Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
After explaining my problem, the advice I was promptly directed very clearly what I needed to do to rectify the problem. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the advisor. I whole heartedly recommend this service

He suggested several things to try, but none worked. A couple of suggestions were not possible on my camcorder model. The ones I tried did not work, so I still don't have a solution to my problem. He was very clear and fast in his suggestions as well as very polite during our text session.
Found I have to pay full month’s membership for 1 session. Since it said I could cancel at any time, I thought it might be prorated.

Looking for help online
I have a feral cat - completely feral - who had lost her sight. I do not know the cause, only that she didn't show up for food for over 2 days. I did look for her but figured she was gone. When she did return she was thin and wobbly - didn't realize the blindness until later as I cannot get close to her.
Sorry to wax-on here, but what developed is important.
She ate heartily and had gained strength and continued to enjoy life. However, I began to see something around her eye area. Today I was finally able to get a picture of her face only to notice a severely displaced eye.
Contacting JustAnswer was a good thing.
They were quick to find help. And the Dr who contacted me was an amazing help. Kind, considerate, caring, and extremely helpful.
My only displeasure was that the cost was stated to be $1. When I went to pay, it said $30.
Now I need to learn if this is a recurring charge or a one-time.
They need to do better on disclosing the real charges for their service.
While the service I received was great - the way they did not share proper cost needs greater attention.
Website searches wasn’t giving me real help. It appeared from another’s pist you might be the place to at least direct me appropriately.
I've had a growth on my finger getting bigger over the last 3 months. I sent pictures and spoke with a dermatologist who reassured me it didn't look like cancer, but needs to be removed and biopsied, just to be sure. I cannot get into a dermatologist in my area but I can see a general surgeon. The experience was easy and reassuring.
I googled if such a site was available and JustAnswer showed up.
On a long cross country trip we encountered ticks on our dog and in our hair n bodies. While googling came across this service and requested a personal call with Dr. Nikki who promptly called with helpful advice about next steps. He asked for a photo of the tick and was able to determine for us that it was not a Lyme disease carrier which gave huge peace of mind. He followed up twice to ensure we were ok, provided exact names of tick medication, specific active ingredient in case we could not find the product. Although it was uncomfortable experience this helped us deal with the situation quickly and effectively. Thank you!

As an RV newbie i had a question about tilting my awning to direct rain runoff. Randall got back to us very quickly and after getting the make and model of the awning via a photo of the label, he readily gave me a link that gave clear and concise instructions. After hearing on a service call that my fridge needed freon an might cost as much as $1,300, I called Just Answer as a second source. Francis was thorough, gave good directions as he worked through checking things out. I just had Fisher & Paykel service - Francis was correct and fridge is fixed.
Chose Just Answer because I thought it was only $5.00. The bill for $40 was a surprise, but proves to have been worthwhile.
I was leary to use this service because I was afraid it was a money grab or bot scam. But a real live person called us back on a holiday after about 10 min of our request. Franklyn was kind, respectful, patient and VERY helpful! He resolved our issue and talked us through rewiring our brand new ceiling fan light.
Quick Google search showed a similar issue being resolved with this service.

I was looking on YouTube for answers on how to fix our fridge model for a specific issue. Saw the JustAnswer ad, signed up, Within minutes, I was on a call with a technician. Identified the issue less than five minutes, and I ordered the part online. Highly recommend this. It makes so much sense, not having to wait a day or two for a technician to come out identify the broken part. You may still need a technician to install the part, but you will save the money and time on the call out.

And my Jaguar xj8l 2005 is running well. I learned also some aftermarket parts do not always work well on your vehicle, so stay true to replacement parts. Expensive but your will run well.
