Sent me a damaged hairdryer! JML******* They sent me a replacement (no customer number or dispatch details) which I decided to return yet I'm still waiting for my refund when their policy states a refund within 5 days. And they just seem to fob me off when I contact them. Worst company I've ever dealt with. £74 quid in their pockets!
Sent incorrect item and wouldn't refund without returning in the middle of covid lockdown. I had no choice but just to keep it and re order elsewhere. I had previously had fab service but now they do not respectfully treat their customers so wouldn't use justmylook again... Looks like I'm not the only one. Such a shame as I had used for a few years and recommended them to my local salon. I have now found a better company.

Six weeks ago I ordered three sets of Yankee Candles from justmylook.com for Christmas gifts. A week or so later I received an email from them (Declan) to say that two of the sets were out of stock so they'd refund me for them. I received the third set without any problems. Despite emailing them up to a dozen times, writing to them on their facebook page two or three times (which were subsequently deleted along with many other complaints) and leaving reviews where I hoped they'd see them (but couldn't delete), calling their phone number a heap of times - which they never answer - I heard nothing back from them. I've started a facebook group now, "justmylook unhappy customers" where there are a few of us sharing our stories. I know that justmylook has seen the group because someone called Declan has been recorded as visiting it. Anybody who types justmylook into facebook will see the unhappy customers group pop up. The situation is now that as nobody has received a refund from them, nobody expects to get their money back. At least the unhappy customers group is there to warn people. Someone paid over £100 for some GHD hair straighteners but received a product worth a couple of pounds instead. Anyway, purchase at your own risk, you might be lucky and get what you paid for but you might not.

Awful company; ZERO customer service! Item delivered OK (Spotlight Oral Care Sonic Toothbrush), but totally refused to accept it back and refund me, due to outer cellophane wrapper having been removed. HOW ELSE am I supposed to view and check my order!
Making this outer box wrapper the one and only 'hygiene seal' is ridiculous, as it makes it absolutely impossible to check and return your item (see my review of SpotlightOralCare too).
I am guaranteed BY LAW to be able to return an item purchased remotely. Yourselves and Spotlight are circumventing - if not outright breaking - the law on remote selling by wrapping this item in this way in order to make this impossible and refusing returns or refunds!
Do NOT buy this item, unless you are aboslutely sure you want it and won't want to return it - because you CAN'T!

Make SURE you want this, as it's utterly impossible to return it once you've opened the package (outer cellopane wrapper).

Not only they don't reply, but they scam you!
I ordered a new Wahl trimmer, it arrived in a packaging that seemed to have been opened before and I found that the comb that comes with the trimmer wasn't original and didn't fit on it. I contacted them (you can only send an email) and they just rejected my query and said everything we sent you was good. I felt this was unfair and sent them photos and kept chasing them, then they asked me to return the product for inspection (at my own expense) and their email was signed by someone called Charlotte. So I returned them their product exactly how I received it and on the same box and packaging, then I kept chasing to get a reply. They finally replied (the email was signed by someone called Dawn) and said the product I returned them wasn't the one they sent me and had a different serial number. I never have had any similar product in my life apart from the one they sent me, I really couldn't beleive this, so basically they scammed me and they are now simply ignoring my emails.
The only thing I felt I can do now is to leave the review so that as much people can see this and avoid ordering from them, hopefully they can get back a bit of justice for what they did to me and people can avoid loosing their money like me.
