If you follow their advertisement it says $5 or sometimes its $1 for the service, but they don't tell you they automatically charge you for a full month of services at $69.00 which was not stated at purchase or on the front page. They say to cancel at any time but that still means you are fully charged. They would not give me a refund for the portion of the charge I did not agree to. I agreed to pay $5 for a 2-minute phone call, not $69. Shady if you ask me. They also write their own reviews on a lot of websites as they are the exact same review over and over. Not worth it if you are looking for real answers with out shady marketing.

The website suggests a €1 fee for a question, yet I was charged €75! Customer service's response was to cancel my subscription….
The quality of the answer was very superficial with all info easily available on the internet.

I had a Maytag washer displaying an error code. This service came up in a search, offered advice for one dollar. I made my way through their bots and got a correct diagnosis of a failed chip, and a link to a third party site selling that chip and the entire wire harness for over $200. I closed the chat and searched for other sources, found the chip without the wire harness for $25. Changing the wire harness would involve considerably more disassembly than just the chip itself. I ordered the chip and replaced it with a fairly simple operation, and the washer was restored. A month later I got my credit card statement and discovered a $37 charge. Contacted the service through their web site and was told it was given to me when we set up the deal (it was not) and no refunds. So, they did provide a correct diagnosis but recommended the wrong part, and violated their agreement by over charging me. This service is definitely not recommended.

Having zero knowledge on the ins and outs of a television and its issues; coming across this site was a real boon! Very prompt response - very helpful and guidance which we felt we could trust. Excellent and worthwhile making the effort to contact them.

I used JustAnswer's medical section. Dr. Basu on JustAnswer is a great professional and gets back to you as quickly as possible. You do have to put up a "good faith" payment of $5 and then pay $17 after your question is answered but it is worth it. My own doctor sent me a report of my test results and they were very confusing and when I asked for clarification I got very little. Dr. Basu helped a lot and it was his advice that helped me push my primary care physician to actually do more for my current condition than just conservatively wait and see. If I needed help like this again I would do it.

Just answer seems to have a lot of satisfied customers. 4 stars they show. But a substantial number of people feel their $1.00 question answer, followed by an automatic $64.00 monthly charge is a scam. When you give your credit card number for the $1.00 charge, small print at the top authorizes them to enroll you and charge you $64.00 a month. Hardly upfront. When you call to complain, their happy to cancel your membership but wont refund the $64.00 charge. So your $1.00 question cost you $65.00! I called to complain and they did cancel my so called membership, but when I asked for a $64.00 refund on the chat line they cut me off, TWICE. They must be making a lot of money off cancelled memberships!

I contacted JustAnswer.com for assistance with a legal matter. I was requested to provide my credit card and home address etc. in order to proceed. The card was rejected as inaccurate. After leaving the site I was alerted by Visa that a charge of $86 had been made to my account by JustAnswer.com and was asked if I wanted a stop charge order, which I authorized. When I complained to JustAnswer.com the response was totally gobbledegook and would have required an hour of my time to document the scam they just laid on me. Consumer beware, this site is unsafe.

It was amazing service. Relatively good answering time. Gives the best and most accurate advice. Helped me with my birth control questions better than any online articles and gives clarity on any specific issues that are not general and are not easy to find the answer to

I have a painting of 2 skiers that my Grandmother once owned. She told me once that it was the original art work illustration for a magazine. I always wanted to know more about it. The signature was difficult to read. I contacted JustAnswer and was referred to an antique/art specialist and finally learned who the artist was. She told me the painting was worth something. I would never sell it of course. It is one of my favorite pieces of artwork. JustAnswer was very helpful and in less than 24 hours!

Was feeling so unwell in a new country and didn't know where to go. Asked a question on here and thought I was paying the euro only for the question. Turns out they charge you a membership fee of €45. It's in the smallest of prints ever it is obviously getting loads of people. Scamming people like me in an already vulnerable position. Deflated.

I put in my credit card info to get help then, they billed me repeatedly and still won't stop without providing me any service. It's literally throughing away money because they give you nothing for the money they take.

I have searched the website for pricing options. I have asked the fake chat bot, and I have corresponded in writing with 3 separate customer service reps and NO-ONE will answer my question and provide the pricing for j limited or more than 3 questions per month. It's obviously a scam. Why don't they care?

The agent was helpful in getting my printer connected to my wifi. He was patient. I am thankful for the service.
