Wasnt sure what to expect from Jiffypop legal counsel, I couldn't get ahold of my program attorney and I needed to make an immediate decision that was convoluted enough to have me convinced that I was either right over the target, or about to get ripped off by a customer and just have to write it off, or go to jail. It was a heated situation, and I needed answers NOW! That's exactly what I got, at 8 o'clock at night! Highly recommended. For $5 I got advice that could potentially save me thousands down the road just by adding two little bullet points to my contract accompanied by some select legalise and I will be completely covered.

I never do stuff so rash to require in person representation so honestly, I'm thinking about firing my current attorney and just sticking with JA for making the hard and fast business decisions.

I paid the $5 to ask a question and did NOT know I was signing up for a $60 recurring membership fee. I was glad to pay the $59 to talk to an attorney that was clearly stated ahead, but not the $60. I canceled the membership next morning and ask for the membership refund and was told that I overlooked the information about the membership ship. I am very careful and it was not obvious that I was being charged a membership. The email and my credit card is how I found out after the fact. The refund was denied. This is a scam.

They do not inform you that you are signing up for a membership and will be charged a fee later. They charge you an initial small fee (this doesn't make sense if you are also signing up for a membership, why would they charge the fee). Also, the answer I got was not helpful at all.

I joined JustAnswer, because they offered $5.00 free trial and I understand there is monthy charge.of $60.00. I was going to cancel after just few days, because I was not too impressed with the service, but they charged me $60,00 anyway.

Look up the bait and switch phrase and JustAnswer's picture should be there. They'll hit you for a $5 "join fee" and then, somewhere, somehow, add a $37 MONTHLY fee that they'll refuse to refund even when you reach a live voice to secure your money back (no luck so far, but I haven't given up). The chat was helpful until I realized I couldn't solve my problem without a technician (no one's fault there). The one-star rating here is only because there was no way to give it a zero or a minus.

We were desperate for help on Christmas night for our refrigerator and got it right away! Billy, the technician answered our cries for help. We tried everything he suggested. Not only did he diagnose the problem, he gave us the exact part and the price. We ordered the part we needed right away!

Hesham was my technician when my computer stopped sending and receiving emails. Since it is a business email address, it was imperative that it got back up and running. I was having trouble starting my car and searched the web for reasons for the problems based on the symptoms I was experiencing. I came across JustAnswer so I chatted with a mechanic who connected me with someone with experience with the model of car I have. The mechanic solved my problem immediately which saved me from having to pay to have the car towed to a mechanic to have them diagnose the problem.

Thanks to JustAnswer I was able to fix the problem myself and it saved me hundreds of dollars.

I wanted to speak to a veterinarian about problems I've been having with my 4 year old rottweiller as I've been struggling with medication and diet changes with him his entire life. The vet that answered me gave me a fresh perspective and because of the tests that he recommended be done on my PupCake I have hope that maybe I can relieve his suffering. We went to this company seeking repair help for a freezer. Did not offer any help other than to call have us call a local repair technician. Which we have done.
We were a assessed a monthly bill for a membership we did not sign up for. Today I cancelled the membership and asked for a refund. I was told there would be no refund and they did cancel the membership. But like I said no refund.
Do not do business with this company. It is a rip off. Horrible company to do business with

Terrible site! I gave it 1 star because I couldn't rate it any lower. Very sketchy website. It is also very expensive! I signed up for unlimited plan and all of a sudden they said my account was canceled by a moderator and the guy on the phone could not answer my question and avoided it. I asked 2 questions and they were locked and they couldn't tell me why! STAY AWAY! This site is dangerous!
