Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I had a family member that needed help with income taxes and asked me for help. I do my own taxes, but use Turbo Tax and my tax situation isn't complicated. That wasn't the case for my aunt. Thankfully with the help of Justanswer I was able to complete her taxes and get her a refund. Not only was the site helpful, it was WAY less expensive than other well known services.

Yesterday I was asked about an issue with a MAC Airbook - working in a start up I get all the random questions from office supplies to IT. I don't use a MAC and was just lost. I stumbled upon JustAnswer and was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they help me they allowed me to transfer the call to my user across the country and solved the problem working directly with my employee. Would def recommend this site!

Not only did I spend many hours with incompetent agents who did not solve my problem but they took my credit card and charged it $5, which I agreed to, than further charged it with unauthorized charges. If those charges are not credited back to my credit card at once, you will be explaining your behavior to the the United States Attorney General.

I used JustAnswer last month, and since I didn't expect to use them again anytime soon, I immediately went online and cancelled my account. I got a bot-chat response telling me my account was canceled and that I was free to use the service for the rest of the month. A month later, a second payment was auto-withdrawn from my PayPal account, and right after that I received an email telling me my account was cancelled. So I was charged for two months instead of one.
Attempts to get reimbursed for the second month went nowhere. They demanded "proof" that I'd cancelled my account a month earlier.
I'm assuming that this was a technical glitch with JustAnswer's system and not a deliberate policy of theft. But their unwillingness to reimburse me, and to instead assume that I was lying and attempting to steal from them is unacceptable.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure auto payments are cancelled when you cancel your account!
My Pomeranian Jeter is dealing with a collapsing trachea and taking Lung Tone. He had a bad hacking attack over the weekend, so I tried JustAnswer. Dr. Altman got back to me very quickly and concurred that I could try children's benedryl and the dose as well.
She also suggested shower steam might help. I really appreciate her concern and assistance

Landlord was giving me a hard time about visitors. Telling me they weren't allowed to visit. Threatened to call police many times. I was blessed to find this site. They advised me that my visitors were fine. These lawyers are good. I can now go to these landlords and show them that they have no right to turn my family away. I will use these lawyers anytime I need to. I recommend them to everyone
If I did reviews for each business I use, It would tend to lose any real values.
There's a few I'll abuse in these dizzy venues that usually imbues my rhyming "thank yous".
Of so many to choose I'm sure all with fine crews, I took my boo hoos to them to peruse.

Absolute complete rort. Suggests you are paying $5.00 for one answer, when in fact it is surreptitiously signing you up for a $72AUD/month membership. I have only discovered this now after $140 has been debited from my bank account. Of course, I'm sure there was fine print I should have read, so legally it is my fault, but they structure their information such that even an on-the-ball person like me has no idea. They are absolutely scamming people out of their money. And by the way, the 'answer' I got was so generic I could have googled it myself. Do not touch this 'organisation' with a ten-foot barge pole.
A partner in a housing association was ready to drop a suit, but i needed the language to be sure he would not come back at us in another way. I had my answer in a ffve-minute exchange of emails with the attorney. I was able to end a week of anxiety and have the steps to take and the words to use.

Ligit business and i personally wanted to talk rather than text. He really gave me the second opinion i needed without another doctor in office visit. All is good now and yes it was an upper resperatory/ mono that we were dealing with. It was a simple switch of antibiotics to treat the specific bacteria as your doctor indicated but ours did not. January 27,, 2023 I authorized a credit card chage of $1.00 to try JustAnswer. I was totally dissatisfied with the so-called expert who had a lousy attitude and provided no service. I did not sign up for an account, nor did I authorize any further charges.
Just Answer has been charging my credit card for $46.00 for 3 months, a total so far of $138.00.
I didn't know this before, primarily due to illness, including hospitalization.
I am filing as many complaints as possible on cosumer sites to warn people of this scam. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and with Just Answer.

It's a dollar for the first time. I signed up, and it wasn't what I needed so I immediately canceled my subscription. Maybe 5 minutes had passed from subscription to cancelation. I was still charged almost 40$ for 1 month. No refund. I'm going to go on as many review sites I can tell every one. Bet

Several years ago mechanic told me my 99 LHS tranny was going out, contacted Donny, said it was a shift cable. Got a better mechanic, didnt tell him anything. He diagnosed cable, 175.00 later, on the road again! This time Dan helped me with our 2002 Chry 300, totally got us on the right track and ENCOURAGED callback if needed. As a bonus, i accidentally requested another contact. Your mechanic from Rogers, ARK called, said Dan helped me. He asked if it was all taken care of. I did have another question which he was glad to help me with, saved another contact with Dan. I would describe Dan as knowledgeable, patient, professional and extremely customer oriented. I wanted to ask one question for something small, and I got the message to make that $5.00 fee thinking that was what I had to pay for one question turns out that you were paying for a membership that cost $USD63 per month. I saw this charge and immediately contacted them for a refund since I had no use of the service. Ofcourse, these awful people said sorry you are unable to get a refund. What this terrible place should do it make it clear that the "small fee" is not for a question but to steak your money. Absolute scammers and just disgusting people. Awful, I will continue to let everyone know about hor horrible this place is.

I was very pleased with the tech I had knew how to help and got the problem solved. Somehow the rating on my problem got messed up and needs to be change to 5 star but i couldn't get it fixed maybe someone else can fix it.
It's a website making money from people who are just trying to get answers. Wanted to inquire about an old England tea pot.The "representative" immediately directs you to the form/payment area. It's one thing to have a flat rate for a ONE TIME question but they run that card monthly with no way to stop except cancelling your card/stopping payments from your credit card supplier's end.
I DID NOT fill out the form BUT what i am experiencing now is "Just Answer Antiques" automatically attaches to my internet tabs... every time I click onto the internet. An additional window POPS up to their website and there's no way to remove. REVIEW VIDEO BELOW TO SEE HOW TAB HAS NO "X" BUTTON.
When first landing on their website, you have no choice but to be bombarded with their "pop up chat" pressing you to fill out the form to get advice from one of their appraisers. Why do they put $1? Because they know most people will see that and click!
GREED WILL NOT ALWAYS WIN! THEIR TIME IS COMING!
