Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
The gentleman I talked to was very professional I could not hear him very well but he explain everything and I'm hoping that really will help me when I get my batteries and I'm hoping that would solve my problem thank you again. And I'm waiting for my refundable $5?

It was calming. Things were starting to get outta hand. A real good friend had for the second time caused my poor dawgs tail to get caught in the door.and this time it was a big steel double fire door. I just knew that she was gunna loose her tail. And when I got to talk to the vet so quickly I couldn't believe it. The vet was sensitive to what was goin on was truly concerned with the welfare of my baby. We really do get so attached to our pets. The vet was very informative also that I wouldn't need to take my dawg to the er hospital that it would be OK to wait until normal hours and rates to have her checked out if I felt it needed to be!
Well it was the next afternoon that I realized that there was a $30 unauthorized charge to my card and had to start the process to straighten that issue out . I was contacted I a short period of time to have it corrected!
At two in the morning I didn't have I felt any options? So I got on utube and asked what ta do and was connected! And in under 5 min I was contacted and was speaking to the vet.
Thought this was a part of Kitchenaid. Was led to believe that the $5 was refundable. Was also led to believe that I could cancel, which I did 5 minutes after I found out I was not going to receive an answer. Still charged $30 more.
Answered a lot of questions about my problem and my appliance but received "beyond the things you say you are already doing", we have no answer.
Was misled to believe I was going to talk to Kitchenaid. Also thought I would get "just answers". Rip off. Beware!

Dr. Nikko answered all my questions clearly and honestly, and did his absolute best to reassure me during a tick bite panic with my dog. He sent me plenty of useful articles and links for tools to remove them too

My experience was fine, but I would have rather been able to talk to representative to place an order. I'm not the greatest with technology on the phone. I maybe would have ordered another product. Cause that's when I remembered I needed to place an order. I'm a busy person, working.
With A family member in my home, not paying their rent and abusing and threatening and not leaving. I was at my wits end. I didn't want to have to. I wanted to be done quick and my questions were answered advice was given. It was a great experience. I feel much better and I know.
We had a huge internet interruption and after repairs were done I had everything back but my internet and landlines. So I started with a chat and then asked for a phone call. Omar called me and I found out I really didn't need a router at all because it was built into my cogeco modem.
Omar then got the important model #s etc. Walked me through the steps and YAY I have the internet back. He stayed online with me until it was verified to be working. Absolute gentleman and a real pleasure to have help me. Outstanding

I set up my membership and only minutes after got to speak with someone about my concerns over the phone. My attorney Joyce was succinct and answered all the questions I had. I'd been calling other firms in my area to speak in-person and didn't so much as get a consultation scheduled in 3 weeks. Dr. Scott brought my anxiety and concern about my dog, who ate a small amount of chocolate, from a ten to zero! I was freaking out and he calmly took time to explain everything I needed to look for and do with my dog, who was 65lbs and not harmed in anyway by the small amount of chocolate he ate. But, I didn't know that until I spoke with Dr. Scott. He calmly told me what I needed to know and thank you for having such a dedicated Doctor on your staff!
