Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Just Answer markets itself as an online company connecting interested users to other individuals who can answer questions. Initial answers cost $1 per their marketing material. What is not transparent to the initial user is that when you pay the $1 fee for that first question, you become a member with a $46 monthly membership fee automatically withdrawn from your account. We did ask an initial question but did not read the fine print closely enough to realize we were now "members" and would pay this fee rather we asked another question or not. In a court of law, we would have no "leg to stand on". This is my least favorite kind of marketing because inherent in the way they market their company, there is an apparent intent lack of transparency. I called the company's customer service department and spoke with Carlo re: the ongoing monthly charge to our account. He was well-coached and would just reiterate that this was a legal charge and he was only authorized to cancel the account. This made me think he receives many such calls from people who do not realize they would be incurring the ongoing monthly $46 charge whether they used the service or not. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said one would call me back within 15-30 minutes. I did receive a call back. She was courteous but disinclined to refund any of the monthly charges--just read to me the terms of the contract. I clearly told her that I was on their company website and would be writing a review regarding their business practices. She then agreed to refund two months of payment. I paid the first month's charge. I would have absolutely no trouble with this kind of marketing/selling IF it clearly indicated in the same FONT and SIZE immediately following the $1 dollar come-on charge a statement similar to the following: "When asking your initial question for $1, you will automatically become a member of JustAnswer. You will automatically become a monthly member and we charge your account $46/month whether you use our service or not. You may call at any time to discontinue membership". I gave them a rating of 2 stars because the supervisor refunded me two months worth of charges. Buyer Beware!
JustAnswer is a total fraud. I was told the fee is ONLY $1 and fully refundable but they charged me $33 and not ready to refund.

I have a 3 year old cat named Switch who is extremely healthy. He's an indoor cat only. Yesterday morning I noticed that he was having trouble jumping. It was like he had no strength in his back legs. & when he tried to walk he had no control over his back legs. He could stand but wobbled when he walked. Then I noticed that he could not control his bladder & then his bowels. Man I was scared! I called the vet here & asked to take him in as an emergency. They took him in & I had to leave him for the day. I called a couple of times but they still had no answer as to what it was. I was in shock & frantic. So I go to Google & find Ask A Vet. I put in what had happened & it wasn't long before Shellee Roe, a vet, texted me. She asked me a couple of questions, & within 15 to twenty minutes she was able to give me a diagnosis that was pretty much the same that the local vet eventually gave Switch. She was also spot on with what medicines he would need. I was sooo relieved within 20 minutes of texting with her. She also checked back with me today about how he was doing. I really appreciate Ask A Vet & Shellee Roe! Thanks again!
He knew what he was talking about except he had me order 500 Worth of new parts that did not help a bitsame problem And wouldnt help me fix the problem but Im still right where I was when I started so he didnt help me a bit Im just im light 500
