“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

It was not possible to resolve my computer problem.
But I know your technician gave it his best effort to resolve the problem.
I'm very pleased with the service my.justanswer.com provides, in that when there is no 100% satisfaction, as this problem remained unresolved, a full refund was given immediately, as the company had advised initially.

Was trying to get DisneyPlus help. Typed in help.disneyplus.com as was instructed by Disney. First item that popped on Chrome was "Disney Plus Help Center Com - Get Personal Help in Minutes". Proceeded to pay a $47 fee only to get JustAnswer...which didn't have the answer. Tried customer service who disconnected me. False advertising and poor service. I want my money back!

Buyer beware. Make sure you pay attention to the website address.

I am in my 60's and have never been good at working on cars even as a teen. But with the type of direct explanations and easy to follow instructions I am able to feel like I can actually follow the mechanics suggestions and fix my pickup without having to take it to a dealer... and that never winds up being a happy experience.

I've never used this service before, and I honestly thought it was a scam at first. But it turned out to be a really helpful service. I paid for one question ($26) and the person who answered was really helpful. He walked me through a few different possibilities and was even available a few days later after having to wait on a part to arrive.
I'd definitely recommend this to a friend.

First off I had to wait for employees to get to work. Then the "gentleman" helping me actually hung up on me. Seeing these signs with my father I would say the technician was recovering from the evening before.
Very, very rude. Then they kept wanting to add on to the original fee. $20 for this and $50 for that. They never did help!

They make it sound so easy. The tech said he was standing by. But no email to tell me I had an answer as the website said would happen. I went to my cc account and discovered they had charged the $5 deposit and the balance of $24 even though the website said I would not be charged until I said I was satisfied. 6 hours later I logged on and it said I had an answer but they wanted me to pay more to talk on phone to the tech. Then I requested a refund, which was fairly easy. We'll see how long it takes. Won't try them again. I also will be watching my cc because they kept trying to get me to join a membership and it was very hard to figure out how not to join or try their free trial.

When a customer asks a question, they choose the amount they are willing to pay for a satisfactory answer. Once the question is posted, an initial $5 is taken and when an Expert responds, the balance of the deposit is processed. The full deposit remains in your JustAnswer account until you get the answers you need and rate your Expert.

The phone call offer is a Premium Service and is not mandatory, you can accept or decline the offer, but many customers prefer to speak on the phone. The membership is also not mandatory, it's completely up to the customer if they want to join. We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy. They were able to give me sound advice that corelated with state statutes here in Iowa. They evaluated the facts of both sides, Gave me great advice to not let what they perceived as fraud be tolerated by my landlord. Told me to go beyond small claims to an actual lawsuit based on intentional fraud on his behalf Local attorney agreed. Excellent for me.

Someone had tried to fix this chainsaw and fuel lines was mixed up and it would not stay running. I asked JustAnswer the correct routing and the location of the fuel inlet fitting and after receiving the answer I corrected the lines and my saw is running like a new one. Very happy with the help I received from Donald at JustAnswer. Ken Texas

My daushund sneezes a lot with mucous on the left side. She also has immune mediated thrombocytopenia. She occasionally has an elevated WBC count as well.
I received one of the best answers and now I feel like I have something else I can check into and rule out for her.

I was skeptical of using "Just Answer"... I was having trouble with my TV after a thunderstorm & had no picture. The tech was amazing, patient, and really tried EVERYTHING to help me! Ended up it was my satellite that had issues! Very impressed! Will go here again & again.

My property is equity in an Entertainment business which is about to go into liquidation. I probably didn't ask the correct questions but the answers to the ones I did ask were helpful and the lawyer encouraged me not to give up.
Some next-steps advice was also given. The COVID -19 scene has likely put others in a similar situation. Pamela

User's incoming emails were going to Deleted folder, but User's Outlook 2016 had no rules for deleting messages. However, user also subscribed to Office 365, and in that Outlook there was a "delete all incoming messages". User apparently thought she was saving space by only using desktop Outlook and deleting emails for Office 365 outlook. The JustAnswer agent solved the issue very quickly. I'm very impressed.

Consultant didn't directly answer my question, but did point me in a solid direction. However they do not wait until the next billing period to charge you. Ask your question and cancel IMMEDIATELY or you will regret it. There is free consultations everywhere, just find one of them and save yourself the surprise in the bank

I used just answer and paid for the service which I assumed was a one-time fee. Shame on me for not reading the fine print. About a month later, I got a $30 fee on my card. They explained it was a membership fee and cancelled the membership when I called, but would not reverse the charge. Will avoid this "service" in the future.

I paid for an answer, which I got. Not that it was worth anything. But discovered months later they had used my credit card to bill me over and over again for nothing. I never used the service again, I did not purchase a membership and they have a NO REFUNDS policy. They did finally cancel the recurring charges, but not one cent refunded. Total scam.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you check everything you fill out and don't miss some fine print that says they are going to charge you every month once they have your credit card.

I was gun shy about using an online attorney. I was completely wrong, he was very professional. He asked me a couple of question in regards to my situation. I knew right then he had the situation already specked out. Some of the questions I did not see the relevance but as time went, it became clear what he was doing. After that I never doubted for a minute about his competence. He was good, very good, as is the organization itself. They don't nickle and dime you, and you know right upfront pretty much what it's going to cost.

I was having pool problems and came across JustAnswer. I signed up with the introductory price and received a good response. I didn't keep my account open because I don't think I will need it, but at least I know it is there if I do. I did receive and answer to my question... even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear... and it made me feel better hearing it from a professional. (I admire any company that has an inexpensive way to try them).

I contacted JustAnswer with a serious mechanical problem with a Chevy truck. I never had any contact with them before and I worried that the service was a rip-off. I needn't have worried. I spoke to an EXPERT Chevy mechanic named Juan with years of experience

Juan walked me through some very complex diagnostic procedures. We spent over two hours on the phone as I worked on the truck. He was incredibly knowledgeable and able to communicate exactly what I needed to know.

Long story short, the problem is successful diagnosed. What's more, I have two weeks to call him again if I need to.

This service is legit and worth every cent I paid.

I used them and they definitely gave me extremely helpful insight and tips on how to straighten things out with my job but I had to go through the cancellation process 3 times! That's 92$ I shouldn't have had taken by this service.

Paid for trial membership, had a high priority type question regarding my cat that needed prompt answering and they just told me what I wanted to hear both times I called to ask why I hadn't received an answer yet. First I waited an hour. Then called back, was told I would get my answer in no longer than 8 minutes. Waited another 45 minutes and nothing.
For people looking for a response within a few days and aren't in a hurry to receive prompt information maybe they could help you but I in no way am going to support a company that lies to it's customers, especially when they potentially are in the middle of life threatening situations, in this case for my beloved cat who I just needed a quick question answered for about ingredients in something that I wanted to get for her while I was at the store that could potentially help her feel better. Inconsiderate at best, these people are crooks and will lie directly to you the whole time just so they can move on to their next Rip off.

I purchased a cadillac SUV two months ago through a used car dealership. I was looking for a reliable vehicle without a monthly payment. It was checked out by their mechanic 7 I was told it was in excellent condition. Within a month it had transmission problems and a leak from the engine. I found just Answer & line and spoke with a mechanic who gave me so much information about the vehicle and a frank opinion of options. After my discussion with him I felt relieved and now i have moved with his suggestion. He was awesome.

The expert was friendly, gave me a very actionable answer, and really helped alleviate some of my concerns. You do have to wait a while for your answer, but I got mine well before the end of the day I asked it on. Worth the wait and the price was reasonable. I'm not really sure where else I could have gone for this kind of advice.
