Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
A complete scam. I payed $5 for unsatisfactory answer (the legal 'advice' showed the lawyer had no understanding of the specific issue - tho I wasn't expecting much for $5). I did not sign up for membership but then found out incidentally that I was to be billed $60 monthly. Should be shut down.
Debra, a lawyer, was very quick to respond to my question on child support and it's guidelines, giving me the answer I was looking for. I would highly recommend this route to getting the professional help you need quickly and at a low cost.

Great site for quick answers to some tricky questions. More advanced questions like what documents to bring to a consulate to maximize the chances of a foreign passport being renewed were left unanswered. Though if you contact the consulate directly, they will normally provide you with a list of what is needed.
He was great and answered all of my questions. Since I did not know a CPA with a tax back ground this worked well for me. I did not have to drive somewhere and hope the guy was qualified. In all I had a very positive experience.
I was having trouble with my computer and the tech had it fixed within 20 minutes. It is so much more efficient to have it fixed in my home rather than taking it to someone locally and much cheaper. I love JustAnswer. Thank you for your service.
He nailed it and I went to the walk in clinic it was the first suggestion on the list. I think it s great tool to use except it should be covered under insurance. The way the waiting rooms are today this could help reduce wait times.
The problem was not solved at all. They charged me $1 as I expected and then an additional $55 THAT I DID NOT EXPECT. I am working to have this charge removed.

Do not give your C/C here. I asked a question for $5 to try, they took $60.
Eventually I had an answer, when replied they attorney wanted more money.

Received a very quick and detailed response for my question which required identification and value for my antique chairs. There were a few follow up pictures requested which showed her attention to the history detail.
I'd thoroughly recommend this site and Dr Bruce the vet. Very fast and friendly response. My pug pup Obie ate my Samsung Note stylus. As it was early Sunday morning here in Perth, Australia and the local vet was not yet open Dr Bruce advised me to watch and wait
For any signs of vomiting or distress. Very reassuring as I was very worried.
All went well and the parts of the stylus passed through Obie no problem.

We were getting conflicting information from the service shops and reached out to JustAnswer. The tech was prompt and courteous. Although the suggestion he had didn't solve the problem, we did learn some useful tools.

Hi used just answer to ask a question about my dog to a vet and the vet told me to take my dog to a vet clinic, which basically was a non-answer. That didn't tell me anything that was helpful. Furthermore, I just found out they've been charging my PayPal account $35 per month every month for the last four months and refused to give me a refund. Obviously I canceled it but I would be very wary of using this service.
Tip for consumers:
It needs to be more clear they’re going to charge $35 per month every month even if you don’t ask a question. Also, there should be some kind of way to qualified. The answer is being helpful or not if the person just says I don’t know then why is that worth paying for?

This is the most deceitful site I've ever known, it says 5 dollars for a question, then it charged me 30 and diddnt even answer nothing for me! This is a bunch of thieves and I strongly advise to not give them a penny, they stole my food money for the month and did not bat an eye at doing so!

My boyfriend has seizures. Instead of me rushing him to he ER and them just sending him home I got on JustAnswer. The nurse responded very fast and connected me to a doctor. The doctor told me everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions immediately. There is a $5 fee to be connect to the doctor which I rather paid than a high emergency bill! I will use JustAnswer from now on first to avoid the Hospital!
SS & Medicare are confusing at best especially if you continue to be employed. Got clarity for a situation that I will be facing although they did not mention the complication caused by a Health Savings Account.
My friend recommended Just Answer when I told her about a call I got from a debt collector. I was unsure how to proceed with them. I had a few ideas after they offered to close my account if I paid them a certain percentage of what I owed. Nice deal but before I agreed I sought legal advice. In this case, it was recommended that I make sure that in addition to closing the account I should ask them to make sure, for my credit record, that it show that it was paid in full, versus (closed as a bad debt). The later would have negative impact on my credit rating for a pretty long time. It was good advice.
Wrote my question. Signed on to pay pal and monthly service for a while. I am almost 88yr. Old and I sometimes need answers other than my sons. It took several hours for an answer and I had figured it out one half hour before your people. Never the less your service is good and I will be using it again.
If you have have multiple questions for many experts this might have some value.
If you have a single problem and looking for expert advise Just Answer isn't for you.
It is slow. Every answer is attached to an optional ask for more $$$ so you can phone discuss, to speed things up. There is no real chat. It is emails. You don't see the credentials of who you are talking with. In the end you likely get referred to a local expert to solve the problem... saving you no money.

You are better off saving the cost of Just Answer and asking local experts who will generally answer basic questions for free.

I've subscribe for a trial of 6 pounds which came with CARD details and purchase membership automatically after trial.
After trial expire I couldn't cancel the membership and couldn't delete my card details from account so they were keep on trying to get money out of my bank account with no notice.
Is this really happening in 2022? Well apparently YES

In these very difficult times in which many doctors in my area are not accepting new patients combined with COVID19, your site was very helpful for my health needs. It provided me the information I needed to take care of my injury in a very timely, cost effective and efficient manner. I would recommend this site to anyone with healthcare needs.
I considered making this a 1 star review. I called Just Answer on a one-time basis for assistance with a Power Point presentation a few months ago. The tech was very competent and was able to resolve my issue, so they get a star for that.
BUT the company has some very deceptive business practices.
First, you find after a couple days they have signed you up for a subscription service you did not want.
I immediately canceled this subscription, then three months later a renewal fee shows up on my credit card statement.
I called the 800 number and a recording informed me that my account had been canceled, and there would be no recurring charges.
Then I opted to speak with a customer representative about the recurring charge I had just received and she told me the recorded message was incorrect, that my account is still active. She canceled the account, but would not refund the charge.
In short, great service from the techs, but the company itself is a scam.
