Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Good response time to my question... I was able to do most of what I needed to do... I will be reviewing the additional information that was made available and will probably be able to complete all my objectives

Sandy was very good in solving my problem, he was calm throughout and very professional. The problem was difficult to fix but he kept his mind on the situation and tried many solutions until he fixed the problem.
Took my car to a dealership (Ford, Lincoln). They could not find the solution. Instead of taking the car to another dealership and spending more money I decided to ask an expert for advice on justanswer.com for $18. They say if you are not satisfied with the experts advice they will not charge you. They requested me to rate the experts advice. Guess what... I never received any advice from any expert. Insult to injury they charged me $18. Don't even get a glimmer of an idea to use this web site for expert advice, you will only get scammed just like I did.
I searched and searched the internet for the answer to my question and keep going around in circles. I decided to go to JustAnswer in less than 15 minutes I got the answer and all was well with the earth.
I canceled the membership the same day I received the generalized "answer" to my legal problem. It was obvious I'm they could help. I just realized they've still been charging me. I emailed, chatted, and talked on the phone with the rudest, unhelpful person. They will not refund my money. It's totally because they suck at customer service. Suck $#*!.

I had a fantastic experience with Jeremy as he had an answer to my problem within ten minutes of my asking of what an airbag code 33 was. And only did he the answer, he pinpointed the problem to the driver side of the car. It was the electrical connection for the seat belt. I cleaned the connection and the light sequence went away.
I had a question & couldn't find the answer on Google. I needed an answer by the next day. A 5$ trial & a 15 min chat later & I had my answer. Super easy & cheap way to ask a cpl quick questions to a lawyer!

Just keep in mind that it's a text chat. It's great if you just have a cpl questions, though you made need to do some back & forth to clarify (just part of communicating through text).

This is scam charged me with $66, i didn't ask for the membership but they charged me. I thought the joining fee is $2 but they made me a member on their own. Customer care suck too when i asked for refund they ended the conversation. And after that i couldn't go to that page either. Rating it 1 star as cant rate it in negative.

The service was fast and reliable and the doctor gave me good feedback and answers. He asked clarifying questions that got to the root of the problem and gave me recommendations for medicines to take. He was very helpful
I used this service as a "Second Opinion" to the answers I received from a local veterinary service regarding my dog's injury. I was very pleased with the timeliness of the response as well as the information I received.
Having never navigated Small Claims before, I had a few questions that needed to be answered. The lawyer and I spoke with each other; and even though she was in CA, she looked up the information I needed for NY law. I was also provided with two links that had more information that I can use. She told me what would and what wouldn't benefit me with the judge and put me at ease. I can do this! Prior to this call, I had a question about some antiques. After looking at pictures, the dealer was able to give me honest appraisals. Some I liked, others disappointed me (but that's not his fault). I would definitely use this site again.
I got the info I needed to a lot of questions I have about my upcoming legal separation. I can't afford to call a lawyer every time I have a question about something. A lot of times you think of a question on the weekend and don't want to wait until to call someone on Monday.

Roku customer sent me to them. They said for 1 dollar, they could help me they took 46 dollars plus the 1 dollar. They wanted me to pay 26 dollars I declined. They won't put my money on my card. People beware.

I had a problem with a dental procedure and had a question so I tried Just Answer. I thought I was paying $5 for a simple text conversation and the Dentist I chatted with was helpful. I thought it was a great service. UNTIL I saw that I was charged $40 two months in a row for a subscription to this service! That was obviously not explained well and I had no idea that a subscription would start from that chat. Be careful! Beware!

This company promises a refund if you're not completely satisfied... don't believe them. They promise you a charge of only $5... don't believe them. They say you can cancel anytime no questions asked... don't believe them.

I was worried about my pup and she was staying with my mom. I was not able to get to her but i wanted to make sure it was ok for me to wait to take her or take the next flight out. Fortunately Dr. Scott Perry was there to help me out and give my the answers I needed.

The website said my card would not be charged unless I approved the answer. I never approved the answer and I got charged anyway. There was no link to request a refund and nowhere to even get back to them to ask about it. It took them hours to send an answer and it was so basic I had already tried it (reboot your machine and the router). I never clicked the "Accept" button.
The directions were delivered expeditiously and explicitly and the results were successful.much appreciated.
