“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I was impressed at how quick the response was, and how helpful someone could be just through email. I asked several follow up questions, and all were quickly and accurately addressed. Worth the money!

I've been using JustAnswer.com for over a decade for auto mechanical advice. I've never been disappointed. If one mechanic is not knowledgeable with your specific issue your question is seamlessly handed over to one that is.

You must think over your question before posting for best results. The more specific you can be the better. Include any additional troubleshooting you might need and you will not be disappointed. Personally I always select "detailed" answers. I have always been happy with the results.

The company provides a response but they hide their fees. They say they will charge one number but then charge a different number and say it is non-refundable. Not a bad serve but very unethical business practices. If you have a different alternative go that route.

I signed up for justanswer.com to get technician support for my PT Cruiser and the technician seemed distracted. He only said "try this" or "check that" - stuff I had already tried. Then they tried to upsell me into a $26 phone call after I just signed up for a $34 membership. I responded very quickly but never got any input from the technician. I canceled my membership but when I asked for a refund... the supervisor was suddenly "busy" and my chat was terminated. Look elsewhere or find a real person. JustAnswer is JustCrap.

Think you might want to quick pay for a membership and get the right answer to your question? Think again! Just keep searching the internet or better yet, find a real person in your zip code who actually cares!

This may appear to be a company to assist you in a time of a loved one's illness. Not so they are there
To trick you into signing up to a monthly charge of $66. They fraudulently identify themselves as Nurse on Call which they are not.
Do not touch this website

Do not pay a $1 to get an answer from these people. They will quietly fleece your credit card $600 over the next year until you notice that they have been bleeding you for a service you are not using. Then, they will not give you your money back. They do not communicate once they have you over a barrel. No receipts. No emails. You don't know they are there. I would not do it if I were you.

I had a tax question about my annuity withdrawal. I was answered in a very timely manner and the representative was knowledgeable, polite, and courteous. I had a few follow up questions which were all answered in a very professional manner. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for answers about tax questions.

I authorized $5.00 to be charge to my card to receive an answer. The answer I got was fast and correct but this company has charged me $5.00 plus an additional, not authorized $18.00! I was worried that it was a scam and I was right. Don't give out any financial info to this company!

Tip for consumers:
Despite receiving emails from JustAnswer about my review, they are of course "do not reply" emails so you can't resolve the problem. As far as I'm concerned, until I see my money get refunded back into my account, I will consider this company to be a scam with deceptive webpages.

I'm sorry for the confusion about the good faith deposit. An initial $5 deposit is required at the time the question is posted and the balance of the question price is collected once an Expert responds to the question.

This information regarding the deposit is displayed on the page where the customer is prompted to submit their payment details and questions are posted only when the customer acknowledges and accepts the payment terms.

It seems that an Expert responded to your question which is why you received a charge for the balance due.

I received a fast answer to my question with a reasonable charge for an experienced lawyer. I had the opportunity to ask additional questions regarding this same issue after I received my initial answer. I would highly recommend this site to anyone who needs to consult with an online lawyer for fast reliable answers.

When I first presented my problem, they wanted an additional $39.99. That was all after paying my trial fee and automatically taking my money out of my bank account for full membership. I wanted my money back, but they refused.

Eventually I got my problem fixed and was very grateful for that. Buyer beware.

My experience was very wonderful. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and they help me with my question and gave me some great answers and I was able to make a better decision who is going to be in my life. It was pretty quick service and they all help me find the answers I needed to continue my search.

I signed up to pay $1 for advice on Samsung printer and received an email with a link to click. My computer was then taken over by "Richard" and then debit card was charged $55 the $39 and I never received any advice. Obviously I deleted "Richard's" ability to control my computer and cancelled my debit card informing the Bank of unauthorised transactions. Absolute hassle and complete SCAM

I coudn't get a lazy, neglectful, drug using, family of 6 out of my home and couldn't afford to get an expensive lawyer to help. JustAnswer gave me the proper paperwork to file and correct rules as per my state to follow so I could start the process myself legally without confrontation and such. Thank you Just Answer!

I contacted Just Answer to have an antique appraised and it was appraised moments after I uploaded a couple of pictures of it to their site. This saved time and money over finding and making an appointment with a local appraiser and taking the item to them to be appraised.

This site charges you for items that can not be fixed. The satisfaction guaranteed refund is a hoax as well because I was not satisfied and was not able to get a refund, most likely because his answer was "it's not repairable". Do not be fooled by their high rating on their site because you can only rate them if you are satisfied. I do take some blame for this however, I should have known better than to consult a site that charges you to wait in line and then just getting to talk to someone to tell you an item is not repairable. My lesson and recommendation to anyone even tempted to use this site is DO NOT USE and consult a professional near you on phone first to see if the item is even repairable. That would be free and you would not be mislead to think the answer you would get would be to actually repair the item.

Tip for consumers:
Do not be fooled by their high rating on their site because you can only rate them if you are satisfied so you do not hear from all the unsatisfied customers.

I was told that I would he charged 1$ to sign up and 46$ in a month but Instead I was charged 47$ instantly and they refuse to give me a refund. This company is a scam. I wouldn't I wouldn't recommend their services to my worst enemy.

Actually, the 5 star rating for overall satisfaction is 4.95 since your web site leaves a lot of unanswered questions/explainations. However the tech support proviuded by Lou (air suspension) rating is in excess of 5.0 so it all evens out to a five star revue

I came upon Just Answer after searching for some answers about the oven that, for the 2nd time in 18 months, stopped working, and I was trying to avoid another expensive fix. I was connected to a technician, Kelly, who was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my many questions. He connected me to a website for the part that was needed, and sent me the service manual, letting me know that we could fix the oven ourselves (which saves on the expensive labor costs). And, should we have any issues, he will help us through the repair. He also recommended installing a surge protector, to possibly help with the recurring problem, which is in the control panel. We did that, and so far its working. I'm hoping we do not need to replace the panel, but all in all, I'm saving about $500. I could not be happier I with this outcome,

This company is the biggest rip off of all! Do not waste your money. I wrote a very clear detailed question, and the veterinarian answered back with an absolutely unrelated answer that never even addressed any of my questions so it was obvious he never thoroughly read my question. Save your money do not use this company I am mediately canceled and of course I was ripped off for $37 and maybe an extra five dollar charge on top of that.
