Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

We were not sure if the neighboring property had the right to use our private bridge to access their property. Our title search of our property did not find anything in writing regarding right-away contracts. The neighbors wanted to take a big tractor trailer over our bridge, and we needed to know if we could say NO, because of possibly damaging the bridge. We got our answer within 30 minutes and knew how to handle our situation.

This company is very tricky. They put down $2 and want details on your credit card to take out this amount.The $2 is the joining fee and the $66 is for the membership fee, You can be forgiven for thinking that $2 is the only charge. Then the fun starts. The smaller amount is charged $2.06 and the larger amount is $88.38.You have no response when you challenge this. If you are not alert, they will charge you monthly as well. Smart guys and gals banded together to fleece the unwary!
I contacted Just Answer to get some employment information for my small company. They stated a $5.00 initial charge and then charge $39. Their chat line stops working after a few responses so you can't even communicate. The phone is a joke and totally automated. You can't get anyone on the phone. They tell you you will be billed $5 and then get billed $39. No one contacts you and you can't get anyone on the phone. They said someone would be back to me within a few minures and then an hour.
I waited all day an no response. I don;t even know if or how I can cancel. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Attempting to install a digital thermostat on a 3 year old Bryant furnace. Needed help for next to impossible to get service/repair person at my remote location. Just answer stayed with me through a confusing process and got me running. Did not install the thermostat but got an original reinstalled.
I contacted your online service while waiting to be able to get to a vet. I honestly think that my 7 week puppy was dying right before my eyes. However, your vet tech Joan told me what things to be doing for the puppy until she could get into the vet. It was amazing! My puppy began to actually wake up and start to become responsive. By the time I got her to the vet they told me she was stable and began running tests. If it had not been for Joan I do not think that my puppy would have been able to survive until she was seen by a vet. Thank you Joan!
Customer service agent was very rude. Not wiling to work with you at all. At the end of the call he even said you will need to hang up now because I do have other customer that I need to take care of it. Could not explain why they don't send any invoices or reminders for the membership. They take your $5 right away after that $46 monthly without sending you any reminders when they know you don't use their services at all.

The only thing that I can say is I thought that the conversation was going to cost me $5.00 instead I was charged $40.00?
The landing page of their website talks only about a $2 charge. On the same webpage I asked a question and cancelled in the 3 minutes it took to scan their multiple-page terms-of-service doc, the link to which they sent by text. They quickly processed my credit card charging the $2 and $53.
Customer Care says $2 is a join fee and the $53 is a monthly membership fee and they won't return my $53. In effect I received zero and they took $55.
