Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Patient, knowledgable, very helpful. Knew exactly what I was talking about and sent me links for parts. Again, could not have been more helpful.

My rep Jins was excellent. He's smart and quickly understood my problem. He's patient and I love the fact that he took control of my computer and made changes. It was a lot of work but he got it done. I've living with a screwed up Outlook for over a year and finally I couldn't take it anymore. Jim's has my highest recommendations and many thanks!

Had multiple issues after swapping the clutch on my 2015 WRX. I told him I set the reluctant wheel correctly so I didn't think it was that. He gave me a few other options but said he still thinks that was the issue even though I said I did it correctly. He was right. I appreciate his expertise and willingness to correct something I had already done.
A lot of other question answered on here led straight to a resolution and were very descriptive.
The technician was helpful, asked good questions and gave sound advice about whether it was worth repairing my dehumidifier. I was not pleased to read that what was presented as a $5 join fee then came with a $38 membership fee which is an automatic MONTHLY fee unless cancelled! Yikes.

Since my refrigerator was suddenly making very odd noises (the chute for ice cubes to the dispenser clapping shut every few seconds) and all indicator lights were flashing, the situation felt urgent...and the product manual was no help.

Reginald was very professional. He was knowledgeable about the laws and gave me good advice on how to handle and how to proceed with my neighbor and the property line dispute. He was able to give me hints and ideas for continued help with a lawyer if needed.
Because the initial price was low and I felt that since it was a simple property line dispute that I didn't need to involve getting an attorney right away. That with the answers given I might be able to settle this without having to spend a Lot of money and time with lawyers and the courts.
I had assume I was talking with someone at Spectrum, not a company that charges for their time. You were no specfic and I will contest the charge.

The technician that helped me was knowledgeable and very effective in answering my questions. He is to be commended. I had issues with billing because I did not realize I was buying a membership instead of paying only the join fee. The service is worthwhile. Just be certain to read carefully about the billing.
They agreed to cancel my recurring membership charges. Please understand that the membership is valuable - just not what I personally needed.
They had good reviews and seemed unusually competent.
I spoke to a person that answered all my questions. He was informative, helpful and friendly.

Manufacturer (Pelonis) does not provide Technical Support for its products
I was worried about my bearded dragon, Chilli, and saw she had a yellow spot on her face and I was worried that it was yellow mold. I contacted JustAnswer and got talking to someone right away. I signed up for a phone call with the vet, but no one contacted me. It may have been that it was later in the day, so that is possible. I was contacted first thing the next day by Dr. Caryn. She gave me some great tips on how to better care for Chilli, but we had some problem getting clear enough photos to the vet to look at the yellow spot, which was a bit challenging (no ones fault, I just wonder if maybe it was getting compressed when I sent it). She answered me very quickly and provided lots of great information. I would definitely recommend her to any bearded dragon parent if your lizard is running into some problems.
I was drawn to the fact that I could talk to a reptile vet quickly. There are no reptile vets in my city, so I wanted to talk to someone before making the trek to the big city (2.5 hr drive) with her to go to the vet.
