Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Needed help with my new 40 lb puppy biting my husband. We've implemented some of the advice and we are seeing improvement! Very appreciated.

The "expert" that answered my inquiry gave concise, accurate information. He also gave a link where I could order necessary parts. I would definitely use this expert again. And if I had a question on a different topic, I would trust the advice of any expert recommended by JustAnswer.
I cancelled my membership during the free trail. They charged my card three times after that before I was able to block their charges. They state they have no history of my cancellation request. Unethical across the board. Buyer beware!
They tell you they are going to charge your card a refundable $1.00 which instantly turns into $39.00!
When you try to get your money back, they tell you you're not eligible for a refund. And they hang up on you. Use at your own risk!

What a scam of a website, they charged me without my consent and sent me boiler plate stupid explainations to my email.
The so called experts are not as such, they are just regular people or students searching answer on google.

A lot of miscommunication happened. At the time of the subscription purchase, the live agent only mentioned the $2 fee but when I signed up, I was charged an extra $66! And the customer service support didn't solve my problem when I reached out to them. All they did was telling me the $66 is clearly mentioned in our communication(which was not at all) and end the chat without asking me if my question has been solved! They are completely a scam website frauding people's money!

I would have given a zero, but it was not allowing me. When a question is asked, and not answered you are charged 79.00 for it, and you are continually charged 79.00 per month even if you don't use the service. Beware of these people, they take your money.

The Subaru mechanic I chatted with online was knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns about the repair I was contemplating. Enough so that I decided to give it a try.
If your considering working on a vehicle go for it. The help was worth every penny and more.
I had a problem getting schedule L (balance sheet) to balance but all the numbers were correct. JustAnswer found the problem quickly and my tax return was balanced! They were great. I will use them again when I get stuck.
I called apple for support and ended up with Just Answer. I did not check the box for membership. I've been billed 2x. I have tried to get a refund but they refused. I do not recommend this service. Buyer please beware.

Sadly, the traditionally trained veterinarians I have contacted do not have nutritional and homeopathic expertise which I feel in my heart to be the best paths to follow to eliminate the severe itching of my newly adopted rescue golden retriever. So, I paid $30 for nothing except the false promise of help.

I got one lousy answer that was not the question I ask. The same that Autozone gave me for free. I then quit. A couple of months later I quit again. I called up and quit and told them I quit on line and it will not take. They said they would refund some money. Now I get another credit card charge for $34.00. I would like my money back and for them to stop charging my credit card.
I opened my credit card bill to see how much they refunded and guess what, I was charged $34.00 again.

First of all the get your banking details when they ask you for $5 payment to answer question which they don't answer. Then they send you a message saying you will be charged $40 a month. My bank immediately cancelled my card and said they had had similar experiences

The sound on my Vizio HD TV went out. JustAnswer provided me with a very quick answer to my problem. The service tech that helped me was great... I highly recommend this service if you have problems with your TV.

I used this service when my child was sick. I opted for the $5 message chat instead of a phone call, and 3 months later I look at my credit card bill and they have charged my card 3 times for $79. When I called to have it refunded they told me that they were valid charges for a membership, which I DID NOT sign up for. The lady I spoke to, talked over me every time I tried to talk and then hung up on me. Will see if they actually refund my card. It's a shame that the little amount of doctors out there and these people are scamming people needing help. Absolutely disgusting.

I have spent a great deal of time on the phone trying to sort out the bill and the membership fee that they are charging. I still am trying to sort it out. It is not worth the $46 fee that I was charged as I did not get any help.
I do not recommend using this service. Go to a local vendor instead.

Make sure to be aware of the additional fees that they charge. You must cancel the monthly fee as well as the cost for the individual services that you requested.
Ask up front for all charges that will be sent to your bill.
