Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I dropped one of my prescription pills on the floor. I just could not find it. JustAnswer gave me answers about that pill and affects on my dog. It is very helpful to have this at hand, especially when it is in the early morning. (Central time)
I had a hard time understanding the rep. We did get the unfreeze done. I do not want to pay $52.00 a month for something I won't use unless absolutely necessary. I thought it was only $1.00 for one time only and now I am charged $52.00 even though I cancelled it the very next morning. Not reasonable.

The team was not able to handle my issue, but graciously tried to solve it and followed up in an attempt to do so. At the end when it was not solved they refunded everything. Could not have asked for better.

I needed help with Uber App. I reinstalled as directed and thought it was working but when I tried to reserve a car, I started having more troubles. I was relieved because they had given me the Uber service line number. That's why I rated them highly to begin with. Called service line and it was for drivers only with no option to get through but a driver number. I still don't have a ride for Monday. I paid 5.00 to be let down miserably

Our 1yo calico had a reaction to flea medication. We didn't want to spend $100+ taking her to the vet so we tried an online consult. The Vet told us to give her a bath a few times with dawn dish soap and see if she improves. She did! We would have taken her to the vet if she didn't improve the next day but we were unaware you can just wash it from their skin days later.

At the beginning, I started to think that this website was a scam as the assistant seemed like a bit of a robot.
HOWEVER,
It actually turned out to be real and I'm very grateful that this website exists. I tried to get in contact with a couple of vets in my local area (within Australia!), and other people as well, to get help about a question I had, when no one responded.
Thankfully, I found this website and they connected me to an amazing veterinarian (Dr Morgan) who was able to relieve my concerns about the issue I was facing as well as explain how the website works! And Dr Morgan lives in Colorado!
So while I think the interaction between the assistant and user could be improved, I had a positive experience.
The vets in my local area weren’t responding so I googled an online option and this was the first to pop up. Glad I used it.
