Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Your representative knew just what my problem was and explained how to solve it. Done it quickly.

He then shared the mechanics of system parts that could be at issue. Made me feel better educated when I have to address the problem locally.

My receiver has suddenly lost one of its functions. It has a second zone which I have been using to send audio signals to an auxiliary amplifier. That function stopped operating. The tech talked me through some troubleshooting tips, some of which I had already tried, but unfortunately the issue could not be resolved. It is likely that the circuit for the zone 2 function has been fried.

This business is a complete scam. We paid the $1 to get an answer last weekend. We have been charged the $1 but also $52 and change. We did NOT agree to pay $52, and if this was some 7 day free trial, we were charged before the 7 days were up. Additionally, we did not get a fix to the issue that we called about, although this is now beside the point. When i messaged them a few minutes ago about this, I was told that I could speak to one of their attorneys -- for ANOTHER FEE OF $5. These people have lost their everloving minds as we will not be paying them another red cent. We will be contacting AMEX first thing on Monday to dispute this and file a chargeback and then contacting our attorney general to figure out how to cancel this mess and put a stop to being charged again.
