“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I tried to cancel and get a refund. I was able to cancel but when it came to getting a refund they weren't giving me my money back. I wasn't informed when I called for an issue that this was a membership with a monthly fee. We are all tight on money right now and I was just hoping they would have done the right thing and refunded my money when I cancelled. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with just answer.

I was very worried when my kitty ate a whole bag of hairball treats when I wasn't in the room late Friday night. A google search had me in a panic. I couldn't afford an ER visit and the poison line is now $75! I'm so thankful I found this site. They matched me with Dr. Mike, who also has a mischievous Maine Coon. He really put me at ease so that I could fall asleep for my double shift several hours later! So thankful!

The technician/engineer helped me with advice, diagnostics, and reassurance. Then helped me come up with a plan to get the FREE recovery media from the manufacturer AND gave me the phone numbers/address of the right people to contact for further protection from crashes in the future. Awesome!

I was being charged on my credit card without my knowledge. So I called customer service, she pulled 2 accounts with my email on it, both were already canceled. Then she asked if she can check my phone number and then she said I had made a 3rd account using my phone number and used it and now they will not refund my money. Asking further this representative became irritated and didn't even let me speak and hung up on me. When I asked how am I supposed to access this 3rd account she got mad and said "you already know you can use your email right" but for this 3rd account there is no email. So on further asking it she started speaking fast and hung up the call. Worst services. Their answers are not even great, you can google it for free.

It took longer than I prefer to get signed up and hooked up with an expert. And, the responses took longer than I prefer, BUT questions and ultimate solution were SPOT ON! Solved my problem! Worth it! Thank you.

Found a very malnourished kitten and in an attempt to help it we overfed it and made things worse. The kitten got very sick. The vet that contacted me was so supportive and full of information on how to help undo the damage we unknowingly caused and how to help the kitten get much needed hydration and nourishment. Literally 3 pages of detailed information that was right on the money. The kitten is now on it's way to full health and very happy in it's new home. Will keep this valuable information in case it's ever needed again. Thank you sooo much!

I took my 2002 Ford Ranger XLT to two auto clinics. Neither fixed the problem of my pedal going almost completely to the floor before the brakes took hold. Both told me my brakes were fine. I knew this wasn't so. I've had this truck for over six years, and this just wasn't right. I went on JustAnswer.com, and Brian said: "This looks like brake shoes that are out of adjustment. When they aren't adjusted properly, the pedal will sink much further than it should before pressure is applied to the drum. This happens when the auto adjuster fails." I am very happy to know the cause of the problem, and look forward to finding a brake clinic that can fix the problem.

I was given a few hours to prepare for an important presentation for my new business. I'd been having problems with my printer and it wouldn't print. I found JustAnswer on web and the technician remoted into my machine within minutes and put the time in to sort out my, clearly extensive, IT issues. I was getting harangue by HR because I was clocking in before the "assigned "hours and not getting paid for the actual hours worked! I contacted Just Answer about this and was able to clear up the issue with HR! So glad to be able to wield the "power over this issue with HR! Thank you for the clarity!

Found their web page by typing in legal advice for Calgary I asked them on their chat drop down that said I was talking to a live agent. Asked them if they give legal advice specifically for Calgary Alberta. They requested I sign up for there 30 day free trial I did and requested my credit card. Said I would not be charged unless my question was answered. I then get an emailthat they were charging me $5 first then $43 when a lawyer responded. I didn't ask specifically for any legal advice. Just asked them if they had such a service where I am. Bull s##t. Phoned into their costumer service. A very nice lady answered and refunded my money with in 3-5 days. She is just a worker that has a $#*!ty job but she could answer me about it being misleading. I'm already stressed with a legal question and then I have to deal with this bull$#*!. Warning Canadas do not use!

First of all, you k ow how it feels when it's a weekend and something happens with your pet. You need and want help immediately, especially if it's a first time occurrence and your aren't sure what exactly is happening. I did tKe my cat to the vet for an I merge cry visit and that was ok, but I am a practitioner of natural medicine and I wanted other than pharmaceuticals as an answer. So I began looking online. I stumbled onto JustAsk and I went for it. Dr. Holloway answered me in about 10-15 minutes. It was an extremely helpful session which met my needs in terms of a broader approach to my cat's issue. I am doing all he recommended, as it all made perfect sense to me. It's a great service from my first time experience.

The assistant pearl said I'd pay $1 to ask a question and I saw $46 for a membership but I didn't want the membership so I assumed it would be $1 then all of a sudden I get a bank notification for $46. That's how they trap you. They tell you it's $1 then all of a sudden your charged for a membership. I called customer service and she stuttered the whole time and made it obvious I wasn't going to get a refund. On top of that the neurologist I spoke with told me to go see a neurologist. He didn't even help at all. I paid $46 for 1 of their doctors to tell me to go see a doctor. Awesome!

I accepted a trial offer of $5 for seven days, and used the service that day only. The following month, they charged my bank account $50 for an ongoing membership that I had never agreed to and was not using. They claimed to have sent me an email during the trial period warning me that I would automatically be enrolled in an ongoing membership unless I contacted them within the seven days to cancel it. I received no such email. (Yes, I checked my spam folder.) If this were just an honest misunderstanding, I believe the company would have refunded the $50, especially since I hadn't used the service. Their website states: "If you aren't 100% satisfied for any reason, we'll gladly process a full refundno questions asked." That is a big fat lie.

Doc was very professional. Reassured me. I sent a dollar 4 charity and then was asked 2 pay $50.00 4 virtual visit with Doc. Was unable to reach my regularDOC or ER so this was my next choice. I thought I was having a stroke. So pd the fee

My dog wasn't eating even after I took her to an ER vet. They just gave her a shot and sent us home. It cost over $200. I asked on just answers what I should do and the vet gave me great advice, which I'm trying right now and it seems to be working. I couldn't be happier.

At first I was sceptical and hesitant but was quickly directed to a clearly experienced RV mechanic who provided excellent advice, a graphic and suggestion of how to make the repair if in fact he had correctly diagnosed my problem. Turns out he did correctly diagnose and the part I needed was an under $10.00 checkvalve for my RV water heater and I didn't need to replace the water heater saving hundreds of dollars. Had I gone to the one and only RV shop in the area I'm sure they would have tried to sell me a new heater which in fact wasn't necessary! Robert did a great job for me and I will use him again the next time something comes up!

These people are the WORST. I was advised to pay a $5 fee to ask a question. My fault is that I didn't read the nearly fine print. I was charged a membership fee. I contacted numerous employees to get a refund. THIS IS HOW THEY GET YOU. They will NOT refund you any charge, and ended by saying this to me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

"This is a two-way process wherein both of us has equal rights and responsibilities. We have given you terms and conditions about the service that you signed up for, and on the other hand it is your duty to read it and understand it. As with any membership or subscription, this is how our payment system works."

They detected money from my account twice. I paid over 100$ for nothing. They said they will charge 56$. When I asked fir detection doublr they were just sorry for that. There is no accountability for that. Very disappointing

My dog had jumped up and started running on her runner. When I opened the door for her to come inside, I noticed that she wasn't putting any weight on her left rear leg. I got right on the computer and started to look for answers... I massaged her leg and my husband was gently trying to move it around. The vet that answered my message "said that he was sorry" and went right to work on telling me what to do to make my dog feel better right away. Within 20 minutes my dog was better but we spent the night in the spare room downstairs just encase she couldn't walk down the stairs in the morning. Woke up the next morning and she was back to being herself. Thank you so much for this service.

First of all, this is a deceptive advertisement, the company lures you into a one-time payment of 5DKK. I used this service only once, because the answer that I got was from first link on Google. Nothing less, basically for one question they took 333DKK from my account. Of course, I did not read anywhere that I will pay more than 5DKK. After contacting the company, they refused to refund me the amount, and on top of that, the operator shut me down so that he didn't have to deal with me. If you look it up online, you will notice that the majority of te users have got the same issue. Don't waste your time and money. ITS A FRAUD.

When i was connected to an online specialist named Alison, she was able to investigate and problem solve to figure out how my situation could be resolved. Wanted to ask one question so I thought I was paying $2 but in fact was paying $2 and $53 for a monthly membership. The VR assistant, Pearl, said it was completely refundable but it is not. Total ripoff, did not get a complete answer to my question and it cost me $55. Not recommended.
