Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
At first, you are led to believe that you can pose a question for $1. However, when you sign up, you end up paying a $46 monthly fee. In my case, I needed support with Microsoft Office. To get the support from Microsoft, I needed to pay an additional Microsoft fee of $39. Avoid this site as fees are excessive.
Website is faulty. Would not receive my texts to Dr Basu. Hence, no help, no script. I want my $ back

This company is deceptive and will NOT refund your money after they tell you it costs $1.00 to use their services. They piggyback on other companies customer service, ac ting like they are in concert. They hope that you will give up by referring you to "expert" after "expert". This company is outrageous and is the epitome of "bait and switch"... BEWARE and use at your own risk.

The Vet I talked to gave very specific suggestions and recommendations. I was very happy with the quick response. I contacted them Saturday evening and I had a response by mid morning on Sunday. I didn't sign up because I have a regular vet, but it was after hours, but I would use them again if I'm a situation where I'm not sure what to do. I liked the Vet. Thank you.

There are many licensed journeymen out there but few licensed plumbers. I found myself in this predicament with a host of questions that cost me money to address and yet were still unsolved until I found a licensed, very experienced plumber. I was looking for a vet with specific knowledge of the problem my dog might have had. The person I got was exactly that. Additionally he was patient and gave lengthy, detailed information relevant to my situation. This was FAR more than I could have gotten from my local vet.
So I would definitely encourage people to consider this for emergency information.
The mechanic took over an hour to get anywhere and never got my issued solved and asked the same question three times as well as took 30 minutes to even respond, then went to ask for a refund from customer service because I was told it would cost me 1$ but ended up costing me 35$, but customer service wouldn't wait for me to finish typing and ended up disconnecting the chat. Never using this site again.

just don't they waisted my time when i could have kept searching the internet and or waited for my local motorcycle dealer to open to have them look at it

I asked a question concerning a refund from a travel insurance company. The company are refusing me a refund as they keep saying I'm over my 14 days cooling off period. Asked the question and got an answer straight away and now am dealing with the company to hopefully get the result I want. Great advise and would highly recommend to anyone.

Googled a problem I had, and JustAnswer popped up. Asked a question and also asked how does this work and what will it cost? Réponse was to pay $1 refundable and screen popped up to do that. Did it. Then I saw my card had been charged also $35. Immediately said cancel, no response. Cancelled on site. Wrote again and told I get no refund! I had no interaction with any professionals at all. Was a so-called member against my will for about five minutes

I contacted justanswer.com paid the one time question fee now they charged me a $59 fee for a membership that I did not want they refused to refund the membership fee. Therefore I'm out $59 and I still didn't get the legal help I needed.

The company is completely misleading. I was told I get a question answered for $5 and it was fully refundable. However, I was then charged $30 for a monthly subscription. I did not want a subscription. I wrote to the company and was told there were no refunds but they promoted a "fully refundable" $5 fee.
I asked my question and ended up having to call a company to come out and fix the issue which was $89. So, now I am out $124 because this company does not explain what you are signing up for and that you their "full refundable" fee is not refundable at all.
I looked back on the site and it mentions it but does not state you could not get a refund. It just says, cancel anytime.
Upon reading other reviews on here this happens a lot.
I want the $30 subscription fee that I did not agree to AND the $5 "fully refundable" fee FULLY refunded to me immediately.

I was searching for answers and this advertisement popped up questions answered $1.00, I knew that could not be possible but I read all the small print and entered my credit card information, the fine print stated I could cancel before my card is charged. Asked my question and this window popped up saying for a phone call $58.00, now I'm thinking wait a minute this could be a scam, finally after 30 minutes or so I get a response from a lawyer, however I have already canceled this membership before I can be charged a fee, Nope I was charged $46.00., I am now wondering why am I being charged? I read the fine print it clearly stated TRIAL PERIOD, what does trial period mean to you? For me it's a trial period, not for this company. Nevertheless I was charged and they refused to refund the payment. Lesson learned.

My Cattledog was lethargic, pacing and walking in circles, walking slowly with head down. After informing the vet that my dog had a history of seizure, he diagnosed that the symptoms reflected a possible brain disorder and testing of the brain would be appropriate. He stated that although this is a concerning condition, I could observe and document any future occurrences before taking her to my vet. My dog returned to normal self 4 hours later. Because of the vet's diagnosis I now know what to look for and determine whether any future occurrence will require a vet visit.
I joined after a chat assistant said that they could help with my query. DO NOT USE - they take your money and they give you a response saying that they can't help you. Their expert suggested that I ask for a refund which I did. I then got an email saying that they can't refund me. USE another site if you value your money.

A warning appeared on the dash of my car saying I needed to 'check the level of coolant'. I knew that 'coolant' had something to do with the cooling system. But not 'what', 'where' of 'how'. It occurred during a long weekend - and I live 100 km from my service dealer. I was concerned about driving the vehicle. A mechanical assistant collected all the details about the make, model and kilometres of my car before referring me to a qualified mechanic who ascertained the temperature of the running vehicle. The mechanic then advised that it was safe to top up my particular vehicle type's coolant system with water until I could take my vehicle to my service dealer. I felt grateful for his advice and, in particular, for his reassurance that it was safe to drive my car without incurring engine damage. Gwenda.
