Bed was easy to assemble, however, it was heavy to turn over. I liked the way it operates. I wish the control cable was longer, don't know if I can get an extension.
We have purchased 2 Kyvno beds, one for our primary home, a split king and a queen bed we purchased for our room at our son-in-law and daughters home. We loved our Kyvno king bed so much we bought a queen a couple years later for our room our daughter and son-in-law set aside for us in their new home. Had a problem with one of the base lift motors a couple years after the purchase of the queen. Kyvno's warranty is the real deal, a very nice and polite representative, Erica, took care of our problem quickly. Great product, very comfortable, incredible value, and a company that stands behind their product without a hassle. I did not think such companies existed anymore!

Kyvno provides excellent customer service and is there for the customer even after the purchase. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience Erica provided during the purchase and delivery of the bed. She was available and provided answers. After about 3 months of owning this great bed one of the remotes started to malfunction and was probably due to user error. However when I contacted Erica at Kyvno to see about purchasing a new remote, she advised that she was just going to send me a new one. That was it! No hassle, no troubles just great care.

We purchased a dual king package in 2019 and have enjoyed our bed. I love my side but my husband wanted his to be less firm so we put a 2 inch topper on his side and he is much happier. We remodeled our house in 2020 and when decorating our guest room I felt the bed needed a new mattress. I contacted Kyvno to see if they sale just the mattress as it is not available on their website. I was pleased to find out that they do and since we did not have to buy the full queen package I purchased 2 queen mattresses. One for our guest room and one for our camper.

Comfortable, very adjustable, helps with neck issues, acid reflux and back. Love to read in bed. This bed is perfect for that. I would do a commercial for it!

We are completely thrilled with our new Kyvno split king bed. It is so comfortable! Not soft at all, but not uncomfortably firm... it's just right! We love it!
This is great news, Diane! Our mattress is constructed to the most popular medium level firmness. Or on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the firmest, ours ranks at about a 6... so right in the middle!
