“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Old gas was added to my son's car, which started to run rough. I tried to siphon it, but could not insert the hose. I contacted JustAnswer and had the option of a telephone call from an Expert Mechanic. Eddie listened to my tale of woe, and explained step-by-step how to take the old gas out. I saved the garage fees ($135/hour), plus towing! Thanks, Eddie and JustAnswer.

I was charged $594 for 9 months "membership" when I did not sign up for these payments. If you don't close your account you fall into their automatic deductions, $594. I just didn't think this could happen to me.

My dog was attacked by coyotes, spent time in the hospital and a week and a half later was still having problems. Thanks to JustAnswer and the doctor, I knew exactly what to do and how to handle it. It was a quick response and very thorough, and you can't beat that.

I recommend Just Ask. No matter the problem you can get help. I will rejoin as soon as we all are free again or sooner I need be. They were very Fast and efficient. Did so much to solve my problem Highest Rating possiable and do recommend.

For a non technical guy like me justanswer is the best place to go to. The experts are very professional as well as cooperative. Despite me being a complete ignorant about the latest technogies, they didn't lose patience with me... instead urged me to ask more questions and clarify my doubt. I would suggest this site to everyone who's new to technology matters as the experts will help you out with all your queries.

I need to drive my son's car from CA to CT and he's lost his license. I just found out it may not be registered... My answer took a little over an hour to get back to me. I was under the impression it would be around 7 min., so I panicked a little and got in touch with customer service through their e-mail system. After that, (and it was probably all just timing) I was contacted by J. D. Paul and Customer Service in a timely manner. J. D. S answer was concise, easy to understand, and included a link for me to follow for more info. I would use this service again, if I have a questions I can't answer.

Hard drive crashed & when I tried to re-load Office to the computer with a new SSD drive, it would not accept key cause of new Account name. Just Answer showed me how to get it from my old account name. What a relief! Took only about a half hour in late evening to get it done.

I was told that I could get an answer to a legal question for $5. I agreed and paid it, gladly. Then, I get a call from my debit card fraud prevention department stating that they had charged the $5, and then charged me $60. I immediately cancelled my card, and contacted the company. I had not even been a "member" for 5 minutes and I told them that no where did I see that there would be a $60 membership charge and that I wanted the membership cancelled and the money refunded or released. They agreed after some argument, but when I got the email saying it was cancelled, no where was there anything about a refund. I then called their "Customer care" number where the young lady insisted that they didn't care about anything I said, I was going to be charged either way and they cancelled the membership. That means that they charged me a bulls*$t charge and then refused to refund me AND cancelled the so called membership that I didn't ask for. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

My dog bronzes over. Last time me and my vet turned her from red and itchy to snow white again. We moved, she bronzed over and I followed the same path with a different vet to no avail' I was about to give up when I went back to "Just Answer" since they helped so much on another question. The vet offered that this time she may be bronzing for different reasons. You were right. We pulled the treats, and attacked for a yeast infection and she is getting better- she is happy again and not sick. Thank you.

My 2006 Subaru had some issues with the variable valve timing mechanism, Gary the Subaru technician was able to narrow down the cause for my mechanical issues. My car is running solid with no hiccups whatsoever. Highly recommended

My son recently had an irregular ECG and Ultrasound of his heart. I was very anxious and wanted more information than our Dr would give me while we wait on an MRI. Dr Mo was very helpful and answered my questions in detail - He reviewed the ECG results with me and gave me information to be prepared for our next cardiologist appointment. It is awesome to be able to get information in this manner. Truly thankful and will use them again as needed.

From time to time 'something' happens and causes a problem. Mine was solved fast and simple! It was an error in y outlook, in which I'm using gmail as my email soft while keeping outlook calendar. Problem was that I did not enable the 'less secure' option and that is now solved.

This was a great experience for me. I had a snowboarding accident 5 weeks ago, where I fractured my ribs. I was just waiting for the six week period, in order for them to heal. When at the 5th week, when my ribs where really meant to be recovering, they seemed worse! I was doing research on the net, having read way too much information, I was only more confused, when this site came up, I excepted & spoke with Dr Su S, who was able to give me the correct information, & put my mind at ease! Thank you! Great idea!

A new phone set with instructions written for someone who didn't need instructions put me on edge. I couldn't make it work. What good is a phone that does not ring, yet callers are leaving messages to prove they tried to call. JustAnswer came to my rescue, even though I was embarrassed to have overlooked something I should have seen. Then I had another question and I didn't hesitate. I got my new friend at JustAnswer back and he quickly found me the new solution.
Quick and thorough and he didn't make me feel like a fool for asking.

I asked my question late in the evening and did not get a reply until the next morning. When I did, my contact was very knowledgeable and willing to help. By then I had decided to cancel and call in an appliance contractor. However "Just Answer's" advice turned out to be correct.

My through the door icemaker quit working. I called Sears and made an appointment for a service tech to come look at it. They scheduled me two weeks out then called on the day they were scheduled to come and cancelled! The next available time was another two weeks out! I looked at the manufacturer's website and from what I discovered I would replace a part or two at a cost of 50-100 dollars. I then came across Just Answer. I contacted them and within an hour - and without replacing ANY parts my icemaker was working again. Thank you JustAnswer! You save me well over $100.00 and got me up and running in no time. Next time I have a problem, JustAnswer will be my FIRST call!

JustAnswer is my favorite website for ALL answers bar none.It is my 'GO TO' site as soon as I switch on the computer. I am truly indebted to them for all the answers they have provided.
What's remarkable is this site is staffed by professionals in their own right in various categories. Whatever profession exists you can be sure to get an answer from them. In cases where you are not happy with the answer, you can get a second opinion. You get the biggest bang for your buck.
Consumers believe this is an online scam and is not trustworthy especially nowadays where that's all you hear about. This is far from the truth since the site is certified by the Better Business Bureau.
I have been a subscriber to JustAnswer for approximately (6) years now and will continue to do so since I am tremendously happy with the service they provide. All I can say is for those non-believers to try them and I am certain they will walk away contented!.

I am a 71 year old woman with a dead battery in a 1999 Mercedes. I was searching online to find out how to jump start it because the battery is under the back seat. I got quick, reliable, clearly spelled out information and was able to resolve the problem without too much stress. I needed REAL specific information, and Randall was great with my follow-up question when I needed more help. See some other reviews about being charged. I canceled my membership right away.
