Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I called about my dog who had a cut on her leg. We were trying to figure out if we should get her seen right away as our vet is on vacation. After talking with Dr.Emily she gave me great advice. She put my mind at ease and I will be taking my dog in tomorrow to another vet to get this cut addressed

Matt was excellent-patient, kind great at what he does. He solved my problem and it was late at night. 5 star! At first, though, no one called me for quite some time. Finally, after a couple hours of waiting, Matt called me and asked what he could do for me. The solution was not easily come by, but he didn't give up. He eventually sent me a list of things that could possibly be causing the problem. This was at midnight my time. I was getting tired and want to say the heck with it. Went down the list and the second things I tried was the solution and it was quite simple actually. I can't tell you how pleased I was that Matt hung in until we had the problem solved. Great job!

The tractor loader would not raise, but the buckle would curl and uncurl. The mechanic walked me through several trouble shooting steps and was able to narrow the problem down to the control valve. The technician was very experienced and knowledgeable. I would recommend JustAnswer that's having tractor problems.

My dog is a diabetic and a senior citizen. He got sick on a holiday weekend when the vet was closed so I frantically searched for anybody that could help me determine if it warranted a trip to the emergency vet. The doc responded promptly and we came up with a game plan and symptoms to watch out for. The membership has already paid for itself in peace of mind!
Because my diabetic dog got very very sick and all of the veterinarians were closed for the holiday weekend. Just answer was able to provide me contact with a veterinarian in 10 minutes.
Dr. Porter was kind and truly loves animals. He was not only helping me with my questions regarding my dog but also helped me during an emotional and scary time. My dog has cardiac challenges but hopefully we can get it under control.
