We visited the Kingsport Tennessee location. We ordered a dozen glazed donuts. We also ordered a cookie and cream milkshake. It was made with ice. It wasn't a milkshake but a cappuccino. My husband took it back in and told them this was not what he ordered. They said that was how a milkshake was made. Didn't offer to make another one or give the money back.
Terrible customer service from a worker at Liverpool orange Grove Krispy Kreme. His name is Carlos. Gave me attitude the whole time snatched the money out of my hands and burnt my bagel
We want fresh donuts so we drive to branch for donuts but when we open the box when we come home we have 1/2 inch high glazed donuts very poorly looking. Kids are disappointing.
