Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
My experience was NOT good, with Just Answer. While trying to formulate a question, My inquiry was suspended by the first Lawyer and I was to wait for another to contact me. My inquiry was somewhat vague, but was very answerable.
When I was able to present the details of the question, the response was quite as I suspected. The advice was brief and suggested a reaction that would aggravate a negative situation, further. To be brief, I was disappointed with a non-answer that I had already paid for. I would not recommend the "Just Answer" program for legal advice.
Was charged $46 to have a doctor tell me to see a doctor about a common issue I needed a prescription for. Website claims to write prescriptions but in the fine print, after you pay $46 for the doctor, you now have to sign up for a different service for more money to get a prescription sent to the pharmacy.

I was charged $30/month for five months, $150 total for a service I didn't sign up for. In addition to the $150 loss, I had to get a different debit card number and contact those legitimate businesses I deal with. This company even had the nerve to send me a notice telling me I was being unsubscribed. You can't be unsubscribed if there was never a subscription in the first place.
If I had subscribed for $30/month, don't you think I would have used this so-called service?

I have to say I was a bit skeptical about this, but I did some research to see if it was legit and it was very much so. I spoke to a vet / nurse for my cat and she made me feel so comfortable and help me out very quickly! I absolutely would recommend!
Horrible customer service! They are not willing to work with their customers. They know their site is crap and it's all about sucking you in and locking you in with their monthly membership fees. Once you discover their site is crap, they will not work with you. Be prepared to lose your money and not get anything more than what you could have found with a google search. You have been warned.

Inquired about cancelling a subscription from MPS Canada. They gave very good advice, I called MPS to-day & cancelled my sub. & they agreed ( hopefully) & gave me a cancellation #. Hopefully I will not hear from them again

I reached out with the issue I was having with my dog and they were quick to respond giving me an idea of what was wrong and how to approach it and what to do next. I appreciated the help. They were quick, response time was awesome.
The engineer I spoke with was very knowledgeable about beams and he told me the exact beam I need to use for my garage door. He explained the loads and how to install the beam for the strongest possible application. I was very pleased with his suggestion.
Just answers has been charging $28.00 a month and I did not know I was a member. I tried chat and got no where, I called customer service and got jerked around and finally just hung up, a very bad experience

I needed to talk to a vet about some major dry flaky skin I discovered behind my dogs ears. It was late night and I freaked out a bit, which later I found was an overreaction :) and found justanswer. I was able to talk to a vet in a few mins for 24 bucks which was well worth it. Great service!

Even when you cancel that stupid membership that they charge you for that they never told you they were going to charge you for they will not give you the $34 back you can't get that money back it's gone! Dishonest, misleading and they won't give you all your money back, they charged my card for a $56/month membership I never requested and have not received the money back yet. They also charged me for a phone call I never received.

Wouldn't recommend for essays as writers either fail to meet deadlines, leaving you in a bind; get angry and leave nasty voicemails for any revisions you may want; saying they can do a project one minute and then when it's closer to the deadline, opt out. And be expected to be passed from one representative to the next without any solutions to your problem.

I have a new (2017) washer and went to do weekly laundry the light lit and shut down. I had repaired my washer in the 90s; it should be much different, right. Tech Austin new the machine and guided me to a sensor clog (didn't have those in the 90s. If it didn't work, he was able to tell me the electronic part that would need to be replaced.

If all mechanics and service technicians had the experience level of Lou P., we would not need a site like JustAnswer, but since they do not, I am very glad that JustAnswer provides competent advisors to people like me who need them. I texted with a tech support person with the understanding that I would pay $1.00. The rep was not helpful and I ended the text communication. I was charged the $1.00 but also $52.00 and $39.00. I never received any help or any support. When I called Just Answer I was told I was being rude and he would not credit my account. I am beyond upset and wanted to alert others to not use this company.

Was told they did prescriptions through online doctors, and it says that they do on their site... Only to have the doctor tell me that he can't do that.
Then was charged 2$ (for the "one time" convo and of which I was aware) and then ANOTHER 68$ to get signed up monthly (for which I did NOT consent).
They don't plan on refunding, so they run on theft in my opinion.
Stay away!

I'll ask a question on this website paid my money and waited after 11 hours I did not get an answer and was told I would get an answer within 8 to 10 minutes so I canceled my subscription. When you go to cancel your subscription because you didn't get what you ask for of course then they want to try and start helping you too late I wanted my money back I waited 11 hours and no answer I needed an answer in the 8 to 10 minutes that was advertised. They kept telling me I partially waited but I waited 11 hours that wasn't partial. Don't waste your time

While working on an old classic ford I needed some answers to some problems I was having with the fuel system. I checked with the Just Answer mechanics to see if they had some answers. They did and I followed their instructions and found their answers to be accurate & just the help I needed.
I found out how to give my boxer a emma and fluids to save him he had swallowed a sweaker and we live in the mountians with no vets open on sunday i am so happy to have got my dog saved and answers i need to take care of Gunner thank you so very much
The person I texted with was knowledgeable, polite and guided me, as best he could to try and rectify my issue
I was “googling” issues that I was experiencing with my refrigerator and ran across “JustAnswer”
They have this "under the radar" come-on that slips a monthly charge into your accounts. They say that they warn you by email, but I never got one. I did get one email that had no obvious way to cancel the monthly charge. Sure, it was on me to not have caught it earlier, but I didn't. I never used the service but that once, and got dinged month after month. When I pointed this out to them they said "too bad, you missed the notice, you're stuck." What added insult to injury was that the first rep I spoke to said they would refund three months. The supervisor I appealed to said they would not refund anything. So much for fairness & customer service. Stay away.
