I thought this was an online veterinarian service. I knew my cat had an ear infection and was hoping for antibiotics. I paid $35 to be told. Yes he has an ear infection go to a vet. The vet I spoke to did give me some homeopathic options

I had an emergency and saw that I could get quick help and answers for 5$! I am permanently disabled and a single father so I don't have much money to live off. As I was waiting to be connected to an expert I was also charged 35$ for a monthly membership! It's a trap for people with any kind of health emergency. Of course I didn't have time to completely read terms and conditions or even the 1st sentence! So now I have quite literally no $ for the rest of the month and still have bills coming. I barely get enough for rent let alone anything else.

From first contact every one was trying so hard to help and they all helped I did not feel like a outsider but more like one of them they have helped me more than they know I was consideringyt off mid conversation (my fault)but they made contact with me 2 more times to help me and you o make sure I understood what we talked about. Great minds t was like blast hopesmart people and thanks you guys

I was wasting time phoning and emailing lawyers trying to get someone to answer some basic questions. No problems with JustAnswer, within minutes I was connected with a lawyer with the expertise that I needed.

Dr. Scott Nimmo was very reassuring. When I picked up Tashi from the groomers, she immediately emptied her bladder a the front door. The odor was very strong. The groomer and I has a similar reaction... Tashi probably has a UTI. At home, she continued to strain to urinate. I could see no drops of urine as i followed her around the front yard. Earliest appointment with Vet was available a day and a half later. Contacted JustAnswer. Dr. Scott Nimmo asked a series of questions to assess Tashi's general overall health and to diagnose Tashi's specific problem. He recommended cranberry chews and a 1:4 ratio of milk:water, which Tashi loved! She ate well last night and then again this morning, after days of picky eating. Dr. Nimmo made recommendations I could use to help alleviate some of her symptoms prior to seeing the Vet.

I was told that I would pay a dollar for an answer and be able to cancel to get my 46 dollars back. Instead you charged me right away. I was able to cancel but you kept my 46 dollars anyway.
I would never use your service again.
