Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Waited 39 minute for a reply couldn't wait any longer, went to YouTube found the answer. Then got a useless message from a mechanic. Now theve stolen £28 from my account. Ease do not use these scammers.

Said online you would only be charged 1 dollar as I needed a question answered about my car and if canceled you would not be charged the 34 dollar membership fee. I canceled right after not getting a good answer and was still charged 34 dollars. They refused to refund me. That's one expensive question to get answered. I'll stick to Google.

I bought a Panasonic DVD player on line from a third party. It was claimed to be free media however it is not and the technician from JustAnswer was able to confirm this fact. He was most helpful and I have learned never to buy these kind of goods from a third party again.
SCAMMERS.You sign up with an offer of $5...as you are making the $5 payment, they SNEAK in $60 EXTRA...you only notice after its too late. And just like that THEY GOT YOU!...Don't bother calling for a Refund...They will be condescending and disrespectful as they repeatedly tell you goodbye until they hang up on you...GOOD LUCK

I communicated with them and they avoiding my concerns. I asked them to provide me with a refund for this month and didn't get any follow through. A bit of a scam, they obviously make it hard to make a cancelation. They are very polite when answering but they don't follow through.

After I let the question. With all the test and results I had tried off the internet. He knew exactly what was wrong with my compressor. The run wires terminal had burned off the wire. So lost Connection under the compressor blanket. Who knew!

The problem was that I didn't know my product very well. I didn't understand what showed up in the Windows at each bunker. I read and reread the manual but I didn't see an example of what I had. I made the call and spent the money and in one go around got the answer from someone that knew exactly what was wrong. I could see right from the start I had the right person for the job... Was I happy?... He got a 20 dollar tip I was so happy. Now I could eat dinner again... LAV...
I was told I would be charged $2 to ask a dermatologist a question and there was never anything mentioned about a membership fee or anything of the sort. My credit card statement came in and it appears they charged me a $66 fee for membership when the only charge I was told I would be getting was the $2 fee. The dermatologist told me to consult an actual doctor and the company is refusing to refund me for the charge I never consented to.

I asked only one question thinking it would cost me $5.00
Going forward My account was charged a total of $736.00 for montly membership fees. I called their customer service dept. to refund the fees as it was clear that I had asked only that one question. I had no idea that I was being charged the fees for membership over the next 17 months. They refused to reimburse, me although they were able to confirm that I only asked one question. I am certain that they make the bulk of their money through this trickery.

Someone made fraudulent charges to my banking account for services with this company. I called to try and find out who the lady wouldn't tell me. She did tell me that I agreed to their terms and conditions for said membership however she couldn't locate any of my information phone number or email. I asked to speak with someone who could help also how to file a claim for fraudulent charges. She wouldn't give me information instead she told me that I had taken up enough of her time and she had other customers to help. There's no way I would do business with this company or recommend them to anyone.

These guys came up on a "Bing in Skype" search that my mother performed trying to understand something. I'm not clear how they actually scammed her, but she says they called her on Skype and offered to answer her question for $1. They never answered her question but talked very fast. She never gave them her bank or credit card information, but apparently they tricked her to click on something in Skype (where she has her credit card on file), and in addition to the $1, they started charging her a $55 monthly fee.
Obviously, anyone talking to my mother would understand that English is not her native language and she is not a sophisticated computer user. They basically tricked her to obtain her credit card information and signed her up for a subscription without her consent and then stole her money... and they never even answered her trivial computer question.
These people are immoral scammers preying on people!

I was hesitant to use this site - no doubt about it... but after getting a second opinion on my painful recovery from a lateral release knee surgery - in which the doctor had repeated EXACTLY word for word what my original doctor said - I knew I needed a 3rd opinion to make sure I wasn't crazy. Dr. Johns take was refreshing and gave me hope that my 2 previous doctors might have missed a very important part of this healing process. I will definitely use JustAnswer again. VERY pleased.
I was looking for a lawyer and they said via chat on their website for $5 the could connect me with one. The one I was connected to was not in my state and could not help me. Then I go to my bank account and I found. $46 membership charge for just ask.
Went back to the website and I realized it was a bit since would answer my complaint and this time asked me for $1. This is an absolute SCAM. Called customer service and the Indian lady with a very heavy accent said the money could not be refunded because I had agree on an email they have sent me! Don't use justask.com because they just ask for your money!

They clearly state you will be charged a dollar for using the website and enrolled in the reoccurring monthly membership that you can cancel at anytime. HOWEVER, even if you cancel within minutes of joining, they will charge you the $60 non-refundable membership fee a week later. So it's not $1 to use the site. For any amount of time. And if you call customer service they will simply insist you won't be charged the reoccurring part, as stated on their site simply because it won't reoccur Super misleading.

I needed help with configuring a router to get broadband hookup. The technician was knowledgeable and patient. Although I was not able to handle the situation, the technician walked me through as much as I could do.
Received great information on this sewing machine & cabinet. We could not find anything on the internet about this particular machine & cabinet, but we were able to use justanswer and got a great response and assistance.
Sadly, the website is confusing as to what the cost for advice is. One is automatically committed to an ongoing subscription if one does not cancel immediately after a question was answered. This is misleading and dishonest.
On top of that, one receives a flood of unwanted email promotions.
This is the 3rd review I have written (after my question was answered) and I am not writing any more.
Was skeptical as they say that for $5. You can have an issue addressed. But then the next step they want $39.00, then down to $31.00. Still felt I was being scammed. Finally down to $19. So I bit. Uran the tech guy was able to go on remotely and fix what turned out to be a complicated deep in the computer issue. It took quite awhile but I was grateful to get my program up and running. I could see it was a problem and when he thought it was easily fixed I communicated that I had gotten that far with it then it failed. So he saw this through as it did fail after he first got it going. Finally pulled it together. Worth the money.
