Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I have inherited several boxes of my grandmother's antiques. I know they were favorites of hers, but they don't fit my style.
I wanted to have them appraised so I could pass them on to someone else who would value and appreciate them.
I was under a lot of stress at the time i contacted just answer for help. It took a while to get set up, but when i got connected to a tech, he chatted with me and listened to my problem, and got me on the right track with my mechanical problem, took a tremendous amount of stress off of me, i am up and and running again thanks to just answer and the tech i chatted with.

Early Sunday morning I contacted the vet online to get advise regarding Jazzy upset stomach. I was up all night with Jazzy my 10 year old shih tzu that suffers with dermatitis and was just placed on antibiotics on Saturday from her vet. The online vet recommended Pepcid 5mg. I was so grateful because I had Pepcid 20 mg in the house but was unsure of the dosage to give Jazzy. To date, Jazzy is doing better. Thank you for all of your help. Sheryl
JustAnswer is a joke! Signed up for what I thought was a trial membership. I canceled the membership after I had asked a question, which was not helpful at all! They just told me I had to take my dog to the vet. Which I could have answered that myself. I now have gotten a charge for the membership fee that I thought I had already done. Now they refuse to give me a refund, because it is not their policy. They would not let talk to a supervisor when I called. This site is a joke and they don't care. All they want to do is take your money!

Don't use this site. They don't cancel your membership, then they charge you and refuse to refund that charge. They are just out to get your money. Horrible!
My 12 pound schnoodle, Rudy, ate a bunch of multivitamins on a Sunday afternoon, and he started vomiting about an hour later. He was trembling and vomiting, and I was terrified. I knew I could take him to the emergency vet, but it would likely be several hundred dollars, and having just come through Christmas I am really short on funds. The online vet (Dr. Altman) was super helpful, and told me just what to do and what I needed to know. She even answered several more questions in a chat format, back and forth, which was mostly to alleviate my anxiety. I was SO THANKFUL to find this service! I followed Dr. Altman's advice exactly and Rudy was fully recovered within a day.

I needed to know the value of my grandmother's piano and couldn't find any piano values anywhere. Didn't have time to get someone to come give an estimate so I resorted to JustAnswer. Wasn't exactly thrilled with the $45 charge and would have kicked myself up one side and down the other if I had paid the additional charge to "expedite" my answer. Especially since my guy answered in much less than the 30 minutes advertised for the extra $$$. Anyway, if you're in a hurry for an answer and have a bit of extra pocket change, I recommend JustAnswer.
The prices for just answer memeberships keeps jumping from $1 per question and $20++ fee for monthly member ship to $2 per question and a $70++ membership fee. I just wanted to ask a simple question on my mental health for $2 only to end up buy almost up to a $100 dollars worth of counselling services that I DO NOT REQUIRE as the website hides the fact that the purchase is indeed along with the membership. In fact the site should clarify strongly about purchases rather than hide it in such a small font. Do not buy and put your credit card information and i hope you will not fall into this scam. They send you a message saying that you will get to talk to a vet for only a dollar but what they don't tell you is that it's actually like $29 a month. Then you talk to a person they try to sell you (after the fact) on why you need this to ask lots of questions and tell you they have a 5.5 BBB rating. But they don't they have a 3.7. I talked to a supervisor about a refund (the selling person) she kept saying no refund. The next time I went back to chat she pretended didn't respond to any of my refund comments and just kept pretending to be helping again.

I wasn't the greatest at math when I was in school and certainly have forgotten anything I did learn. When my son started taking algebra classes I knew I couldn't help him. I agreed to pay $5 to sign up. Then I agreed to pay another $29 to get help. Only when I checked my credit card did I learn that I was also charged another $40 for my first month's membership. None of this is refundable. Also, they did not correctly diagnose the problem with my refrigerator. Thanks for nothing.

Justanswers does an extremely poor job. It takes a while to pay them which one must do first. After payment there is no motivation to do good work. And Justanswers does not do good work unless questions are super easy. And they are not motivated to answer fully because they are paid first. I found justanswers to be a "just waste of time and money."
Also, they usually do not know any answers so it takes them several days to respond correctly and fully. And then you have to pay more to get the rest of the answer.

The is a SCAM website. We went to the website and they requested a $1 charge to answer our question. The actual charge was $61 for a monthly subscription that we did not request. We tried to get a refund but they refused. Beware using this website as they will charge you for something that you do not want.

Prompt replies exceeded expectations. The expert explained all the factors for my problem and answered my questions. My standard medical providers did not do that. Maybe the standard medical field should be revised.
I called with a stalling problem on our 2002 Mercury 225. Technician was quick to answer/solve our issue. Would definitely use again if/when we have a difficult problem with our Mercury Outboard Motors.
My printer went offline. I do not know how it happened but I could not get it to print. I went to Just answer and the technician gave me instructions as to how to get it back online.
I had my grandson follow the instructions and it was back up in seconds. Thank you so much for the good service.
I contacted them with a printer problem I was having and, even though there was no apparent solution to my problem (the printer was old and in need of replacement), the response was great and the technician tried, really tried, to help me with my problem. But replacing the printer is more cost effective than taking it to a store (warranty expired) and having the problem fixed, if it can be fixed.
