Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I had an old version of visio corrupt my 365 files... I had no idea what the cause was... restoring to an earlier version of my hard drive did not help or deleting all my vizio files did not work either. I searched the internet for a solution... Just Ask popped up. I took a deep breathe and rolled the dice... not knowing what I was opening up myself to. I was amazed that my online tech support cracked the problem in about 15 minutes (including a reboot). I was amazed. I will use Just Ask for all my software issues. Highly recommend...
Robert was extremely helpful and patient. He gave us the information we needed. He gave us detailed information on what part to buy and where to buy it. He even provided us with a diagram of the toilet showing the part we needed.
I needed immediate legal advice. While desperately searching online I came across Just Answer & read they had a 7 day trail for $5 I thought why not. It took me less than 10 minutes to sign up & send a text of my concerns. About 30 minutes later I was anxious that I hadn't gotten a reply so I sent a follow up text. I got a quick reply that they were working on resolving my concerns. I received a text from Just Answer as I was getting into bed approximately 5 hours later. I wasn't sure what to do after my response & I had more questions. The next day I contacted the company, I was surprisingly pleased with the customer service rep & embarrassed that I didn't read how to use their services. I was told to reply to my response of more concerns. Within 10 minutes I was texting back n forth with a legal advisor who told me how I could save thousands of dollars. Just Answer is a great inexpensive way to get answers fast & have complete peace of mind.

Not only did I get no help for my $39, I tried again the next day, and was asked for an additional $39. Due to disability, I don't drive. I used UBER($50 round trip)to my mobile provider, where I got my problem solved. I should be refunded the $39 I paid to not get help.

I had one membership open on 10/7. I paid 46$. On 10/22 they charged me another 46$ stating that it is a different account, when I asked another question. When I explained to operator Francis that it is the same account she refused to connect me with a supervisor and stated it is impossible to get a refund. I don't understand how can they double charge the account. Only a fraudulous company can do that. Btw she hang up the phone. So don't walk away but run. They will charge you a new membership fee if you ask another question.

While I was setting up my roku account I had one question and through the Roku system I was re-routed to Just Answer, who charged me $ 1 for the question and $ 46 for a monthly membership fee forever until cancelled. So when you as "Just Answer" a question sure it just cost you one $ but they automatically sign you up for a monthly membership fee for Just $ 46 a month. I guess we all have the wrong job - just imagine if you would for every question you answer during a days time get a new member automatically signing up and you earn every month $ 46 without answering any questions, unless somebody actually ask you a question than they pay you an additional $ 1. I would be rich as I am answering question all day long.

Buyer be aware "Just Answer" is not only charging you 1 Dollar per answer, they automatically set you up with a monthly life-time account for just $ 46 per month without telling you, they just charge you credit card. Only thieves do such thing.

It’s a monthly subscription. It’s not free. They ask for 2.00 but help themselves to your bank account for the 2$ they ask for. You don’t talk to a lawyer immediately. You have no idea when you can speak to a lawyer. They don’t cancel easily. Had to change my credit card.

I wanted some answers to a problem with my cat. I paid $5US which turned out to be $31NZ!. Then I was sent to another page where I was asked to pay more money. I went back into the chat zone to query the fee but the only responses in the chat room were questions on my wellbeing and what is wrong with the cat. Obviously, just a computer generated answering service. I still have no answers to the problem with my cat.
I have a no start malfunction and I'm doing the repairs myself. I listed the symptoms and what I have done and what I believe I needed, he followed up same day with the specifics I needed. It was truly great and refreshing!
I have a Zero Series 2nd Issue P. 38 that I need a firing pin for. Jim and Tom found that there are only two firing pins for my pistol: a round one and a rectangular one used in the older P. 38's. It requires fitting at the hammer end of the slide.
The first two techs that answered questions were VERY helpful and courteous. Answered quick and sent diagrams. Loved the first two. The third was almost rude and didn't help a bit, very disappointing after first two helpful.
First lesson: when looking for a free consultation online, the second they push you to a trial page, leave!
I have concerns about the safety of my boys, and went into great detail of the violent person that my wife's not only allowed them to be around, but that she left them with... he's not allowed to be around children alone, because of his violent history with children.
My answer, summed up: "Contact the police & hospitals, to get the reports you want." That ain't worth $5, and no way worth $53/mo membership.
That's the sort of answer I'd expect from a legal subbreddit, not a "professional" firm, charging money! Stay away from them. Probably get better results from aavo...

Do not trust! This company is an absolute scam!
I haven't received any help and have only lost R614 to them.
I was told that a R15 monthly fee was needed to continue assistance with my query.
Which was then deducted, as well as R599 without my consent?!
When I complained about this, the page went to an error page.
Still haven't received any help either.

Computer was not communicating to printer. Just Answer and Jason Jones took the time to diagnose my problem. The printer had 2 problems it was not communicating as wireless anymore and the computer would not set a default printer. Jason took the time and corrected my printer problem. A computer is not very good without printer. Thanks Jason!
On my home computer, my Comcast email had a new folder appear in mid April and it was accumulating email that was supposed to be in the In Box. Some Emails received in my OUTLOOK just disappeared, right before my eyes, they just faded away. Can I talk to someone at Comcast? NO. I came across Just Answer. Worked with Sandy. She was a whiz. She fixed the issue at Comcast and did a complete check to make sure email was working at Comcast and in Outlook. The price was right and the service was great.
My experience with Justin was the phenomenal, I've only not responded to him again because there has been a death in my family.
Obviously, this is one of the obvious scams ever!

I found this website online and agreed to a $5 charge. When I looked at my Discover charge it showed the $5 charge and a $46 charge. I called and disputed the $46 charge and they credited the $46 charge it showed up quickly and they did not give me a hard time. I really appreciated their quick response. They seem to be a reputable business.
