGAIN and he finally canceled the charge. This is nothing but a scam!

We had air conditioner problems with our GMC van-motorhome. All repair shops in our area said that the entire system would have to be replaced, and we couldn't afford the expense. Prompted by the Holy Spirit, I put out my question and description, clicked on "Just Answer" and shortly was contacted by "Tim&039" a mechanic. He explained the probable source of the problem which gave us courage to check with yet another independent mechanic who is currently repairing the problem, for around $175, parts and labor instead of thousands. Kudos to Just Answer for having a good knowledge base for the lay person.

Absolutely horrible. A complete rip-off. I asked for a refund and will probably never see a dime of it back. Instead of giving me an actual answer, they sent me a link to a very, very generic response online - it was pathetic. Don't use this service

BE AWARE, this site will automatically sign you up for reoccurring charges. They will also tell you to take your pet to the local vet. They can not prescribe any medications, and the pricing quoted was not what I was charged. They did refund month 2 and cancel the membership after a phone call. I used my discover to pay and will not be posting a picture..

Tip for consumers:
No prescriptions can be offered. This is NOT a one time fee (as I was lead to believe) They will not cancel the automatic subscription the same day (asked that question while I was trying to figure out why I was receiving reoccurring charges). It is not a $1.95 question. I was charged 14.00 for the first question- month prescription and then 16.00 the following month. No idea how long that would have continued. Do not do it!

Somehow or another my computer was full of something which caused me not to be able to get my e-mail. Lots of info from other non genesis folks and was fortunate to find Justanswer! And they got my e-mail back on track. Cleaned things up nicely.

I used this site several months and paid $37 for advice on my HVAC problem. Answer was very insufficient and did not work. Since then I have been charged $37 per month even though I did not sign up for the monthly fees and never used the site again. I have tried to get a refund of these monies but the customer service person said there was nothing available. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was promised a call back but did not receive a call back from him/her. Big ripoff for no service rendered.

Customer service is lacking as I could not speak with a supervisor/decision maker and my request to speak with the supervisor was not returned.

I reached out to this online service for help with my printer. I agreed to pay 2$ for the assistance. The solution given did not work so I reached out to the actual brand name on my printer. Two months later, looking at my credit car fees I noticed I was not only charged 2$ but another charge of 66$. That same charge also appeared on the following month.
When I called JustAnswer I was informed that when we agree to the terms and conditions you also agree to the membership fee. I cancelled the membership and had to insist for a refund. I could only get a refund for 1 month charge. So I paid 68$ for an answer that did not solve my problem. The Brother printer customer service did not charge me anything and solved the problem. Save your money and contact your brand!
