Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Told me exactly what i needed to know. I learned quite a bit. I will use this site again if needed. Thank you!

While JustAnswer.com could not file my paperwork they did answer all of my questions and referred me to a firm was could and is willing to.

This company told me they charge $5 to talk to a technician then charged me $40, and I never talked to anyone! Now I have to cancel my cards!

Stole my money. Uses trickery to get your money and refuse to refund charge even when we contacted CS immediately, as soon as charge was showed.
Tip for consumers:
They use promises to get your card number that they don't live up to like a $1 charge that is refund fully refundable and then they charge the card $46

They set you up claiming you can ask any question for $5. At the last moment they hit you with (for me) an $18-36 cost. ***SCAM***
