“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Excellent answers and they answer very quickly! Absolutley love this site. All of my answers were honestly answered and giving very specific details about what I needed to know. Will be using this service very often.

This service is a scam. They take your money without even telling you what amount they are charging you and without giving any service.
It said $1 to answer your question, and without any information, they took $1 and then $55 from my account. Please don't sign up for this service!

I wanted to find out if my cat who has been stressed out could take a xanax while on prednisone for too much calcium. She was going to the vet a week later, but I wanted a quick answer. The online vet gave a good answer, but it was the same one I had come up with on my own. A week later, I had 4 debits from my bank account. They totalled $39.00. I thought if I joined for 1 month it would be $18 for my questions. No. They billed my 21 for my questions (including tip), saying that was before I joined and 18 for the following month's bill. I just called to cancel, but they will not reimburse me the $21 for the only online question I asked. I would not use this site again. Next time, I'll just call my vet, or do what I think is best.

When we returned from vacation, our Samsung 60" TV was on, the screen was blank. Devastated that we might have to buy a new TV right after Christmas, we began researching our issue online and came across JustAnswer. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and not costly at all! Found out that we might only have to replace the T-Con board in the TV which will save us a bundle! You guys ROCK!

My son was at my home with his dog. He took his dog outside, and the dog got into Clematis and creeping myrtle. I was not aware of the ingestion until the dog had a humongous emesis under the Christmas dinner table. Looking up the flower vines, discovered they are very toxic to dogs. No local vet available, found JustAnswer on line and stated the case. Within minutes, a vet had gotten back to me with proper treatment for the dog. What a relief!

Thought I was texting Xfinity for an internet problem. I gave my credit card number but the Justanswers technician was unable to help after suggesting things I had previously attempted. Found this morning I was charged $46. I tried to contact their billing department that doesn't exist. Justanswers service doesn't respond. Scammed and very unhappy.

TERRIBLE company!
You sign up to get an answer, which is great! And was fabulous! But man oh man, you better read all the fine print because they sign you up for a membership that will charge $44.95 per month. Then God forbid you try to call and cancel... they will cancel it but REFUSE to give any sort of refund. I was charged for over a year... which is 100% my fault for not catching the charges, but all I asked for was 1 month refunded to me. Customer service rep promised me a supervisor would return my call within 10-15 minutes. Never got a call. I called back 6 hours later, they proceeded to tell me that the manager got my voicemail which is a lie. My phone is charged and on me all day. I called back demanding to speak to a supervisor yet AGAIN! After about 3 hours of my wasted time I was finally able to speak to someone. Customer service is BEYOND terrible. Horrible to try to work with them. DO NOT EVEN TRY THIS COMPANY. Its 100% a waste of your time.

If you sign up for a trial membership, BEWARE. The process to cancel is obscure. You may think you have canceled, but haven't.
A legitimate and honorable company doesn't make its cancellation procedures difficult. A moral company makes money by providing a service, not by obscuring its cancellation procedures, and making money off them.
The advise offered was nothing I couldn't find on an internet search.

My pets were both having issues and it was helpful to be able to ask questions at a time when I could not see my regular vet in person, as well as after I saw my regular vet, to get second opinions. Some of the vets on this service were more helpful than others so it was very nice that I could ask for another vet to answer my question if I was not happy with the first response that I received. I also liked that you can bookmark the vets that you liked on the service so that you could try to deal with that specific person again for future questions.

I am a mechanic and I work on a wide range of vehicles and equipment. It really helps to have such a diverse group of other mechanics to pull knowledge from when trying to diagnose today's very technical vehicles.

Troubleshooting to solve the problem was methodical and determined. It took some time, but the issue was eventually resolved. The steps taken seemed to be in a logical hierarchy from the most common solution to the less obvious solution.

Richard@ Just Answer provided me great service & recommended several things, which I tried & they worked. He also recommended against sending the unit in for service as it would cost more than the camera is worth. That alone was great service!

This was my 2nd request@ Just Answer & 2nd good outcome.
Definitely worth the price paid!

I had a problem where my refrigerator temperature was too warm. The JustAnswer expert texted back and forth with me a number of times, had me check various things and I was able to find and fix the problem. The refrigerator is working properly now. I appreciated the help and the fact that I was able to get the problem solved on a Saturday night.

Hello,
I had a doubt about work needed on a 2008 Chrysler 300 with the 2.7 that I could not resolve with either the Haynes manual or AllDataDIY, neither was clear.
Had never tried JustAnswer and was somewhat skeptical, but after trying it out got my doubt erased quickly.
Will definitely use the site again.

I used the service for the first time when under blizzard conditions my furnace failed. With the roads closed there was no hope of getting an HVAC repairman. From YouTube videos I was pretty sure it was the flame sensor and that it might only need to be cleaned, however, the YouTube videos were not specific to my model. A web search for more info on my furnace model produced the Justanswer website. The HVAC expert, Airheatman walked me through the process step by step, trading furnace photos where it was helpful, and I cleaned the flame sensor, thereby successfully restoring heat to my home. He was patient and professional. In addition to sparing me the loss of heat and saving me a lot of money, I now have this knowledge for the future if needed. There appears to be a variety of experts available on JustAnswer and I would consider using this service again.

Your membership is automatically renewed and you will never be notified. You will never get an email from them. If you try to do an online chat to find out, you will get a robot. Then when you are talking to the robot, they will randomly decided they are done and end the chat. There will be no information in your account telling you when and if your membership renews. It will just quietly happen. And when you finally find that elusive 1800 number and talk to a real person, they will scream at you. TERRIBLE experience.

I asked Just Answer for assistance to add a brake controller to my RAM 1500. The Dodge Mechanic updated my vehicle vin file and gave me instructions on what my dealer needed to do to up grade my computer. My dealer was able to perform the update and did not charge me as all the program was already done. Thank You Just Answer

The response I first received was information I already had. I was looking for clarity. Then I realized that my question lacked clarity and did not disclosed what I knew. So I went deeper and Atty. Isaac went deeper. Therefore the final response rose to my expectation. Great experience but please ask clear questions and state any information you've already been given if you are seeking deeper understanding.

I am epileptic and take Keppra for it. But unfortunately, there was a no stock of that medicine in town. Was completely unaware of what to do. Was also away from my hometown where I generally get my medicine. One of my colleagues told me to contact justanswer and take their experts help. Did that and they told me that these medicines sometimes can be out of stock, so its always safer to have them in buffer before they run out. Also, the neurologist suggested me the names of other medicines with the same composition I can take instead of keppra (since it was not available). They literally saved my life that day. Without them, I dont know what would I have done. Cant miss these pills even for a single day. Phewww! Thanks to justanswer!
