Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I replaced my sun visor and shorted a wire that ended up taking out my moonroof, electric seats, radio, and courtesy lights. I checked everything in the manual and all three fuse boxes. So I came across JustAnswer chatted and ten minutes later I was listening to my radio w/ my moonroof open. They had all the answers. Excellent service, Thank you all. Doug A Customer.
Absolutely fantastic. Dr. Jon was knowledgable, friendly, and explained things to me in a way i could understand. Going face to face with, say, four other doctors would not have helped. Only dr. Jon could! A remarkable doctor and person!
After paying $1.00 for a question that I didn't get answered I immediately canceled my subscription. Was sippose to have 5 days free but was still charged $46.00. Had to call company to receive a refund. Watch out for this company and their shady dealings.

Stumbled onto this site while searching for an answer to a problem with my car. I figured for a buck I'd try them. Never got an answer but when my credit card co called about a different matter I found I had been billed for THREE months of service I didn't use and didn't know I had. Called them to cancel and they said they couldn't find my account by my email and wanted my card #. Told them No and I wanted it cancelled. Got disconnected. Tried to call back and seemed to be blocked. Called on my cell and got a msg the account was closed. Don't know how they knew it was me as I never used my cell to contact them.

Asked a pretty simple question for a modern mechanic. Had no answer fro over 24 hours then asked for refund. Then got free upgrade to PRIORITY another 24 hours past still no answer. Asked the same question on a free bmw forum got the answer i needed in 20 minutes. Annoying thing is the wouldve been fixed two days earlier without using this dis-service

It's not $5 but $35. I canceled membership immediately and was still charged $35. Don't get scammed like I did. I had a veterinary question. The answer was take the dog to the vet if symptoms persist. NO WAY. I definitely needed to pay $35 for that sage advice. They're SCAMMERS!

I tried JustAnswer for some help with my Roomba i7. Basically I paid $1 for someone to google possible solutions that I had already Googled and tried unsuccessfully. If you can effectively search the internet, this site seems to be a waste of a $1.

I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get my headlight working, replaced the bulb, replaced connector. I talked with Paul who had all the information I needed, he sent me detailed drawings and gave me tips as to how to resolve my issue. I now know what the problem is.
Recently I moved house. Apparently the users manual for washing machine is still in a box in the garage.
I spent last weekend scrubbing the inside of my washing machine, only to open the lid later in the week to a thick dirty ring around the top of the tub. Obviously I somehow had to figure out where the filter was and how to access it so I could clean it. I tried Just answer. Within a few days I was given simple, clear, concise instructions on where the filter was and how to access it. Easy! And for only 21$. I even over paid this outfit and tht money has already been refunded. Count me as one happy customer!

Inamul Islam is a boss. The dude knows his stuff and he's nice when he's doing his thing. It took some time getting an agent assigned to my case; in fact by the time I was connected to Inamul Islam, I was ready to hang up. But his expertise saved the day.
I canceled my membership August 10,2022 and the bastards bill me again August 15,2022 after I canceled. I call they told me it was non refundable. And customer service person was just breathing on phone like she didn't know what hell she was doing. She couldn't explained not but it's non refundable.

They will bill you after you cancel your membership. If you have money to throw away try them.

Company said they would charge $1 for me to sign up, then as soon as I signed up, they charged my card for the $1 plus an additional $37. Then the advice they provided was worthless: "Hire a repairman." I never agreed to the $37 monthly fee, and immediately canceled this "service."

After being in a chat room with a so-called expert who kept cutting and pasting pieces of the manual (which I had already read), I was told I could speak with an expert for $26 dollars. I agreed, but was told there was no expert available. After getting no useful information at all, I was charged the $26 for the call that never happened, PLUS a $46/month membership fee that i was never informed about and never agreed to. I currently have a complaint with the California BBB and my credit card company. This is a scam. Stay away.

I was a bit concerned because they seemed to want more than the $5.00, but when I asked for a refund they sent it to me, so that is why I said they are honest. I will probably use them again as a result of the fact that they did that, because my bank said they probably wouldn't refund the money they charged, but they did. It is just a bit confusing the way they do it though, and I would prefer it if they listed their charges up front rather than letting a prospective customer find out about it.
