Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I asked a question on November 5,2021 under the $1 trial and immediately when I realized they are only directing you to call a lawyer and not connecting you with a law firm that can help…I immediately cancelled within 2 minutes. Why would I ask if I need to call an attorney when I have a case and was looking for an attorney. I was told that there would not be a problem. Today 1/6, I'm looking at my bank statement and was charged $46 for a monthly membership. The "customer service"representative acted as if today was my first day calling to cancel and said they would not and cannot credit me back for two months of paying membership for a service that I cancelled same day.
I have a beagle who got into dark chocolate and also milk chocolate. I discovered this after my own vet had closed for the evening. The vet I got on JustAnswer spent a great deal of time with me, explaining the possibilities of illness, what to do in the moment and how to properly feed my beagle over the next 48 hours. Time and money well spent.

I have a 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII, and have been having problems with the gas gauge, and Information Center. I know from decades of being a semi mechanic, that electric problems, can be really hard to find. They gave me suggestions of things to look for. Those turned out ok. When I told them that those were ok, they gave me another suggestion, that solved the problem. I am really thankful for the service, as this problem has been a pain for the last year or so. I was having no luck tracing out the problem, and the mechanic finally hit the right combination.
My question was of a general nature regarding tenant rights, and this site made it easy to obtain a qualified and simple answer. Finding and hiring an attorney was not practical for this question, but this site was perfect.
I will absolutely use the site again, possible for vehicle expertise as well as legal. Thank you for this service.
These people charged my account months after canceling it. Because something happened on their end that rendered my account still active, I was ineligible for a refund. I do not recommend this site. The cancelation report was from the day I tried to get this error resolved.

Pay for what, no replies and no Vet every answers. Horrible for families who's pet is sick. Hoping to get help and get nothing. We have advised out=r local, CNN, MSNBC, and Abc and CBS news stations. So they will for warn others of this rip off.

I was trying to find information because my French Bulldog was acting very strange. I had an appointment with my vet but wanted to get some information up front prior so I could be better prepared. I am extremely pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend this site, I am sure I will be using it again.

My dog was vomiting all night long and when I spoke to the vet he gave me detailed information and instructions on what to do. Luckily my dog responded very well and is doing fine now thanks to the quick response time and not having to transport him to a vet's office. We're new in the area and do not have a vet lined up yet so it might have been very difficult to get him in to even see a vet immediately.
It took a while but I was able to get the solution to my problem. In the back of my mind I thought it might be the temperature control board but was ready to order a new mother board. Fortunately, a technician came up with what the problem was. I strongly recommend this sight when you have any kind of appliance problems so one can fix the problem without spending a lot of money getting an appliance repair company to do the work.

I wrote my questions on the website and received answers the following day. If I had to make an appointment with a solicitor I would have to wait at least a week and the answers would probably not have been given on that day. The answers prevented me from wasting time. There is no other way to access a barrister quickly unless you are wealthy.
I was more than pleased by the help I have received from JustAnswer. I used a moving company that damaged of lost many of our items. I sent questions to antique experts on JustAnswer. The thoroughness and skill of the experts was excellent. No matter the worth of the item, the answers were honest regarding the value. I sent whatever photographs were needed along with descriptions. Because of the excellent answers from a reputable antique expert, I plan to file suit against the moving company. Would surely recommend JustAnswer to anyone in need of accurate information.

I was charged a membership for 3 months and when I contacted customer service to cancel my membership and obtain a refund, they refused to return to me after their initial email. I did not recognize the charge and will not be recommending this company to others.
I will be bringing this further and disputing this transaction. You can tell a lot about a company about how professional their customer service is, and a refusal to cancel my membership and issue a refund, is not a good sign of a company.

I used JustAnswer to get help regarding my laptop computer screen that kept going blank. JustAnswer had a computer tech look at my computer remotely and clean things up. Although the problem wasn't solved (most likely due to a hardware issue), I was able to rule out other issues before having to take the laptop back to the dealer. It was quick, and well worth the money for peace of mind.
When I first sent my question, I thought I would get an answer the next day. But, I was very thank full, that I got a response wright away. Not only did I get a response to my question, but the person that responded had literally paid close attention to details of my message. I say real people because, she really reiterated my message and made me feel like I was not just a question. I'm a real person also, by acknowledging my feelings on the situation. Unlike any other messaging app. I received a call, from a live person. She followed up with me that same day and rest assured me that if I had any other questions or documents I wanted to submit. First tech said that air damper was bad. Installed a replacement and the fridge got even colder. Got connected to a second tech who said that the thermistor was bad. Installed one but it didn't get much better. Second replacement arrived today and will install (perhaps the first one was defective). If no joy with that, then the only other likely candidate is the control board. Easy to install of needed. This may have been a case where calling on a tech might have better served me
But I was able to self-diagnose and replace both the defrost thermostat and defrost time on our freezer.
Guess it's just one of those things.
