Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I am encouraged to find a website that gives no hassles! Honest, reliable and trustworthy people here! :) :) I recommend giving them a try.

I paid £5 for one question, and then got charged £50 for a membership I never agreed to. Unethical and sneaky. Not happy. Avoid and do not use.

I really appreciated how quickly the vet responded to my questions, and adressed them with care and knowledge.
Response was quick and provided useful information about the items age, resale value and where to go for resale
Don't even want to spend any more time than I already have other than to say this company is a scam. Perhaps it's fine if you want to know how to assemble a table, but under NO circumstances would I ever recommend anything of a serious nature with this company. They will take your money, promise you "someone will be right with you" (LIE), tell you "sorry it's taking so long", blah blah blah. Bottom line is you are "talking" with an AI bot. I was even told by "customer service" (AI bot) that an expert Vet would CALL me and to keep my line open. Like an idiot, I kept my line open and watched and waited for 2 hours. No call, no email. Nothing. When I tried to request a refund, I got the AI bot again. They aren't even smart enough to change "Pearl"s name, so I got the same "customer service" (AI bot) every time. The AI is unsophisticated, so a lot of the responses don't even make sense or they auto-ask you what you already told them in the fake chat. The whole thing is a FRAUDULENT SCAM and you will have to jump through hoops to get a refund. If you do find yourself paying for this service that doesn't do anything for you, PLEASE use PayPal or a credit card where you can fight the charge. Otherwise you will just spend hours via chat, text and email where they will send you in to a loop, or truly a black hole in the middle of space. I can't believe some of the caliber on their Board of Directors. They should be ashamed and take more notice of the fraudulent activities going on at Just Answer. Perhaps they could just change the name of the company to Just Fraud, Just Kidding or Just a Black Hole. Take a look at the screenshots I included and you'll see the time-wasting circle they sent me in for hours. These aren't even half the texts; just the more important ones to see how their AI bot/fake customer service handled my concern. The one I circled in red shows they just kept passing me from bot to bot and wasted a ton of my time. Brutal.
Again, if it's something simple like "how long do I cook a hard-boiled egg" and you want to pay $30, then it's a great service. If it's something of any importance or urgency at all, move along and find a company that cares. This isn't it.
Tip for consumers:
My experience with Just Answer is that the company is fraudulent. If you have a simple "how do you fit a round peg in a round hole" it might be good. Anything of importance is not a good fit for this company. They should not have anything having to do with Health in any way as they are an irresponsible uncaring company.
