“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I used this site as I stumbled across in my research for a legal answer. There was a two dollar promotion to use the service, I decided to go for it. During the interaction with the lawyer,a window pops up and offers me to speak directly with the expertfor 86$. I declined the offer and continued with the chat. The expert was helpful and i was satisfied, it was the best 2$ spent. Then I verify my credit card statement andI realize an 86$ charge. I tried to speak with a customer er service representative and kept on getting the AI representative. Not helpful at all. Then I asked to speak, to a human customer service representative but kept on e ding up with the AI. I am very disappointed that I was baited into thinking that the promotional offer was just 2 dollars and I ended up paying an additional 86$ and I have no recourse.

I was very pleased with the help that I received. It was involved and took a little while, but it was completely successful. The tech was very nice and did a super job of finding the problem and resolving it. I had a printer that was offline and I could not get the "google
Discovered" procedures to get it back online. The tech discovered that the printer cable was bad and proceeded to change my setup to wireless since my printer had that capability. Everything is working just right now. I really appreciate the good work.

I had some questions about a car that i had bought from a private seller that ended up having some trouble. The lawyer that responded to me ended up giving me some advice and wording that saved me a ton of hassle and got me about $3500 back.

Definitely worth the $48 investment.

My 2002 Mountaineer had the ABS light come on. So I called Ford and for 95 dollars an hour they could tell me what caused the light to come on. I was not going for that did a google search came up with just answers for 24 dollars I asked my question got a spot on answer in less than 30 minutes, can not beat this site for the DIY er

Santoni was a gem to work with helped out so many times. He always made sure we were doing what i needed and willing to stay to help me out. I could leave off messages and he would be right there to help out. It was a personal thing on computer that i was trying to do and my computer had issues that needed someone else to help. With.

I asked a question and was charged $5 to get the answer, which I did. Until I received a notice from PayPal stating that I had signed up for a $60 per month membership, I had no idea. If I'd used my credit card, I wouldn't have known until I received the statement and maybe not for months since I seldom check my statement online. Shame of them for scamming people. They give lawyers a bad name and some of them are pretty bad to begin with!

Watch out for JUST ANSWER! This company made it nearly impossible to cancel and took my money. I tried to cancel twice, they said I did not, then they just took my money anyhow without a refund. I will never go to them again and will tell everyone to be careful. They are thieves.

I received some much needed advice when every other option to get answer was closed. I wasn't sure I needed to go to an ER so I used this option. The nurse and doctor were great, they answered my question and reassured me, that everything was all right. Thank you so much.

Used the email platform rater then phone call so takes time (to be expected). Came to a conclusion as to the problem. Technition offered a better solution burt said the quicker would work but was limited. I took the quicker and am up and running. Where else can you turn to affordable solutioons?

I got told I would be charged $2, but I also got charged $40 per month for their subscriptions. However, there was never any confirmation or invoice sent to my email.
I have already tried to ask refund from them, but they have said no because I already agreed to their terms and conditions somewhere on their website. When I asked them to send a copy of their terms to me, they said they couldn't and hung up my phone.

This is a scam company.

I would give zero stars if I could! They say it is 1$ to ask a medical question then all of a sudden you are charged 46$ plus the 1$. I didn't even have a "membership" for 5 minutes when I figured out the SCAM and called in and was told unable to refund the 46$. Do not fall for this DECEPTIVE scam!

Tip for consumers:
They should tell you up front in bold letters it is not just 1$ for a question amd trial..it is 46$ plus 1$!!

When I wasn't able to get my dog to get they failed my questions and helped out considerably. Dr. Rachel was kind and knowledgeable. Wasn't sure what to expect but this site provided what I needed in a pinch and saved me an emergency animal hospital bill.

I has a question on a subject I know nothing about, Immigration. I saw an ad for this site while I was trying to make sense of all I had read. Even though I am leery about such sites due to all the scams out there I joined and asked my question. In short order I got an answer. It was on point and it was backed up with relevant government web pages. I did not get the answer I really wanted but I did get the answer I NEEDED! Now I know how to proceed.

I desperately needed a plug for a MBZ. The single plug and wire was severed from the car in an accident. The dealer wanted to sell me the entire harness for $1,100. I tried dozens of other places as well as junk yards but nobody could find that plug. That is, until I called JustAnswer and got Marty. It took a couple of days, but Marty found the plug for me! And it only cost $5.25. It made my day.

The dishwasher in our village hall had stopped heating the water and people stopped using it, so I took it apart and with some help from one of JustAnswer's experts I was able to home in on the cause. I don't think I could have done it without his help so it was money well spent. The village hall committee was very pleased that a lot of money was saved, as well as the machine itself saved from the tip.

If you sign up for a free trial, if you rate the answer person ok, they will take the position that you got an answer and will charge you $46,00 regardless. It is misleading and dishonest if you ask me.
