“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

My cat was experiencing side effects of anesthesia that were worrisome to me. The JustAnswer vet explained what is normal and what is not. Further web research and subsequent conversation with my own vet confirmed all the information I was given was accurate. JustAnswer saved me from an unnecessary $500 visit to the emergency vet!

I had one question and only one. I rarely need an attorney, so I didn't need the membership. I was told by the bot that I would only be charged the $5 fee, but now I'm learning that was not true. I feel I was conned and out $60 additional. Also, the advice wasn't that good. The person answered my question incorrectly - either misunderstanding it or not reading it correctly. I'd go with another source next time.

Had a simple question, just 1 question. Thought I was paying 2 dollars but was charged 71 dollars on top of the 2 dollars. Contacted them right away, was given the run around, was told I would get refunded, canceled everything.
But they never did what they said, never got the refund, never asked my question, total rip off.

First lawyer (Loren) provided little or no assistance and opted out. His service was unsatisfactory and provided not legal insight. Second lawyer (LawyerDavid) provided attentive service and legal info which was very helpful. He responded and answered questions so that I had a clear understanding of the law and my legal responsibilities. First lawyer (Loren), I would not recommend at all. Second lawyer (LawyerDavid) definitely!

I'm happy with the answer they gave me if only the $15 was all they charged. What the $#*!s did was charge my card another $5 then another $22 on the same day! So now I'm at $42. I canceled my subscription online before I realized the extra charge. Then, they had the nerve to charge me $32 on the first of the month! Furious, I called and got a recording that is set up to cancel your ALREADY canceled subscription and refund the monthly subscription, however, there is no way to speak to a live person or get a refund for the additional $27. Justanswer is a scam Do not waste your money!

This website is nearly worthless. The site says that your satisfaction is guaranteed! This is a LIE. The site says that you do not have to pay for an answer if you are not 100% Satisfied. This is also a LIE. You are required to provide payment information before you can ask your question. The site states that your card will not be charged until you utilize the ACCEPT button, this is also a LIE. You can check out websites such as this one on www.RipOffReport.com there are a lot of people that have been ripped off from this website. I wish I would have googled the site reviews before I GOT SUCKED IN on it as well. I hope this helps at least 1 person save their hard earned money from these thieves.

I rated the HVAC GURU who helped me a "5" because he was AWESOME! The first thing he had me try worked! I was so happy that I left him a Tip on top of the regular charge! I had a Heating and Cooling company come out to repair my furnace about 3 years ago and I was shocked that after they threw several parts at it and ended up coming back 3 days and charging for 2 people and mileage, my bill was over $750.00! I will ALWAYS try getting help by asking questions to online Techs... this is a very useful service!

When I first contacted Justanswer with a question, I paid a $5.00 fee and a membership fee of $29.00 per month. I then contacted Justanswer again, a few months after the first time. I told the "expert" that I was a member, but was directed to the payment form. I returned to emphasize that I am a member, but Justanswer ended the chat. I then ended my membership.

It sounds like when you came back the second time, that you were not logged into your account. It also may have been that there was an issue with the billing. If a billing failure caused the membership payment to not process, this also would have caused the membership to turn off at the end of the billing cycle.

I recently experienced a power surge, during a storm, which shut down my receiver. It had happened several times in the past and I was always able to power it up again but not this time. I sent a query to Just Ask in hopes someone could help me get it going again. I got a reply from a man named Nathan who informed me about something I could try but he wasn't optimistic that it would work and said it probably would cost more to fix than it was worth. He was very knowledgeable about my problem and the make and modle of my receiver and even sent me two links where I could find reasonably-priced replacements. This was my 1st experience with Just Ask and I would have no reservations about using them again. I was completely satisfied with the knowledge and professionalism of the gentleman who answered my query.

I asked a question about my Dog. They asked me to pay $5.00. I had no idea that they are going to charge $25 per month after that. They charged me the monthly fee. I asked to cancel my account and to get a refund. They cancelled my account, but they did not refund my money.

BEWARE! My expectations of this service was a one time response. I signed up to ask a vet one question about my cat for $5. I DID NOT sign up for the on-going service, but was still charged $29.70. I DID NOT sign up for the "trial membership!" I didn't want a membership at all which is why I chose the $5 option. The company refused to give me a refund. I WOULD NOT recommend this service! In addition, the answer I received was nothing than what I already knew!##a'f

Being a technologically disabled I hesitantly, but in some desperation/frustration, contacted Just Answer & my immediate problem was solved.
The issue required a bit of 'backwards & forwards' communication to sort the problem but the assign Tech expert (Aric) was there at all times to guide/suggest until solution.
I strongly recommend Just Answer to help sort those 'home' problems for those in need.

Make it apparent that there is no free trial. Make it apparent that the free trial is 1 free question. The charge should only be applied after the free 1 question is answered and then only when the suspected victim or customer decides to become a subscriber and a customer. The concept is a great Idea more people would remain customers if the didn't feel they had been cheated

Had problems with Outlook 2010 after creating a duplicate account to change from POP3 to IMAP. Outlook would not connect to the server. Did part of the fix as directed by JustAnswer tech, then had him get on the computer remotely. He got it all working just fine and it is stable. Thanks JustAnswer.

I had a medical question. It was answered quickly and it helped. I was charged $5.

I'm usually careful with websites such as this and look to make sure I'm not subscribing to a monthly service. Missed it on this one and they billed me $46 twice before I caught it. So sleezy when companies do this. I know it's my bad, but I DO NOT recommend them. Maybe an email BEFORE they charge my card to remind me I'm being scammed?

They showed that they had Dog Behaviorists on their main page, I signed up and then they tried to connect me to a vet. I'd already seen my vet twice. I contacted Customer Service and they said they didn't have a dog behaviorist category! As you can see by the screen capture I attached, they advertise they do! Couldn't cancel my account quick enough!

There is a HIDDEN membership fee which you unknowingly sign up for if you agree to their small fee to answer your question. And it's no small amount either. I was charged RM5 for my question to be answered by an expert, which I was fine with. Weeks later, I check my account and find I was charged RM196 by Just Answer. I canceled my "membership" immediately to avoid further charges. When I complained to their customer service, they just said I agreed to it when I gave them my billing info. Apparently it's all there. Yes, the RM5 is prominently displayed to lure you in but the huge membership fee is deliberately obscure. These people are greedy and want your credit card info. DO NOT agree to pay anything even if it seems harmless. It's daylight robbery if you do.

I was struggling with my computer, over e-mail and passwords, hacking and the like. My computer guru could come but it would have cost me $100. Plus I had to be here later on in the day which wasn't really convenient. I decided to use Just Answer and got my problem solved within a half hour and a little more than half the cost. The remote handling did cost a bit more than the original quote but it was well worth it. My computer and e-mail are running well. Thank you.

Recently I have purchased a Garmin GPS. It came with a downloadable program Express to complement the device (update maps, etc). It would not install on computer (windows 10). Garmin customer service told me that it would install -there was a problem with a fire wall my end.
I contacted JustAnswer. They confirmed that the program would not install with Windows10 and then proceeded to work around this Garmin problem to enable MapUpdater to run on my computer.
I'm very pleased with the result from JustAnswer. I have spent a month off and on searching for solutions and fixes via Garmin and other internet searches without success. Admittedly I still do not have Garmin Express installed but at least I can update the maps.

I got a clue to my problem from RobHVAC and the problem was actually coming from my smoke detector, not my thermostat. My smoke detector battery chirped because the battery needed to be replaced.

Horrible customer service. I signed up and they immediately they took 29.00 out of my checking account. Within 1hr I cancelled on line and got confirmation of cancellation. They refuse to refund my money. They did NOTHING for me. SCAM!

The poor man is my neighbor. The rich man is the land lord. The land lord is negligent when it comes to safety for tenants. My neighbor has suffered a huge loss to his home and two vehicles. A huge dead tree fell on the poor mans home and his two vehicles. The rich man said that what insurance was for. The Attorney said, "That's what attorneys are for and the rich man can be sued for neglect!"

I have a irobot Scooba 450. It had stopped running and prior to getting an answer my Scooba started to run. I tried to cancel not sure what the status is. Don't get me wrong it is not that they took so long to answer, it is just that my Scooba started going prior to getting an answer. It was just a dead battery.
