Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
My questions about a motor cycle throttle cable replacement were not only correctly answered by Wayne S. But were answered on a Saturday and a Sunday. Even though I could have waited for an answer (no rush on my part), he jumped right on it and even sent drawings and a video link for the task.
I was having car trouble and the mechanics I brought my vehicle to were ripping me off by overcharging me for parts and telling me I needed repairs that I didn't feel were necessary. I decided to try JustAnswer and was able to get help immediately. The mechanic who answered my question was thorough and knowledgeable. He offered continued help whenever I brought my car back to my regular mechanic. From now on any time I need professional assistance, I will be using JustAnswer!
JUST ANSWERS was very helpful and I have used them in the past. Once for a medical question and the other time was a math problem. I recommend you first get set-up and register. Makes things a lot more easier. It's great to be able to get advice from a real doctor or nurse on a Saturday afternoon.
My puppy swallowed a measuring spoon whole. I spent the first 20 minutes trying to find the spoon- are you sure she swallowed it?, the next 30 minutes trying to find a vet that would see her on an emergency basis. The next few minutes desperately searching online for what to do other than call the vet. Found just answer. Less than ten minutes later I got actual help and advice for my emergency. She walked me through exactly what to do, calmed me down and reassured me that my puppy would be ok, followed up when i went silent. I am thrilled. I have already told everyone I know that has a pet about this service actual assistance and help in an emergency! Who woulda thought!
This site website is great. They provide swift (on the spot) and excellent advice on legal issues. I needed advice fir a real estate matter (landlord-tenant issues). Somewhere when you have nowhere to turn and you need help then just answer is the place to go, for a small fee you can get help or at least pointed in the right direction, you could waste time (and money) going the wrong way, this site makes sure that doesnt happen

I had an appliance issue and didn't get help to fix it. I ended up having to pay for this service and had to call in a service provider to fix my issue. Then I got charged monthly for 3 months which I didn't read closely enough to realize it would be a recurring charge.

Dont use it and if you do, make sure that you understand they will charge your card monthly.

The day I moved into my apartment another resident there stabbed a homeless man to death while I was 30 feet away. The place is also infested with cockroaches and I had signed a one year lease. The help from the Subaru Technician Mike V. probably saved me a lot of money at the local auto repair site. Mike knew immediately what was causing the scratching squeak coming from a bar attached to the body of my Forester which entered into the driver's side door. The bar was between the top and bottom hinges. He stayed available on the internet while I searched for WD40 and while I was in the garage working on the car door. He was so very kind and thorough with his responses and, in the end, the horrid squeaking was eliminated. The noise was caused by a pivot point that was freezing up. Mike V. even helped me understand what a pivot point was without making me feel really dumb! I really wanted to give him a 10-star rating, but the system only allowed a maximum of 5 stars. The service manager at the repair shop I had previously spoken to had talked about removing the door to find the problem, which would have indeed cost a fortune.

This is the most useless waste of money. Very misleading information on their website. I signed up for the service without even knowing and my account was charged right away. The question that I asked was regarding the IRS and they told me to contact the IRS website. HOW genius! What a joke. I cancelled my account and requested a refund within hours of signing up and was denied the refund. I absolutely hate this kind of organization!
