What a joke and a waste of money. Did absolutely nothing for me. The" expert" could hardly speak English and the responses I received were obviously programed replies. So obvious. Refund guarantee, bull$#*!. Cost me 62.00 for nothing.

They said $1 for a one time fee, once I paid that they charged me $50 for a membership i didn't ask for and won't give me a refund. They only mentioned the extra $50 after I paid the $1? Now I have more to worry about than chest pains.

This is a total con they will charge you before your trial is even over and they will not issue a refund even if you do not use their services at all they say that they provide certain things and they do not! Total rip off! Terrible shame on them!

Less than one star/Scam/Back Door Charges
Less than one star, more like zero stars! This company is a scam, stay away, ask your questions for free on Google! After posting a question, I was automatically enrolled in a monthly membership to my surprise for $28.00. After catching the creative accounting, I immediately called and canceled this back door charge, but the company refused to give me a refund. So now, I am on a quest to do $28 worth of damage in reviews. Note: I paid $30 to have someone answer my antique question, so the service that I received was paid for already in April'2023. Funny how the "monthly membership" didn't reappear until mid-June.

I was in the process of installing factory fog lights on a 97 Grand Cherokee, and had a wiring identification question. The answer I received, within 1 hour, perfectly matched what I had on my specific vehicle and allowed me to quickly and successfully complete the installation. Also, the answer I received was well written and in a way as to indicate that the mechanic cared about the question at hand. I will use this service again in the future.

We were not offered a one-time service option or a trial membership. We were told that there would be a $1 temporary charge. It is certainly not obvious from the initial contact that the temporary charge was to validate the credit card for charging a monthly fee for service as there is an ongoing membership commitment when you utilize their services. It is well hidden in the terms and conditions. And they will insist on charging you the monthly fee, even if you NEVER get any advice or service from them. I wonder how many people they are charging $37+ per month who have never actually gotten advice from them or have never called back a second time?

I spent the last 10 dollars i had in the bank, all i had left and i needed advise as soon as i could, with their fast service, and knowledgeable expertise, I saved my home and my future, the hardest part was mom was extremely sick in the hospital, and i did not know where to turn, over a few short hours, a lawyer was able to guide me through everything i needed to know and do, to ensure that if the worst happened and mom passed away, i would not lose our home, thank you justanswer you saved my life.

The site is not scam, however in my opinion, the experts, the professional one, violate professional ethics. The site in turn violates confidentiality making the answers available to anyone who did not pay for it. Medical experts should not be allowed to answer online questions since no one can be diagnosed over internet and without taking responsibility for that. I submitted my suggestions to the site, but no changes were made. Someone has to question the legality of licensed professionals answering questions on this site.

Do not trust this website, they will charge you more than agreed and will not refund your money. Honestly there are plenty of lawyers that won't do you dirty and they don't provide a half decent service. Do not trust this site!

While polishing silver before the holidays, I got curious about the age and origin of an item that's been in my family for well over 100 years. I was able to track down some of the hallmarks but not the crucial maker's mark.

In my search, I stumbled across Just Answer and, for a small fee, purchased a one-week trial. It was really easy to chat with them and upload photos of the item and the hallmarks. Within a couple of hours, I received a detailed report about who made it, where, and the exact year. She even provided an appraisal and suggested several places where I might sell it, if I was interested in so doing.

It was excellent and finally got me to understand what she was trying to get me...

I was connected with a vet in a matter of a couple minutes. He told me what I needed to do and it worked! Very responsive and knowledgeable. Hopefully I don't ever have to use this service again, but if I do I'm confident in the responses to be provided.

They trick you into thinking you are paying $5 for a month trial then they will full charge you for the whole month if you cancel within a day and will refuse a refund these people are scammers! Google or Chat GPT will give you better answers don't waste your money... Cost me $53 for 1 question.

I asked a technical question with one of their techs and got an immediate answer. I paid the $1 fee and added a $3 tip. I did not join Just Answer but was charged $37 when the published fee was only $1. There are laws regarding "bait and switch" businesses and Just Answer is definitely in violation.

My helper wrote me simple instructions and never left me until we had completed the procedure. I am not great on a computer and my Kindle is smaller then my lap top. So we were limited on what we could do. And if I needed to to repeat something he told me how to do that too.

My little yorkie was very lethargic after I discovered her back nails were bleeding. The vet responded so quickly and advised me she was probably just sore and told me what medicine to buy. I was so worried about her but the vet definitely gave me some peace of mind.
