Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
They were quick and precise and told me exactly what I needed to do. It's a great avenue to take without actually having to hire a lawyer.
They had all the answers for my issue. The lawyer answered all my questions and very friendly. I will absolutely recommend it to my family & friends.

Waited for over 24 hours and no reply. It was a pretty straight forward question for a boiler engineer.

I will say after many e-mails with the company they did refund my money. Thouhgt it only fair to update the record on my experience.
The Ford Mechanic was very helpful, and was able to help me diagnose my problem. Blower is back up and keeping me cool.
They didn't help me and if they'll charge you a monthly fee (59$ for me) is you agree to the initial 2$ fee.

I had my own suspicions about a structural item, and Shannon helped back up my concerns with his own quick analysis and opinion.
I paid the required money but no response. Not even a single person responded. Vary bad a response.
