Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I was on the Just Answer lawyer site needing some help with identity theft. I got to the pay section where they said it only costs $5.00. I figured that was cheap enough so I inputted my Capital One card numbers and hit the go button. The transaction showed up reading $45 but was stopped by Capital One. I called Capital One fraud and advised them of what happened and they stopped the transaction. I wasnt forewarned i would be debited $45 instead of the advertised $5.00 charge. I guess some people would be OK by being sleight of the hand upcharged or be using a debit card and suffer the charges but I didn't. A lot of people bash Capital One but I think its huge they stop transactions such as that.
I had messaged them about needing help for my son that needed a lawyer to help him get custody of his 8 month child and they responded immediately with several lawyers In my area. They replied immediately and gave me several names of lawyers! They were very polite and helpful in a stressful situation!
The advice was accurate and very specific, and very fast which is what I needed. I highly recommend this vet service. Helped me with the 14 day old abandoned kitten I rescued. They reassured me that I was doing the right thing, and told me how to deal with his constipation. Thanks so much!
I needed help because my inability to communication with Microsoft. So I was send to just answered.com without knowing. They were very polite and after understanding my issue they sent me a credit card sign up for $2. Then I noticed off to the side that you'll get a reoccuring $66 a month charge so your actually sign up for a service without knowing. This should be illegal.

It is the usual scam these days.Pay a small fee and find out you getting a monthly bill without knowing.

I was extremely impressed with the compassion, knowledge and quickness of using JustAnswer. My question was answered, advise on what to do now. Ads said pay $1. But when you sign up they charge you $46 a month. Ad also said refund $1 (did not happen). This is false advertising.
Asked to cancel monthly charge. Had to talk to 3 persons before it got done.
Seemed like a way to solve my problem
My four legged grandson got a hold of a Terro ant trap. Vet was able to call me and advised he should be fine. Loved how I was able to communicate back about 2 hrs later to let him know everything was great!
Used this service to get advice for my dog who was in poor health. Service advertises $2 to join and ask questions to a veterinarian. In my crisis, I signed up and unfortunately my dog passed a day later. Little did I know I had signed up for a $42/month subscription - which it did not clearly state ANYWHERE on the website or in the process of signing up. Now I have paid for multiple months of this service with no use since I don't even have a dog anymore.
I have talked to numerous customer service representatives from Just Answer - one who disconnected from me purposefully on the chat mid-conversation, and others over the phone, who have baited me with a phone call from a "supervisor" - which I have not received.
This company is a scam and just tries to trick people into a subscription unknowingly, and refuses to make the situation better even though they state "Your satisfaction is our #1 priority

I contacted this site as a worried patient and was willing to pay £3 I was not satisfied with the answer it was quite clear to me that the person answering did not have a clue what they were talking about. I e mailed them telling them not to take more from my card than the £3 that I had agreed to and so far they have taken another £69 I have had to cancel my card to stop them, do not use this website unless you want to be ripper off.

Be careful they charge $1 to ask a question then you are signed up for a whole month, even if you cancel the same day they charge you a full month membership not refundable.
Question was answered but the bank balance is $55 lower even though I won't use this again this month. They even removed the initial bank charge of $55 and re-posted the charge 3 days later.
Really deceptive, I would rather they charge me $10 for one question and no monthly fee. Their customer service gives no service, just " I am sorry but you signed up even though you cancelled" This was for Yahoo, they don't even have their own customer service support amazing

I had a kitchen faucet problem that I didn't want to tackle too far until I good get some professional advice. Calling a plumber seemed like over kill in expense, so I Googled for answers. Just Answer came up so I gave them a try. Within 5 minutes, I had a person (Rick) on the Chat line who gave me advice of what to do to fix my problem. 5 minutes! I couldn't believe it! Next day I took his advice and the faucet was fixed. That's the kind of service I like! Just Answers is a great service to try if anyone has a mechanical problem they need help on fixing.
Called them to ask for copies of my last years taxes. Did not need tax help and they put a $59 charge on my card and did NOTHING! Gave me broken links for help in resolving the problem, then failed to answer me anymore.
Tip for consumers:
They are not there to help and provide false information. Charge for anything they do.

I joined to ask a question and then received the bill for almost $50 for the answer in which I already knew the process discussed. I will say though the ability to actually chat or speak with a lawyer is comforting if it is a lawyer that you're chatting with.

They advertise a $5.00 fee for general questions that they didn't even answer, then once they have your credit card info, they take $60.00 membership fee with no authorization and continue to put you on a renewal membership every month for $60.00. If you don't read the fine print, you won't know that they will charge you every month until you cancel the membership.

On a weekend, transmission went out on my truck, and i have a sick goat. I cant get to the vet as soon as i would like, so I I looked on line and found I could contact "just answer" to chat with a vet regarding my sick goat. I was told there was a $5- fee which was "totally refundable", for this service. I agreed... (being a concerned and vulnerable pet owner). Only I was charged $40- with NO vet consult and NO answer to my pets concerns.
I had to turn them into the fraud department of my bank for their scam, and get a new credit card. Total B.S.!
