“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I had just started on a new RA medicine. It had the opposite effect and made things infinitely worse. The doctor told me I could stop the medication without any dangers.
I did and the next day I was fine. When I contacted the doctor could barely walk or move my hands. By the next day with not taking the medication I was able to resume my normal activities. Cannot thank him enough since I had no means of contacting my doctor on a Saturday.

Bryan helped me to dump 10's of thousands of e-mails from my computer. I have another 64,000 on the computer & I am going to ask him someday to remove those. Apparently e-mails can be in two different places on your computer. He deserves a much better gratuity and he is efficient, knowledgable, (sp) and kind to those of us who are computer illiterate. Lucky for me that man was born!

Posted a question and paid the required £33 up front payment. No answer other than an auto reply saying my problem would be looked into by Mr X the expert appointed to my case AND if i didnt Ike the expert i could choose another one.
No response for weeks. Wrote back using their auto response email and got another expert appointed and another demand for £40! It says clearly you only pay IF you are satisfied, which i was not! Demands for a refund go unanswered. THIS is a SCAM be warned.

I signed up with these guys in November, paid the membership fee, asked one question and the answer was 'any attorney should be able to answer your question.' Seriously, that was their answer. I cancelled the membership immediately on the website, and watched it cancel. I got another charge yesterday for next month's membership. I called in and the response was can you prove it? Did you get an email confirmation that it cancelled? No, I didn't. Well, so I am told, apparently I didn't cancel correctly or completely, and none of the membership charges are refundable, period. So my lesson for $85 was someone can tell you that anybody can help you and after that, customer service says you can just go fish. Be careful.

I just wanted to update my review since the issue occurred in June, the original charge was in April, I thought it was the tag renewal fee since they are almost identical, it blocked the tag fee and I was pulled over and got a ticket for expired tag. I got covid in October and forgot to pay the ticket and my license got revoked. Meanwhile from June to October these scammers were fighting these fraudulent charges with my bank as if I authorized them to charge me almost 200 bucks for 15 days of service. They never lifted the ban on my account or honored the two weeks and will continue robbing people until they are shut down. They have 3 employees claiming no knowledge of the issue and even violate their own terms as they were supposed to refund my fee should they cancel someone's membership for whatever reason they make up to be founded. I hope they get what's deserved and lesson learned not to trust my card info on some random site.

Tip for consumers:
That these people have fine print in terms and conditions contradicting what the information states when deciding to use service, completely fraudulent and wish I did better research previously

So on May 2nd after my 5-day free trial I decided to opt in pay for a month because of an ongoing issue with my landlord. After almost 2 weeks I suddenly received an email from them saying they canceled my account as requested but I never requested that. I contacted them trying to get the issue resolved but they told me service was rendered and they refused to refund me or honor the two weeks so I filed a better Business bureau report and that's when they finally responded telling me that they canceled my account because I asked too many questions and that the monthly recommended amount is 16. That's false advertising because when you sign up it says ask any question anytime and if there were special restrictions or rules it should have been clear. They wanted to put on a show in front of the better Business bureau so they said they would honor the time but they never did and I dropped it from there. Now almost 6 weeks later they're charging my account again and I clearly have a cancellation for proof and I am convinced these people are fraudsters and I will be going through my bank as well and I am just absolutely shocked that companies can practice like this and have no repercussions.

Tip for consumers:
I wouldn't recommend that anybody use this site because they can't be trusted with your card information.

After the nitial $5 charge for the answer - which seemed to be all I had to pay, my card was automatically charged $60 month. Customer service is not going to refund the amount - I should have seen that on their site when I requested the service! I agree, I should be more careful in the future and not ever use their service again. I would rather pay legal fees- at least I know up front what to expect. Review your terms before signing up.

The timer went out on my dryer, Q how can I replace the timer? They could not answer the question. Their answer was they have a 95% present rate, they are wonderful and Blah, blah, blah. At one point I was switched from mechanical help for the dryer to parenting issues. I hope to get my money back that is yet to be seen after all it is the Philippines (as I later found out). I now wonder how I will get the hour of my life back trying to negotiating their website and not getting a technical answer to a simple question.

I was not only overcharged by this business for a fee on their website, which was also an incredibly deceptive and awful marketing scheme. Their online chat says that you pay a $1 fee plus a $55 membership fee, which is still under $60. When you pay on their regular online page for legal advice, it is $5 plus a $45 membership fee. Somehow I was charged a $60 membership fee PLUS the $5, which is not stated anywhere. In addition, the answer to my question was generic, not helpful, and quite literally reiterated what I was told by my apartment complex regarding how to handle the situation that I was dealing with. The website says specifically that you are entitled to a refund if you are not satisfied with the answer from the lawyer, and yet I am still not being offered a refund. Their website is deceptive and they are not following through with the exact information that they note on their website.

Worst ever service, they lie about your payments. When you see again they keep withdrawing funds from your bank account. When you enquire about it they can't give you the answers you require. Be very careful before you give them your card details, they are very dodgy.

I found the answers to my legal questions were answered promptly and with knowledge. I paid $1500 for an attorney consultation and she gave me uninformed answers so I thought I would get a second opinion with JustAnswer. The attorney's answers turned out to be well founded in the law and gave me the information I needed to seek different counsel before going to court and losing! I would recommend this site.

After noticing my dog Foxy had a very bad skin problem I was taken through a step by step program by Dr Gabby on how to treat the problem. I am very pleased to say my beautiful fur baby, of 18 years young is improving everyday. I can highly recommend this site. The response was within a minute, I felt very comfortable talking to the vet. I was told what to do and was able to ask as many questions as I needed. Can't thank you enough Dr Gabby. I had an emergency type situation with my new puppy. While Googling the situation, I came across an Ask a Veterinarian link. I sent my question and within 5 minutes, I received a very thorough and understandable answer from Dr Kara. I decided to go ahead and take my pup to our regular vet and he confirmed what the on-line vet said. He read the answer and agreed that it was very thorough. Over the next 24 hours, my pet's symptoms followed the on-line answer's description of what to expect, exactly. I will absolutely use this service again!

I asked their real lawyer for help and they said seek legal advice, In a copy paste response. Just to clarify their real lawyer who I payed 50$ for legal advice gave me the legal advice to seek legal advice.

I needed some help problem solving an issue with my iRobot. I actually located this site through the Roomba app. I thought I was asking a simple question to try and resolve the issue. I didn't realize that in order to receive a response it was mandatory to become a member at $40 per month, in spite of the fact that I was charged $5 for the answer in the first place. I see absolutely zero value in a monthly membership, especially if the likelihood is you may never need or use it again. And to top it off, the answer didn't resolve the issue. This membership is a complete waste of money.

Customer service was zero help, unless additional aggravation is what you are after.

I contracted for what I thought was a one-time contact to assist me with a technical issue. They were completely unhelpful, and then I started getting a $55 recurring monthly charge on my credit card. This company engages in deceitful practices and tricks consumers into recurring charges for NO SERVICE. Terrible.

What they say on their website like 24/7 or Guaranteed refund and..., is just a slogan. When you pay, no one will answer your message until the official time. They scam people with the payment as well, and the payment process is confusing, you think that you pay for only your question, but after a month you know that the membership has been automatically enabled. They deducted my money for the next month when I contacted them to cancel and request for a refund, they canceled and closed the chat. I found JustAnswer a scammer and will never recommend it to anyone.

Same as all the other reviews you see here about them. They say 2.00 to ask question. I assumed the charge would be more for an answer, but never realized I'd be charged 66.00 monthly for a membership I did not subscribe to. I tried to contact them and rectify the issue as they just charged me again and they won't give me a refund. Suddenly I am blocked from being able to communicate with them on their platform of bots. So ridiculous. I guess I have to report them to my credit card company. Although I did get an answer to the question I asked, it was a very vague answer and the first answer was complete rubbish. It was not even an answer if any sort. I had to ask for clarification. Then I received something g that was closer to an answer. But still not really an answer. Definitely not worth getting scammed for every month that's for sure! Trying g to get my money back but I'm blocked from messaging them on their website. No answer by text either. Very

Do never sign up for a $2 consultation, they soon take $105 out of your account after 1 question, and make you a member so they can take a monthly fee! I never agreed to this and I will keep chasing my money back. Thank god I read reviews and cancelled a membership I never knew I had! Scam scam

At first, you are led to believe that you can pose a question for $1. However, when you sign up, you end up paying a $46 monthly fee. In my case, I needed support with Microsoft Office. To get the support from Microsoft, I needed to pay an additional Microsoft fee of $39. Avoid this site as fees are excessive.
