Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I was so frustrated with my newish Dyson vacuum. It just kept pulsing on and off and I couldn't figure out what was wrong! The lawyer I spoke with gave great information and perspective about a company that won't give an address and hasn't sent any formal letters. Put my stress at ease.

Sometimes, these things are complicated and not just like the other 102 times the problem occurs. If the expert (like Paul) is a good listener, you can get through the nuance stuff and get to the heart of the problem quickly. An expert that won't ask questions or actually read your answer is worse than AI or just blind web surfing. Communication skills are just as important as the experts knowledge base.

I have been a subscriber for less than a month and I have three questions answered. I'm an extremely satisfied with all three interactions. My questions have been answered promptly and with clear expertise. The services saved me a ton of time and money in just three interactions. So far I love it.

Did not like the Uber driver service. Had 2 people in vehicle, one can't tell the other the directions? You can see them on the app when being delivered. Not just cold food I'm upset with, their attitudes! Throwing trash on my street! Where is the customer service!? Call the restaurant hoping they never get a delivery from that store. Them loose sale because of 2 people whom shouldn't be working with customers. Go back to school being a Uber driver isn't good for them or the customer's
