Kiki La'Rue

What can I say? This by far is my favorite store/boutique! As a plus size woman I have hard time finding clothes that are stylish and don't make me look older than I am or bigger. Well with Kiki La'Rue that has changed! I am slowly relaxing everything in my closet :). The customer service is amazing! They truly know all their items and what will work and not work for you. Every staff member I have spoken with are so sweet and don't come off salesy! Their goal is not for you to spend money or to make money. They truly want you happy. Whenever I have done a return, I have gotten store credit within a timely manner. I will say this again... If you want to feel like your family or cared for, shop at Kiki LaRue! I cannot wait to visit the store one day!

I've been shopping at Kiki LaRue for over 3 years! I have always received nothing but top notch customer service, whether it be from Becka or another member of the staff. I even traveled from MN to TX to visit the store in person for my birthday! I have had to return only a couple things in that amount of time and by reading and following the return policy, I have never had an issue! Kiki LaRue will always be my first stop when I need (or want!) new clothes!

The person who runs this boutique is a horrible person and runs a horrible business. Anytime someone has any kind of issue they are verbally attacked. The clothes are cheaply made yet sell for twice as much as the same exact clothes at other online boutiques. They thrive on finding women with low self esteem, telling them they are beautiful, and then selling them ridiculously sized clothes. To all you women with low self esteem: you are beautiful, but please find that validation somewhere other than Kiki La'rue. If you don't believe me, just google them and you will find a site with literally hundreds of pages of people complaining about the quality of clothes, the unethical business practices, and the horrible owner of the company.

I've been buying Kiki LaRue clothing & accessories for over 3 years now & I've loved every single thing! The quality is top notch & Becka makes sure she has the best of the best for her customers along with a huge variety of clothes to choose from! The staff is really helpful when picking out items that fit you the best too! Thanks Kiki LaRue!

Omg I have nothing but admiration for this company they are, so helpful and has, clothes and accessories to fit every age. The staff is, always been very courteous and helpful becka always has a smile and joy in her heart for her business.

Everything I have purchased from Kikilarue has been pure quality. I love that the clothes fit generous and the owner has so much to choose from. From assessories to shoes and clothes, this is by far my favorite boutique! Trust me! Shop online or in store and you won't be disappointed. I just wish I lived closer! Lol

I was charged twice for an order and filed a claim with my credit card company. I received a 5 word response from kikilarue and not a sincere apology. Very disappointed- mistakes happen, but a sincere apology goes a long way. I will no longer be shopping with them.

I've been shopping at kiki larue for about 8 months now. I have several pieces and have never had any problems with the quality. However everything I own is handwash (like the tag says) and that could be how others are ruining their items. Ive never met the owner however my husband did at a warehouse sale he went to for me (because he is just the best) and said Becka was very pleasant. Please don't let the bad reviews here stop you from giving this place a try. Also the coffee is a thousand times better than Starbucks

I've been shopping at kikilarue.com about a year now. I have never been disappointed. The clothes are always of the highest quality with no damages ever. The shipping from Texas to California always takes exactly 3 days from the date of order, most of the time shipping same day! Their customer service is what keeps me coming back! I have emailed questions at 11pm PST expecting to wait until the next day for a reply and got a reply within half an hour! They aim to please at all times. The owner takes pride in providing the best customer service even when it means she has to do things herself (and she does) I love that they involve the customer in their purchasing process and allow us customers to be the shopper. It really makes you feel included and that your opinion matters. I myself have never had a bad experience with this store and I can't say one negative thing about them. It is a joy to shop with KLR!

I LOVE shopping at Kiki La Rue! The girls who work the store are super sweet, and are ready to help! I love going in the store and shopping when Becka is there! She makes it feel like a good friend is letting me shop her closet, and I always leave feeling like a million bucks!

Half of my closet is from Kikilarue! I mean this boutique is the best around. Not sure why there are mean reviews about this place. Becka is the nicest person you'll ever talk to. I love how sizing is flexible and there's so many options on how to style the clothing.

When shopping for my girlfriend and trying to explaine her size to the ladies at Kiki La'Rue they are very helpful and understanding. They're very professional with the helpful tips and hint to making my girlfriend smile when I give her her gift. Thank to them I know she will love the outfit...

The customer service feels more like a family, than a store. I think the negative reviews are more about not respecting the store rules and then being upset over the consequences. I've always had great service and great customer care. And I've respected that Becka Clark is building a business and tying to make a living.

I've been buying from KLR since the beginning & ive never been disappointed. Becka truly has a knack for bringing the latest styles and trends to the everyday woman, not the woman with the perfect, supermodel body. Shipping is fast & the staff is super helpful & friendly. I recommend this fabulous boutique to everyone!

If you live for amazing clothes that will not break the bank and are looking for a boutique then stop on by here. Not only will you leave with fabulous clothes shoes jewlery and so many other things but you will walk out of that store feeling like a million bucks Becka and her staff are top notch and customer service is the best! You can't figure out what looks good on you but you like it on the hanger well best belive Becka and her dolls wI'll help you out 100% and help you out those fab outfits together. Or just that one special piece you need to complete your to due for outfit they will help you find it. Becka works crazy hectic hours and travels all over to make sure she meets with designers to get that perfect cut and fit and all the fabrics are amazing!

I can not say enough about Kiki La Rue! From the beautiful clothing choices for every body type and fairness of price, to the professional and sweet ladies and Ben, it makes shopping with them online a no brainer! I get so many compliments whenever I wear one of my pieces from there and I get so excited when I get the chance to introduce them to KKLR! Thank you for all that you do and for making online shopping not so scary.

Let me start by saying the clothing at KLR is cheaply made and overpriced! Most of my items didn't make it through a second wash before falling apart! The items this website sells are about 1/3 of the price on other boutique sites. Aside from that,
The owner is a terrible person. I REFUSE to spend my money with someone as conceited and rude as Becka Clark. She has personally attacked me (and thousands of others) on numerous occasions for stating my opinion in groups. I absolutely can not stand when she calls her customers her "fans". You are not a celebrity. I am NOT fan of yours, I am a customer (well, I was a customer). She brags about money she doesn't have and she victimizes anyone "below" her.

Buyers beware! Do not shop here if you expect credit in the original form of payment, do not shop here if you expect any credit on an order placed using a discount code, do not shop here if you expect any customer service at all. I called the online customer service number and got an automated message that the voicemailbox was full, called the store front number and was told to text the number because it was just an iPhone. I texted and asked for a call back, two days later received a text back. I was told that my store credit is no longer valid since they transitioned to a new system in April. They have no record of my previous orders, and when I produced old email order confirmations was told I should not have received store credit since I had used a coupon code! Wow! Well, I did have store credit and all I can say is the person texting was very rude and unhelpful, and quite unprofessional. I will NEVER shop here again!

The staff at Kiki LaRue is the best! They are so helpful and friendly. They cater to all women, and make them feel beautiful. I am so happy to have found a site that care about their customers and their experience. I reccomend Kiki LaRue to all my friends!

I love being able to shop at a place that doesnt have what every other store has. The fabrics are so soft and amazing, I love my butter sweaters, chandler Tees, cardis and leggings. The shipping is amazingly fast and the jeans are my favorite. I have become pretty much a KLR exclusive shopper.

If anyone shops with them I do NOT recommend this store anymore. I bought a pair of Heather Jeans and they ripped after about 3 wears in the pocket. Ive bought all my jeans from them and Ive never had this issue before so I contacted the customer service department thinking it was just a defective jean. They proceeded to tell me that I needed to take them in to a seamstress to get them fixed because they couldnt do anything about it. Uhhh? Excuse me? I thought surely that isnt the case so I emailed Becka (THE OWNER) on January 2nd and to this day still havent heard anything back. I reached out to the customer service line again and she told me she(Becka) tends to not respond, but she did forward me the email back to say the same thing I did.

What kind of company ignores emails and treats customers this way? Its ridiculous!

Shopped in store on vacation - the owner was RUDE to her staff and customers! Sizing of clothes are a joke (I can buy identical items at a boutique in my hometown for half price of KKLR and have better sizing). I asked for a smaller size in a dress to a salesclerk and she took it to the owner (brunette gal) who told her that she should tell me the dress 'just fits loose.' No thank you.
My cousin was trying to return a top she bought a few days before - still had tags on it and the original receipt. First the salesclerk said she couldn't process it because her register was down. Then it was because the sale was 'over 30 days ago' (it was 3 days). Then it was because it was worn. She tried it on at home and it didn't fit!. Owner refused to come over to facilitate the return. Not worth the $14 hassle, so my cousin ripped it up outside and threw it in the trash can across the street.
If you shop here - you are throwing your money in the garbage.
