“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I love the way I get such full answers that are very helpful, and I can get more info if wanted.The extra detail when requested really is the cherry on top for me. I need help with research of cases to cite, and I get it.

Ben was patient and even though we didn't solve the problem right them he gave several suggestions to try and that I keep trying. He said he would check back on me to see if I was successful. It was very late when I requested assistance.

My query was account related, not technical, the prompts on the site are misleading and was not related to any of the dialogue boxes that popped up to begin with, and this is misleading the public. The site, from what I've seen, is not very user friendly to begin with, so I hope that my refund of R599.00 reflects in my banking account, failing which, this matter will be reported. It stated R15 refundable, nothing about R 599.00, yet they deduct R599.00 + R 15.00 and a processing fee for card validation. I will report to the authorities should my refund not reflect in my account.
A rating of 1 star is way too much.

The details of how to sign off on an Executor's role were unknown to me. I had some doubts and fears. Was I about to sign away some important rights? As a beneficiary of my father's WIll, I raised three questions of detail and back came the answer within a few hours: everything I read in my document was part of the standard sign-off procedure. My worries evaporated! I was able to sign the document with my fears under control. Thank you for the clarity and security -- much appreciated!

Just another unfair subscription model! I called the day after I was charged to cancel and ask for a refund and they did not grant it... I told them that I did not use/like their service and they still wouldn't refund my money back... apart from "terms and conditions" there should be an ethical/moral aspect in these cases... I will not recommend this app to any one

The information provided short circuited the extra side issues and had me focusing on the main area to take action about. I am now moving forward, and setting aside the areas that are not part of my responsibility. I am grateful for the advice and will certainly recommend this service to others.

I have used them before w/no issue. Recently received advice from one of their technicians. Advice did not solve problem. Just Answer never refunded the price. I believe I was beyond the 30 day refund window but that is because I followed advice of technician, ordered part, part came but didn't work, ordered another one of the same part to see if the original was bad, it didn't work, ordered a different part based on advice of others, it worked. Meanwhile the 30 days had past. Ask for refund of $22 & have never heard back. Finally heard back and was refunded the $.

Be careful with this site! They say they are only going to charge you $5 but then charge you $35. I would not have gone through with it if I ha known they were going to charge me $35. The page that it sent me to regarding pricing aid that it was only going to charge me $5. I called customer service which was difficult to find the number and they refused to refund me. Furthermore when I did finally talk to someone about my pet they gave me basic answers that I already knew. They weren't helpful at all. They were professional but did not help with my concerns in any way. It's super frustrating. Just be careful.

I had a mysterious antique I wanted to know about... and the prospect of finding and visiting an expert in person seemed very time-consuming and daunting. I had never used a site like this before, and I thought I would give it a try... and I was very happily surprised! I sent my email and was answered almost immediately by an expert in the field I required, who requested pictures. I had some difficulty sending them, but the customer support people were very friendly and helpful. My expert got back to me very quickly with a very thoughtful and well-researched reply, and even sent an email address of someone who could possibly give me even more information. So I must say I was very pleased with this site, and would definitely recommend it.

I had a question, just out of the blue thought I would give it a try and worth the money to get an answer from a professional who should know. I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt response to my initial questions and my follow up question. I recently confirmed the answer I received from "JustAnswer". By taking the chance and paying the cost to get an outside, professional answer, just netted me some much needed extra dollars. So, yes, for what I was looking for, it was definitely well worth it. Amazing since I hardly ever will pay for something like this but this time so glad I did.

I first utilized this service for some house electrical questions I had. I received a response within minutes of posting. The electrician I talked with had years of experience and was very knowledgeable. He helped me solve my problem and then continued to help me, when I had a follow up question, despite me having already rated him.

The electrician service was so great I decided to try the doctor service for a second opinion to my local doctor's diagnosis. Again, I received an answer extremely quick and the details answered every question I had after meeting with my real doctor.

Just Answer is a superb service that I will recommend to anyone looking for a professionals opinion and thoughts regarding any question you have. You no longer need connections in every industry, you have Just Answer!

The claim is $5 to ask a question then hit you with a membership fee without your knowledge once they ask the attorney. You'll find it on your statement for $60. And when you call the answer is "it is in the fine print"...literally! It is not on the credit card page; it is in an additional temporary password email underneath the password, which is AFTER you have given your credit card information to them. So if you are in a hurry and don't scroll down far enough you will not see it. And the attorney could not give any actual advice, just the legal code that it falls under. When I called to complain, they canceled my membership...didn't give my money back and I was suppose to be able to ask questions for an entire month, so I paid for invalid membership less than 24 hours long. Even gyms keep it active until your 30 days are up so that they aren't stealing from you. What a load of Bologna! Call a real attorney.

Tip for consumers:
You can probably look up the answer as they can only recite the code of law rather than give advice like a normal attorney would.

Make sure you pay attention because they tell you it's a $5 fee then charge you $40. That could of paid for my vet exam instead I paid $40 to have someone tell me to take my cat to the vet because they can't prescribe meds. Cancelled my membership immediately and talked with a customer service agent who clearly didn't give a crap about the well being of my cat that they just took money from. They claim that it says that they are going to charge you $35 monthly when you enter your card info right after they tell you it's $5. Then the customer service rep just says we'll did you read the terms and conditions? Shove your terms and conditions and give me and all the other people you've stolen from our money back.

Accessed this scam thinking I would be connected to a vet to get advice and treatment for my elderly Siamese cat and avoid traumatizing her with a 40 mile drive to town.

Was told my card would be charged $5. Then nailed my card for over $40.

To add insult to injury, a "vet" texted me claiming 20 years experience but then said "I am legally unable to prescibe medications".

Avoid the scam. Warn your friends.

I have a Microsoft Surface Book. I don't know how it happen but my screen display turned itself upside down. I even turn the monitor upside down but could not find a way to keep it in that position without damaging the monitor. I received very specific instructions and presto no more pain in my neck.

Deceptive practices as well as terrible customer service. Started a chat only to be dismissed and have the chat ended by the rep while I was still typing. Called in only to speak to someone even ruder. The representative was condescending and sarcastic towards me the entire call. Will never use this so called service again.

I was looking at a YouTube video demonstrating a complex maintenance procedure for a sewing machine. An ad for JustAnswer popped up claiming to provide expert technicians to answer this kind of question for $1, can cancel at any time. I decided to try it. Immediately I was in touch with a consultant who did not read my query. Then she said she would try to find an expert to answer it. Then I received a notice of a $37 charge from JustAnswer, in addition to the $1 fee, which was now described as an account processing fee. I immediately cancelled the transaction. Hours later a tech emailed me, suggesting I look at the YouTube video (same one I was already viewing). The company will not refund the $37, but claim I will not be subjected to monthly charges. Their customer service rep claimed they have a great Better Business Bureau record. In fact, they have a record of many complaints. BBB now has one more. Don't use this company, it is a scam.
