“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Misleading! Read $5 one-time fee for trial, & then charged $46 in subscription cost at same time, I canceled within same time frame because I was waiting too long for an expert after I canceled I receive responses but they will not refund. Oh the responses were the same as what's offered online " google"

I signed up with these guys for what I thought was gonna be a one dollar fee, checked my account the next day not only did they take the dollar they charged me $28 for two questions that were answered unsatisfactory. Called to get my subscription canceled, and the lady was rude. I think the Better Business Bureau should take a second look and not give them a good rating.

Paid for the one time $5 question and 2 months later I see on my online banking that I was charged for the monthly subscription of $66. I contacted justanswer to try to get a refund because I was not given the impression that the one time payment for a single question would automatically transfer over to a $66 a month subscription; if I had known this, I would not of signed up. Justanswer refused to compromise on the matter. The sign up process is deliberately designed to be misleading to the people who pay for their services. They count on people who make the same mistake as I did and won't hesitate to take your money.

I was having an electrical issue with a Dodge Stratus with the Heater control. Although the mechanics final outcome was flawed. The testing procedure was spot on and I was able to come to the correct conclusion quickly and easily. I'm sure with another question or two answered from me, He too would have come up with the correct answer to the problem. I will definitely use the service again.

I received an excellent and very helpful answer from Alan G. That saved me the expense of hiring a local attorney and paying quite a bit more money. I followed his advice and resolved my issue that same day! This prompted me to subscribe to this sight for any other issues in the future. The money I saved was tremendously more that the subscription would cost for an entire year! Now I can ask all the questions I want from any professional I need and save $$$! This is a No-Brainer!

This is a warning to anyone who thinks they're paying two dollars or whatever the tiny fee they advertise on their website. Read the fine print. Somewhere in the fine print it says that they will be charging you $46 a month for a membership. I never saw it but they managed to sign me up for a membership. I was annoyed enough on my two dollar question became $46 never mind then next month when they charged me $46 again even though I didn't have any questions. When I called customer service, the woman told me it was this was the third time I had contacted them even though my third call was a call to customer service to complain about a charge for a membership I don't recall being asked if I wanted it. She insisted this was the third time I used their service. I imagine so they could charge me $46 again.

Do not let them scan you! Once you asked "is there any doctors (or experts or lawyers etc) I can start talking to?", that's when they start charging you, NOT after your problem is solved! As a result I didn't get any used advice on my issue but being charged TWICE on "contacting expert" who gave me the stupid info that anyone can answer (like, what the closest hospital in my neighborhood is).

And surprisingly, they continue charging you EVERY MONTH after that while you don't even recognize. And, It's not ending! Furthermore they'll CHARGE you again for canceling the service! (I'm surprised this is legal!)
If you are elderly who have trouble searching for the business hours of the grocery stores near you or can't find an eye doctor in your neighborhood etc maybe that service is for you but if not, avoid them at any cost.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware that they charge you monthly. If you are looking for ongoing services that don’t need physical support but just consultation this might work.

It's very sketchy the way you get charged $45.00. Under no circumstances will they bend for a refund. They'll say, "You agreed to our terms." Well, I wouldn't have agreed to their terms for $45.00 a month. Who asks that many questions? I'm not that stupid, but then, I guess I am for falling into their trap.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away, unless you want to pay $45.00 a month.

Had an issue with my lawn mower. The tech responded quickly with solid advice. It was something I had overlooked when troubleshooting. Would have saved me time and $ had I come here first instead of going it on my own with trial and error.

Had the security lite, car no start problem on my 2001 pontiac for a few years, chevy dealer fixed it for $200 few years ago, problem coming back. JA mechanic recommended a bypass to buy for 260.00
I sent away for it and am waiting to try it out. It will take a few more days for that, meanwhile the car still runs but I can see the problem coming back.

I have tried every possible avenue through this website to get an answer, a refund, or even a response to the numerous email and site link forms I have sent in. Your "deposit" is charged and taken from your account before you even get an answer. Every part of this site is useless except for the fact you will be pissed off about not being able to get your "deposit" refunded.

Diverted to this service by Microsoft when I requested assistance with my Excel program. The "trial" discussion on my issue was of no benefit and I stated that to Justanswer rep that their advise was of no value and further discussion would be useless. Initially Bank of America credit disputed the charge. I called contacted the Bank of America and declined any further charges to Justanswer; Bank America rep agreed to not process the charge. Charged $48 later that month. I should have known better when Justanswer asked for a credit card for a "trial." Cancelled my subscription with Justanswer by phone. Despite having paid for an entire year access to Justanswer, I want nothing to do further with this service.

It was an easy process actually! I put the info out to get help in finding value. That was given to me then I needed a recommendation as to who I could contact to sell! Received three companies to contact (one or all) so I can get the best deal! Much simpler than I anticipated!

It said it would cost $2.00 and it took out my rent money of $66.00 and they told me they would return it in 3 to 5 days time! They didn't even advertise it as $66.00 payment coming out of my Account!

AND, THEIR CONTACT NUMBERS FOR SUPPORT DON'T EVEN EXIST!!! TRIED IT SEVERAL TIMES AND GREETED BY A VOICE SAYING 'YOUR CALL COULD NOT BE CONNECTED PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER AND TRY AGAIN!!!

I was on a Mayo Clinic web site and saw answers were available 24/7/365. I joined, asked a medical question about my daughters illness. They connected me to a VETERINARIAN,! Save your money. This place is at least a joke and possibly fraudulent because of redirection from a respected medical institution.

I visited this website in Dec 2022, But till then it was debiting my credit card for $79/- month, without informing me that it was charging every month on this account. If you are charging every month then it is the duty of the charging company to let the client know every month before charging any amount to the credit card. Very bad service charged me more than $600/forgetting nothing.

They advertise that they can get answers to common questions from experts, and that it costs a $5 and then they enroll you in a $39 automatic membership without warning. When I tried to ask questions the customer service bot blocks the contact so you can't continue the message. That's not customer service and that happened with the first bit and the supervisor not. Called their 1-800 number and it loops you through the same statements never letting you actually talk to someone. This is the trick, you have people in desperate need and they take advantage of that by intentionally misleading you. If they were a legitimate company they wouldn't need to utilize such misleading and schemes. What a scam!
