Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Honestly I'm yet to experience this journey with u guys. Hoping for a great outcome, this help me to express my views. As how was my journey.

JustAnswer responded in a timely manner and Dan attached diagrams that helped and I was able to confirm that every thing on my end was wired correctly. After trouble shooting I found that my switch was the problem. Replaced the switch and now we are using the liftgate.
When I saw the chat screen pop up, I tested it and the answers seemed real enough to go forward. I usually get "BOT" responses from other websites.
They were trying to solve issue which was very complicated and the software was not able to solve it. The human support is very appreciated

I had dropped an Ibuprophen tablet earlier, couldn't find it and 2 days later in the corner under the kitchen sink was the tablet, with the red coating chewed/sucked off. (It must not have tasted very good as the white part of the tablet was still intact, thank goodness). But I knew that Ibuprophen was not a good thing for dogs to ingest, so I texted JustAnswer. Dr. Peter on the app answered me within a few minutes. I told him the story of my dog, how much he weighed, etc. and Dr. Peter said that my dog should be fine. I said he hadn't vomited, he was acting normal, etc. I am so glad I texted JustAnswer, it saved me a vet visit!
I have used JustAnswer in the past and was happy with the results, so thought I would try it again. I am glad I did!
After being charged $45.00 and told it was a membership monthly fee, I finally texted with A.K. About my missing package. She was thorough with questions to help locate it. She gave me great directions on what I should do. Very helpful and kind.

My attorney has requested and supplied the life insurance forms to transfer ownership to me three times since November 15,2023. Exspouse refused to sign even though part of divorce decree. Success, my attorney threatened today (June 20,2024) with an enforcement suit. Ŵe received exspouse's signature for transfer of his life insurance's ownership to me on the same day.

I was tricked into paying $1 to ask a question with a money-back guarantee. After the answer, I was enrolled without my consent by fraud, only to find out I had been debited an additional $30 for a one-month membership. This is fraud. I deleted the membership immediately. This JustAnswers is a FRAUD. USERS SHOULD BEWARE. I just reviewed it on Trustpilot, X, and other reviews; it's the same complaint. Businesses built on fraud and cheating will crumble. It will not last.

I had an issue with my car in the morning I spoke to someone who told me there was a trial. I think it was a week if I paid one or two dollars to speak to someone and then $49 for a membership fee I spoke to someone they had already charged my card $49 before I even agreed to the membership and then told me I cannot get a refund as far as I'm concerned that is fraud.
Basically told to bad!!!!
Found it online. NEVER AGAIN. And I will be going through all social media outlets to explain what happened so NO ONE else gets this treatment!

Finally going thru my parents' storage after YEARS of avoiding it. I had a set of china and wanted to talk to an appraiser about the era it would've been used and the type of ppl who would have purchased it. I knew it was 20tb C and was not some kind of Antiques Roadshow find. My appraiser helped me not just with its market value (matched my expectations) but answered the other questions on placing the set in the context of its time. I wanted to paint a picture for myself, and with my appraiser's help - I did! And I enjoyed it so much. I'll be coming back with more of those storage treasures to paint more pictures.

I live in an area with no quick access to a small animal vet. I took a chance and gave JustAnswer a try. I was reading a lot of sites with contradictory information. As I was searching, once again for answers, I came across a recommendation for JustAnswer vet. I thought I'd take a chance. And since I live so far away from a small animal vet, what did I have to lose? And if it was helpful, that would be worth the fee. I answered a few questions and after a short wait, was connected to a vet. I was asked for photos to help treat my poor little pig. As it was, I was treating him correctly, just wrong application method. She guided me on proper application and even gave some alternate suggestions if I don't see improvement. I also like that at the end of our conversation, it says the chat will stay open in case of further questions. With technology that we have today, I appreciate these little things. I will definitely use JustAnswer vet again

Our dog suddenly exhibited stroke like symptoms, but not quite (if that makes sense). Nearest 24h vet, over an hour drive with a probable wait time of 4h. Called Just answer, explained the symptoms, immediately the vet recognized this as "old dog syndrome ". She advised us that a vet visit could wait till am (it's 11pm at this time), advised us on medicine we could give her (even the dose amt) and to just keep it quiet to rest her. Everything was spot on. I felt a huge relief, knowing I was treating my dog correctly, till an office visit could happen. Even provided articles I could read in the mean time.
